Why can't I save anything from Silverlight plugin in Safari?

I can't save a file or print to PDF from a site that uses Silverlight. Is there a fix for this? I get that it's related to Safari being sandboxed. Can I give it permission or something?

I just found the answer, I think. In Safari > Preferences > Security under Internet Plugings, click the "Manage Websites" button. Find Silverlight and select it to run in "Unsafe Mode."

Thank you, but I still haven't solved my problem. I tried the reset suggestion. But I cannot find print.print_printer preference. Maybe the word "printer" is to be replaced with the name of my printer. But because of the warning that making any changes is a very dangerous thing to do, I hesitated to do anything.
I have located the Print to file option, but it is not checked.
This problem did not exist before the Firefox update of about 6 months ago. Today I downloaded the latest Firefox update, hoping that would solve my problem, but it did not.

I tried downloading a free app from the apple App Store but I now get a message saying there was a problem taking payments and I have to update my credit card details. This is confusing as the app is free and I have never tried paying for an app without having the money in my bank to pay for it. Why does it now tell me I ended credit card details to install an app and why has the error occurred with my bank details?

Why can't I hear anything from my Bluetooth

My Bluetooth is connected but I can't hear anything on it. I've even connected the Bluetooth in my car and I still can't hear anything. The phone does not give me the option to select the Bluetooth or the phone. What's the problem?

I am having problems purchasing anything from I tunes. I KNOW I have the correct ID and password. However, I tunes will not let me purchase anything. I log into I tunes and it will show my user ID as logged in, but won't let purchase anything when I try to do so. I tunes prompts me to verify my billing information, but first I have to re-enter my password. This is an endless loop. I will enter the correct PW and Apple ID and it will not say the password is wrong, just says verify billing information, and to re-enter the password again. Any ideas Why? Thanks in advance

Why can't I save pictures from Safari in my Photos app anymore?

I can not save any photo from mail or safari in the photos app since I upgraded to iOS 5. This is very annoying since i lost all the media I had doing this and now I can't get my pics back. I will complain in an apple store soon. I hope they will fix this, or sb here will figure out whats wrong...

I think my problem is harder to solve than that. What you say is what I first tried to do. Since the sync with iTunes was still working, I could still have some pictures in the photos app, and each time I was syncing new pics from my computer ( PC btw ) I had a prompt that said sth like "xx elements have not be synced, check what on iTunes on the PC" but there was nothing on iTunes, and every pic I synced was here in the photos app. I thought there was a directory problem, or ghost pic files issues, so I made a backup of the iPad from iTunes and I disabled the autosync with iTunes. when I got it back, I directly tried to save a pic from safari and mail (even before syncing anything) and it was still not working.
I really can't figure out why is this occurring, and I haven't tried anything else for now. I think I will show this up in an apple store cause it's kinda hard to explain.
PS: sorry for the mistakes, I know this is annoying and makes my weird stuff hard to understand, but English is not my first language. (but I will keep on, the English community is still the best!)

Why can't I save pdfs from web anymore?

I noticed this recently, it didn't dawn on me at first, thought it was a particular web security, but even common sites I save from are no longer letting me. There is no save icon, no menu, nothing. I am using Adobe 9 reader, with Firefox browser and Win XP. I can recall a fairly recent update from Adobe, it may be since then. Can anyone help?

Can't find a way to reply via the forum (must be me) so I hope this is successful to answer both suggestions:
I had another look at the Firefox menu, and saw (maybe overlooked) the option of "save PAGE as". Decided to try that and it saves the pdf file (not just the page). I knew right-clicking had not worked, but tested all options again. No idea why or what changed, as used to have a save option on left or have the floating menu (rt click?). Anyhow - cracked it now - thankyou!

My Epson printer stopped working with Firefox today. It does test pages, will work on Notebook, and will work with IE. Up until today it worked with Firefox. Why can't I print anything from the internet with Firefox?

Up until today, I did everything with Firefox. Then I was on Paypal and went to print a shipping label and the printer would not work. I went to troubleshoot page and it printed a test page. I uninstalled my printer and then re-installed it. Still would not work from an internet page. I did a system restore. Still didn't work. Called Epson. They say it's a Firefox problem because it works on Notebook and test pages. I installed IE and the printer works. What happened and how can I get it back working with Firefox?

I have the same problem, I cannot print PayPal shipping label off of Firefox. I did the about.config entry and have seen that the print.print_printer does not exist at all in the list of entries. I use Vista 32. I use an Epson 545 wirelessly.

Why can't I save images from safari? The only option it gives me is Copy.

Every time I select an image on safari, the image highlights and the only thing that happens is it gives me is the blue bubble that says copy. It doesn't give any saving options. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, if you are still interested, I found a solution. so quick tap on the picture in Images that you want, then under the pictures you'll see three vertical dots, next to closing cross. when you are pressing on dots you'll have several option, you need to press "view image".
The image will open in seperate tab and then you can save it as you would usually do it. hope it helps! )))

Why can't I save images from photo shop to an already existing albumn?

I can't figure out the basics of saving opening and all that. I will edit images in photoshop and when I go to place them in my edited albumn already made up it won't let me. Also I'm downloading software and I can't seem to open any of it. I click in the desktop icon and it just keeps running so through the same installation process over and over never letting me actually open the software. I'm beyond frustrated with this dumb computer. It's out smarted me and I can't get my job done with it

Why can't I add anything from my library to my iPhone?

I have some music on my computer in my iTunes library. When I try to add it to my iPhone I get an error message which says no songs in the iTunes library can be copied to my iPhone. The only thing I could think of was to make sure the computer is authorized, which it is. I'm so lost.

To revert the look and feel to iTunes 10
View > Show Sidebar
View > ShowStatus Bar
click on the black arrow in search and yntick the Search Entire Library.
Now you will see your device in the left hand window and you can drag a playlist to it as you used to.
