Why can't I reactivate my serial number for Adobe Design Suite Premium CS3?

Below is a screen shot of what I am trying to explain. I did Step 2 but isn't recognizing my serial numbers. I don't understand that. I have purchased this a while back. Is it because it's old? Or do I have to purchase a serial number even though I have one already? I was avoiding to have to pay something that I already have which isn't working. What do I do?

You shouldn't need to purchase an additional serial number. Did you activate your software on more than two computers? If so, you would need to deactivate it on one computer, before activating it on another.

Sorry Fred you are wrong.
If you have a single license you can install it on as many computers as you like. you can only activate the suite on two computers at anyone time. Work and Home or as many of us do it Desktop and Laptop. You can not use the computers simultaneously. You only have 20 activation/deactivations so use them wisely. Student versions only have one activation. You can not break up the suite installs the suite is considered one application.

If you purchased the boxed product you can even install one on a PC and one on a Mac.

You normally use the same serial number that you are first issued. If you registered your product when you first installed it then you should be able to find your setial number available thru your Adobe account online.

I got my software over a year ago when I was a student and changed courses quite quickly so didnt use it. I would now like to use it and teach myself.
I asked at the time via sending my student card etc for a serial number, and didnt get one. I obviously require it now but have not heard anything back from support and it says on the website that serial number is on the disk. It isnt on my disk. Can anyone help with this please ?

If you never got a serial, you should have worked it out back then. At this point nobody can do anything for you, I'm afraid, but feel free to contact support directly.

Can someone PLEASE HELP.
I have had no joy from adobe support or their customer services. Myself and my student colleague purchased the student edition and have nothing but problems in trying to install this product on XP.
We so far have carried out all the support requests, such as running the clean up file, deleting folders on the c drive and uninstall.
WE are desperate to use photoshop. PLEASE can someone help??????????

Where did you get the student version? If it was through your school, you should ask the IT folks there.
It may be an issue with not having anti-virus disabled or some such thing.

On adobe.com it shows that the serial number I received is associated with adobe photoshop elements 9 and premiere elements 9. I have purchased those products in the past, but just recently upgraded to elements 12. I can use the the photoshop organizer, but can't open the photoshop editor.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

I don't understand your problem.
After Effects CS6 runs on 64 bit systems. You use the same serial number you use on a 32 bit system.
If you want to upgrade to the CC subscription version, you can do so on the Adobe website.
What do you mean that no customer service answered you? Did you speak to Adobe Support? What did they say?
