Why can't I see full reviews in the App Store? Every review that is longer than 6 lines has three dots, indicating more, but nowhere to click to see the rest of the review.
Thank you. I only saw the word "More" on one review of one app that I looked at, and I knew to click on that. But many reviews of several apps had three dots at the end of the sixth line without the word "More". And it was obvious there was more written because it was, for example, left in the middle of a sentence.

I have many apps on my iPad, but I have never been able to leave a review.
I currently have the same problem on iOS 7.1 on 4th generation iPad. This is happening over a period of weeks and multiple apps that I cannot submit reviews for. I can go back in the "write review" of the app and the info is still populated and hit submit again but it does not work. There is also nothing inappropriate in my reviews either. I have done everything people have suggested to no avail like resetting my iPad.

Why can't I see my podcast in the iTunes store
When I click on the link provided by Apple I see my podcast in the iTunes store, but when I just try to drill down to it through the iTunes menus I can't find it. I've noticed that there seems to be a maximum of five pages of podcasts for each category. Does this mean that there are other podcasts out there that you just can't get to without doing a search or something?
Run Software update from the Apple menu or update yrou signature (it shows 10.8.2).

Why can't I download/buy anything in the App Store?
So, I was browsing apps in the app store when I found an app I wanted to get. The button to install said "Get" then "Install".
But instead of asking me for my Apple ID Password, the button went back to saying "get". This is happening to ALL apps/items I try to purchase/get.
How can I fix this?As per the Apple iCloud status page, they are having issues. Do not make changes at your end.

Why can't I update my iPhoto through the App Store?
I am trying to update my iPhoto (9.3.2). iPhoto came installed. App Store rejects my username/password. States iPhoto may have been cancelled.
Contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues.

I can review apps I've downloaded or purchased trough iPhone but not those from my PC and not only the paid apps, the free ones too.

Why can't I connect my phone to the app store?
Went onto my phone's app store app to check for updates. Once I selected to update all, the attempted connection timed out, giving the error "Unable to connect to the App Store (Cancel or Retry)".
I've done a soft reset (power off by holding the top power key), made sure all settings are correct (no restrictions under general, etc.), and I'm connected to my Wifi network, so connection isn't the issue.
This has been ongoing for several hours now, though if I go through iTunes on my computer, the apps are able to update themselves there, leading me to thing this isn't an issue with an outtage, more an issue on my device.
Suggestions?Interestingly, after syncing the phone to iTunes, then iTunes for updates, then phone to iTunes again, then transfer of purchases from the phone to iTunes and finally one last sync of the phone to iTunes, it's now working. Odd little hiccup!

How do we know why you can't submit a review if we don't know what you have tried?
Tap on Ratings and Review, then tap on Write A Review and a window pops up asking for your Apple ID password. Once the password is verified another window pops up in which you can tap on the "star" rating that you want to give and you can type your review and submit it. What isn't working for you? -
Why can't I see still images in the playback monitor when editing a video?
Why can't I see still images in the playback monitor when editing a video? I have rendered the images in the project. I checked my system to make sure it meets all the requirements for the software, no problem there. When I "share" the project and save it as an MPEG, the images show up in WMP just fine. But I need to be able to see what I'm doing to the stills while I am editing. Help!

Premiere Elements 10 NVIDIA Video Card Driver Roll Back
If you are a Premiere Elements 10 user whose Windows computer uses a NVIDIA GeForce video card and you are experiencing
Premiere Elements 10 display and/or unexplained program behavior, then your first line of troubleshooting needs to be rolling
back the video card driver version instead of assuring that it is up to date.
Since October 2013 to the present, there have been a growing number of reports about display and unexplained workflow
glitches specific to the Premiere Elements 10 user whose Windows computer has a NVIDIA GeForce video card. If this applies
to you, then the “user to user” remedy is to roll back the NVIDIA GeForce video card driver as far as is necessary to get rid of
the problems. The typical driver roll back has gone back as far as March – July 2013 in order to get a working Premiere
Elements 10. Neither NVIDIA nor Adobe has taken any corrective action in this regard to date, and none is expected moving forward.

You may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
Your router may not have given your iPhone a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the "i" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPhone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc. -
Hello there, I'm new to the Apple world, and I'm still learning my way around.
Why is when I try to download from the App Store, it says "The application cannot be downloaded."
It doesn't ask me for payment or anything. When I click on download, about 10 seconds later, that message pops up and nothing is downloaded onto my laptop. I can download other stuff onto my laptop for e.g. Microsoft Word and other various programs such as Google Chrome from the internet. However, I just cannot download from App Store. Any suggestions on how I can download apps?There is nothing wrong with my iTunes, is more of the App store that I am concerned about. And I've tried the "Authorise this computer" yes it does download when using iTunes, but no luck with App Store. And, yes I am logged onto iTunes when doing purchases.
I find this really fustrating because the App store works fine on my ipod but once it comes to my macbook, it does not download. A few seconds later after I click on an app to download, the pop up message notifies me that the purchase cannot be downloaded.

I changed the email on my Apple ID and now my password won't work and I can't get anything from iTunes or the App store.
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if it then works.

I cannot down load Yosemite from the App Store. It keeps saying there is an error. I have Mavericks installed now. Can I download Yosemite anywhere else besides the App Store?
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Select
/var/log ▹ appstore.log
from the hierarchical list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Select the messages from the last installation or update attempt, starting from the time when you initiated it. If you're not sure when that was, click the Clear Display button in the toolbar of the Console window and then try the installation again.
Copy the messages to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don’t post many repetitions of the same message.
☞ The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of it useless for solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.
☞ Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
