You didn't previously set up a rescue email address and need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity, so creating a rescue email address requires correctly answering two of them.

Why can't I make a disk Image??

getting Leopard tomorrow. system working great. plan to do an "upgrade installation". backed up all my files (106GB) to an external HDD. so I think I'm ready....
question is - why can't I make a disk image of my "Macintish HD"?
it starts to create the image but Disk Utility comes back and says "Unable to create disk0s2.dmg. Resource busy."
I thought it might be a good idea to do a "complete system backup" just incase something goes wrong with the "upgrade installation".
Since it didn't let me, I just dragged-n-dropped the Users folder to the external HDD, so I got my files backed up.
curious why I can't make a disk image of my WHOLE HDD. can someone enlighten me....

I have the exact same problem. I just updated to 4.3.3 and now my inline controls on my earphones don't work. The earphones work, but the controls don't. So where do you do when apps just seem to stop working, particularly when you paid for an app. I have now had then happen twice and there seems to be very little customer care from Apple when this occurs. It was a simple fillcolor with opacity. It is as if it doesnt respond. I can clic the symbol for a new layer, but nothing happens. I've dragged the style from appearance-box, to symbol for new style - Nothing. I've dragged the box directly to Graphic Styles - again - nothing. I've tried with my CS4 that worked. But not in CC.

It's not obsolete as much as the first gen simply lacks the power to run the newer operating systems. IT doesn't have enough RAM. If someone managed to hack it to get iOS 6 or 7 on there they'd just have a slow, boggy and unresponsive device. (think putting windows 7 on an old laptop.
Unfortunately software moves faster than hardware. Every thing goes obsolete. I've had my ipad 2 for two and a half years now and I know it only has so much longer left to it too. Just the 'joys' of advancing technology.

Well, since you've had the same problem, with three different phones, that all use different size sim cards, it seems pretty obvious the problem is with your carrier/coverage & nothing to do with your phone or sim card.
