Every time I try to put in the password for wifi connection in setup I have to put in a space after the password so that I can "join". The extra space changes the password and I can't join my home network!!! What do I do to get the password accepted and continue with setup?
Why do you have to enter a space at the end of the password? Did you try just tapping the keyboard icon in the lower right corner of the keyboard to hide the keyboard or just hit return after you enter the final character of the password?
If you can't get it to work, restart the iPad and try again. -

I Have the iPad 4, after last update I changed my Apple ID and password, but iCloud won't change the ID but it allowed the pw change so every time I turn on iPad or go to mail it wants the password. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, and then click General.
Open the General pane of Security & Privacy preferences
2. Select “Require password...NEVER after sleep or screen saver begins.” You can adjust the amount of delay before a password is required in the pop-up menu.
From what I am aware, you cannot turn off the keychain.

Why can I not attach a document to an email? Every time I want to send an email with a document attached to it, an error notice pops out. It tells me that the file is being used even when iall other programs are closed. How can I fix this issue?
Thanks Jeff, I was not aware that a template could be multi-page. (All the existing templates were 1 page)
But it worked, saving me some steps. When I was finished I renamed the document, and locked it.
Then tried to save it but could not because it was locked. I closed it, went to my Spread Sheet Folder ,
to find it, it was not there. The Finder could not find it either.
So I start over again.
I opened up Numbers and it showed my personal Numbers template folder, it contained both my new
original 4 page template and the vanished saved document!
I tried to delete the template containing these document data and could not - I had to go to the Library/Application Support/Numbers to physically remove it from this folder. Then I started over again. I Finally found out how to make it work: I can now "save as", and then lock, and it will go to place where I want it to be saved and locked.
The secret is: Click on the document title in the menu bar, and it opens up "Save as...", which works the same as in OS 10.4.11, and you can pick the place you want for saving. Once done that, you can then lock the document in the same pull down menu, and then close it.
I also found later that I can delete a template from its folder, by letting Numbers open the templates,
clicking on the one I want to remove, then go to the "Numbers Menu/File/Move to...", select "Desktop"
and from there the selected template can then be thrown into the Trash from there.
It appears now that the real fault of the Numbers software is that the "Save as" command is not available in the "Edit" or "File" pull-down menus, but hidden behind the title of the document. -

My icloud and Apple ID aren't the same email address. My phone wont let me change my icloud email. I don't know the password to my icloud account, and every time I try to email myself the password, it doesn't go through.

Your Apple ID and iCloud email address don't need to be the same, you can't change an iCloud email address.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you. -
I have deleted my old email address and yet every time I try to access iCloud the password is not recognised....

Every time I turn on my MacBook Pro, before I can use any programs that access the internet (i.e. iTunes, iBank, etc), I have to go into Safari where it prompts me to perform network diagnostics. (I use a wep encrypted wireless network.)
During network diagnostics, I select my network and at some point it tells me that my network appears to be working properly and then defaults to the Apple.com webpage. I then Quit network diagnostics and exit Safari and then I am fine to do whatever I need to in the other programs.
This is quite annoying and I wish it would just remain on my network without me having to do this every time I turn it on. Is there some thing I can do or some setting that I am missing that would allow me to avoid this?Is your network hidden? See:

Change the name of the network and the password, then connect manually and when it asks to save in Keychain do so.

As soon as I log on to Firefox this pop up appears on the screen saying Java Script Application and under neath it it says uninstal and beside uninstal is a yellow triangle with a exclamation mark inside of it. Every time I click the mouse the pop up reappears over and over. Other users have reported that this is caused by one of their add-ons. I suggest going to the Add-ons page and disabling everything that is not essential, and then restarting Firefox. Hopefully it's not caused by something you really rely on.

Go to yahoo and enter your stock quote. Set the link as your homepage , for example, http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=MSFT&ql=1 . Then, every time you open Firefox, it automatically loads the page.
To set homepage;
Tools -> Options -> General -> When Firefox starts "Show my homepage" -> Homepage: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=MSFT&ql=1 -

Every time I turn my ipad 4 on, I have to reenter my home network password. The ipad will not connect automatically to it even though I have connected to it many times.
1. Try Settings > Wi-Fi > tap your wireless SSID > Forget this Network.
2. Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data
