Why can't I pass the verification email step? no email was send.

Hi.
Aug. 27 2013 I got the Email-message that my  iTunes Connect account was successfuly  created. To activate it I clicked the link in message. I created the password and "Sing in" to iTunes Connect. After that I tried to go to iOS Dev Center. When I clicked the link "iOS Dev Center"  and navigated to the page the page where I should sing in with my AppleID. After that I saw the page "Verify your email address". I pushed the button "Send Verification Email".I haven't recieved verification email since Aug.27.
Two days ago my collegue sent me letter - "You Have Been Invited to Join an Apple Developer Program".  I clicked the link in letter, but next step was "Sing in" with AppleID , and after that "Send Verification Email". And I haven't had email yet.
Also I haven't any letter in my spam folder.
How can I  pass verification email?

I'm using GoogleChrom and Mozilla Firefox (the latest vertions) on Windows 7 Professional. And also I've tried to do the same on Mac Mini ( I think, there was Mac OS X , I can't check it at the moment. But there was  the standart OS for mac mini),  GoogleChrom browser - also the latest version.

    I have an old iPod Touch with old software that can no longer be updated:
    iOS version 6.1.6
    I've been searching for a solution to my iMessage login problem for months and tried everything from those frustrating links and all the tips from other users.
    Here is what finally worked:
    1) Settings > Privacy > Location Services > On
    2) Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically > On
    3) Reboot device until Apple logo appears
    4) Settings > Messages > Sign In

    You should be able to see normal layers, but PSE doesn't understand layer groups/sets or comp layers. The inexpensive add-on elements+ from simplephotoshop.com will let you expand layer groups. (If you also have Premiere Elements installed you should be able to see layer groups in PSE without adding anything.)

    If your answers aren't being accepted then do you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account so that you can get them reset ?     You have to respond to the verification email that Apple sends you by clicking on the Verify Now link.  Make sure you are check the email address you used to set up your iCloud account.  Also make sure you check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. 
    If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

    What exactly is happening? Is GarageBand trying to download over and over again?

    The property list stores your preferences, but also the settings from the last run of the application.  If that file is corrupted in some way, you might see third behaviour.
    You must have this file, for it will be recreated automatically, if it is missing, or you have a permissions problem with your user library.
    Perhaps you did look in he wrong place.
    in MacOS 10.7. or later the User Library is hidden. To find the Preferences Files use the Finder's "Go" menu:
    Quit GarageBand, if it is running.
    Click onto you Desktop to bring the Finder forward.
    In the Finder Menu press "Go" and hold down the "option/alt" key, until your user library appears in the drop-down menu
    Select "Library" and in the Finder window that opens navigate to the "Prederences" folder; move com.apple.garageband.plist to the Desktop.
    Log off and on again (don't skip that step!). Retry GarageBand and see if it GarageBand is now downloading the missing content properly.
    If that does not fix the problem, post back and explain in more detail what the download problem is.
    Why did you "repurchase" GarageBand? If you already owned GarageBand '11, it should be unnecessary.

    I've tried Firefox, Safari, Opera and Explorer none of them will allow the window pages to open up nor can I get Mail to open up my non yahoo emails
    I have tried to post this on the communities board several times but the question always vanishes

    So you get the log-in screen for Hotmail but it won't complete the log-in? I also take it from your posts that there is no error message that appears to give any indication of the nature of a problem, it just doesn't complete the log in? That sounds like it could be an issue with your Hotmail account. Have you tried logging onto your Hotmail account from another computer, say a computer from work? If not, then the first thing to do is try logging in from another computer. If you don't have one anywhere else, go to a public library and use one of theirs and try logging into your Hotmail.
    There is no reason why you would be blocked from Hotmail/Live, Google pages and such while other pages (such as this) are accessible unless one of a few things are happening:
    1) You don't have access to those pages because of account lock-out (that's why you need to check your ability to access Hotmail from another computer -- to verify that this is not the case).
    2) Something is actively blocking access to those pages. This could be one of a few things:
         a) ISP settings, which you seem to have eliminated when you indicate that you tried accessing Hotmail from another location than your default location, if in fact that other is connected through a different ISP, although in actual fact you did not indicate that you verified that the other access point you tried was actually connecting via another ISP.
         b) Router settings, which you did pretty much eliminate when you tried accessing Hotmail from another location than your default location.
         c) Software blocking. This could include the following:
              * Add-ins: You seem to have eliminated the likely hood of this when you indicate that you've tried multiple browsers.
              * Security software: Family blocking/URL blocking software would cause similar issues across all browsers. If you had installed anything of this nature, this would be a suspicion.
    There is one red flag I see amongst all this. You indicate that you have a Macbook Pro running OS X 10.6.7 with membership in these forums showing a start date of March this year, your posts suggest that you recently purchased a Mac, and that your prior posts have disappeared (son't know how far back you were meaning, although I do see one from 3 days ago posted in the Windows section). My question has to do with something you wrote earlier in this thread: "I've tried Firefox, Safari, Opera and Explorer". Uh, would that be Microsoft Internet Explorer? How do you have that installed?

Currently, there seems to only be the option to issue a "chrome:" command in URL which DOES reset the master password. However, it was something that I had to google. The intuitive option would be to uncheck the "Use Master Password" checkbox, receive a verification dialogue, and blammo, password reset. Please make this a feature, thank you.

    Sorry, for being unclear. Essentially this is a feature request for an option under Firefox options (why not?) to reset my Master Password not knowing the Master Password. For Security reasons I understand why all the saved passwords have to be wiped, but wiping the Master Password (having forgotten it) should be an option without having to issue an arcane command that one has to google to figure out.

    Yes you are right.  You have to set it to 100% to see the menu words.  Makes all the print kind of small though..quirky program.

    Go to the control panel and check dpi scaling under Appearance or Display.
    It’s not uncommon to see a setting of 125% or higher to improve screen readability but PSE requires a dpi of 96 or 100%
    Whilst the Editor Menu will appear at 120% to 149% the Organizer Menu (and the advanced button in downloader) won’t. Sometimes the mouse or tool cursors are distorted.
    Try a setting of 115% or 116% otherwise 100%. A common display resolution, notably for notebooks/laptops, and netbooks is 1024 x 768 but PSE requires a screen height of 800 for full functionality. If your height resolution is out of the range 768 to 800 try experimenting with the slider/settings.
