So I have tons of bookmark folders with tons of pages in each folder now at random times (do to unintended myself actions or whatever) i lose a folder that was in a specific hiearchy of other folder. It seems like Illustrator may not consistently be updating the embedded pdf file when re-saving, even if the embedded illustrator file does. We are seeing a number of issues which seem to suggest this is going on..... I have a file I might be able to share with adobe's developers to really look at this problem. In short this file does not have a client change when viewed in reader or output through Photoshop image processor to generate raster copies, yet when we open the file we see the client changes. I would expect this to be a huge issue..... I have told my team to perform a save-as from now on to avoid what I think is going on-it seems to work.....

I think your pdf file is probably damaged. There is a tool called Advanced PDF Repair. I have used it to repair many corrupt PDF files successfully. Its homepage is http://www.datanumen.com/apdfr/ Maybe you can have a try.

The guides all say when using the iCloud photos are shared across all devices. Why can't I see my photos from my iPhone on my iPad when it settings on both devices the iCloud for photos is on?
When you enable Photo Stream on your devices, only new photos you take or import to those devices will be automatically added to your Photo Stream. Existing photos won't.

When I go to a website that has a PDF file and try to print it, it sends me to Preview and when I try to print, the computer freezes up. This does not happen on Safari. Why can't I print a PDF file when I am on Firefox?
To print a PDF, you need to use the print command from the PDF reader plugin instead of firefox's one. If there is no icons bar in the plugin, try right-click on a page from the pdf -> Print.

Updated to Oct 2014 version of photoshop CC. since that time cannot save ANY work. I can work on files but when I hit 'save as" every time it says "photoshop has quit working and needs to close." Need solution now.

Why does the clone stamp work when I go from a darker color to a lighter color but not the other way around? How can I lighted a dark area? The Lasso tool takes from the wrong area.

I borrowed the image below for an HDR workshop I ran at the 2010 PSNZ National Convention, to demonstrate a method of removing halos. You'll remember that halos were a serious problem with early HDR, and while the halos in this image were caused by over sharpening, they are perfect for demonstrating this technique.
It relies on the fact that halos so often tend to put a lighter tone between the two areas where sharpening is being applied. Whether that is the sky abutting a dark line of hills, or the rock and little tower as in this image. I've uploaded it at the size it was supplied to me at (about 2700 pixels wide). So
Click to open the full image, right click and copy, and paste into Photoshop.
Select the clone tool, and set its blend mode to Darken.
Try to sample on a line horizontal to where you want to clone, to give the best tonal match, and start cloning.
Because the sky is darker than the halo, it overwrites it. But the rock is darker than the sky, so it has no affect.
It works even better if you clone on a new layer also set to Darken. No masking, just Photoshop blend mode magic.
You can also fix the little tower. Use a great big brush — just remember to sample horizontal to match the horizon.
Back then I was using the same trick with CAs after forgetting to fix them in ACR, and having done too much work to start again after spotting the problem. -

I would like to detect all the keyboard key is okay, but not every key can be detected by LabVIEW example ( we can use 『basic input demo.vi』to detect normal key』.
I want to detect some 『hot key』 for example some keys exist in the upper part like 『search key』、『e-mail key』、『volumn control key』...etc. They are very often to be watched in some new keyboards, but we still don't know how to detect if their functions are okay.
Can we detect signals of these 『hot key』 in LabVIEW? We can apply these hot key's functions in XP, so we should detect their signal, I think, but I can't do it.
I serach some information about this question, and somebody said we can detect hot key's signal by grabing 『keybode』 these hot key feedback. But I don't know how to do these. I can't use VC. So anyone can give me a LabVIEW VI to grab keycode? Or any other solution we can detect all the key on the keyboard, including hot keys?

Regards,Maybe that is the limitation of Acquire Input Data.vi.The vi can't identify the Unformal key.
You can try to use Event structure and set to listen "key down" event.
There are two terminals VKey, ScanCode will sent out the information when you press key.
