Why can't I play any of my playlists now?

I've been using iTunes for years on consecutive macs. Now, it no longer plays my lists. Actually it won't even play a selected song. It plays my audio books and some music that I bought from the apple store but not my own purchased music.

what are you trying to play them through? What video format?
Download VLC player, its free and plays nearly ever video format out there. I cant think of a single Mac user that doesnt have it installed.

After reading your post, it sounds like you are experiencing an error with the Podcasts app. You may want to consider restarting the device first, and then resetting if that does not work. This article provides detailed instructions for Restarting, and Reseting:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
How to restart
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your device until the red slider appears. Then drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
How to reset
You should reset your device as a last resort and only if you can't restart it.
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Why can't I play any videos on Firefox Mobile? I know that currently Firefox Mobile does not support Flash, but mp4 videos will not play either.

Have you done any basics like re-starting the computer? If you have an the problem persists please let us know more, your original post tells us nothing of use to help us troubleshoot. We need to know the version of OS X installed, how you are attempting to connect to the radio (iTunes, direct via a station's website, etc...) and which iMac you own.
Without these basics it's almost impossible to help.

Why can't I play any recently uploaded songs?

I have recently downloaded several songs and I can't access them at all! I click on the song and it tells me I have to authorize. I login and it plays a completely different song from my library. I can't access anything I just spent money on. I'm very frustrated!

Your issue does not have anything to do with Apple networking. I would suggest that you repost to the iPad area of the Apple Support Communities to get a better chance in getting a solution.

did you migrate and transfer programs from another computer?
you are using OS X and support for older powerpc based programs won't run unless you insall Parallels and Snow Leopard in a VM. Or upgrade all the programs to be Lion compatible.

If you are running OS X 10.7.2 then you will be able to use AirPort Utility 5.6.

My parents have been sending me little .MOV movies via email. But I can't play them on my MacBook Pro. I am however able to play them on my iPhone.
Why can't I play it on my computer?
This is the error msg I get: The document “IMG_0259.MOV” could not be opened. The movie is not in a format that QuickTime Player understands. You may need to install additional software to open this type of file.

I have the same problem. I make a video on my iPhone and email it to my webmail, can't open it on the MacBookPro, but can on my phone from my webmail. On the MacBookPro, a screen opens that displays the "Q" from Quicktime with a question mark on it. That's all I get!
Thought I didn't have quicktime, but since the computer comes with it and my updates are all up to date, it just doesn't make any sense. This has only started recently. The two videos in question are the longest (under 15 min but over 10) ones I've ever had. When I go to email them, it says they are too long but send them anyway.
I am perplexed. I really want to be able to watch them (or I wouldn't have made them in the first place) and just can't figure out what to do!!

Probably because Facebook Games on the website need Flash to run, and iPads don't natively support Flash.
You may be able to find a Flahs supporting browser in the Appr Store. (Search for "flash browser"). Though support is not 100% for any of them, but maybe some of the games may work.

Why can'y we get any help

for more than 2 years we've repeatedly asked for our comcast tv and internet to be fixed. for 2 years it's been the same thing, change the box and say everything is fine, when it's not. for the last month there have been multiple appontments made with none kept and with no call. no one seems to know a thing or even care and it's gotten way too old, to the point of cancelling and moving on to fios/verizon. so I ask why can't we get any help?. we've asked for an upgrade, no past money is due, can't play video games live (runs too slow) things just do not work as advertised and again no one here or where ever our calls are sent to seems to care. it's we'll send someone on this date and then they don't show, call again and the same thing. 5 times in the month of July alone.

It does mention VLC, but only if you copy it first which, according to the ToU of these forums, we are not allowed to discuss here as it circumvents copyright protection. In any case, you'd still need a BR player.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple, nor is it 'live chat'.
What happens when you try to play them and what have you tried to fix it ? If they've downloaded successfully then they should be listed in the Music part of your iTunes library - if you select Music on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes do they, and if they do what happens when you double-click on them ? If you have iTunes 11 and are using a Mac then option-command-S should get get the sidebar to show, control-S if you are using a PC.
If they don't play then have you tried closing and re-opening iTunes and/or re-downloading and installing it ? Have you tried adding any of your songs to your iTunes library (File > Add To Library) and do they play ? If they don't play either then you may be better off re-posting in the relevant forum, iTunes For Windows or iTunes For Mac.
