Why can't I redeem my credit I already have on my itunes account? When I try to redeem to make a purchase I'm taken to a page to pay by credit card. What gives? On the itunes page it DOES show I have over $50 credit remaining on my balance.

Why can't I redeem my itunes credit of over $50 I still have on account to buy a movie? It IS showing on my itunes page. I haven't had this problem in the past. Two weeks ago the Apple store in Omaha,NE reinstalled my Snow Leopard program. Would that effect anything?

The reason for that is the screen motion that is enabled. With certain photos and how they were taken, they will be zoomed in so that there is no black space on the photo.

Like all gift cards, iTunes Gift Cards have to be activated by the retailer at the store where the card was purchased and that message makes it sound like that did not take happen. So perhaps that is the issue and you might have to take the card and the receipt back to the store and have it activated.

Itunes quits when i try to open a tvshow i purchased

working on windows vista with the service packs applied and all the updates... the shows i've downloaded from itunes will not play. well, once i got one to play, but other than that nothing.
i get the "itunes has stopped working" dialog... windows problem solver tells me that apple suggests updating the program... but it is the updated version and still nothing.
the videos are downloaded in a format that only itunes uses so i don't seem to have other options as to opening the files...
any ideas?

Have you tried contacting iTunes Support and asking them ? We are fellow users here on these forums, it could be due to a number of reasons, we won't know which one.

The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.

You've tried restarting the film ? If it still skips then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.
