Why can't I see my podcast art in iTunes Library?

I have a podcast in the iTunes store with artwork that - once I've subscribed to - doesn't show up in my library. (The artwork.) It shows as a generic podcast icon. Any ideas?

Makes sense. Hadn't thought to add artwork to the actual individual files before uploading. For my own present sanity, I just added our logo art manually to each downloaded episode (3 as of today) so at least I have it looking right in my own iTunes library. But in the future, I'll do the imbedding thing so it will work for everyone else. I thought since iTunes has a lag time on searchability and artwork with the original first podcast submission, this was just another thing waiting to resolve on it's own, but now I know it's another tiny step in the pre-upload process. Will definitely remember to add the art moving forward. Thanks!

Why can't I see my podcast in the iTunes store

When I click on the link provided by Apple I see my podcast in the iTunes store, but when I just try to drill down to it through the iTunes menus I can't find it. I've noticed that there seems to be a maximum of five pages of podcasts for each category. Does this mean that there are other podcasts out there that you just can't get to without doing a search or something?

Why can't I see new podcast episodes in iTunes?

I only subscribe to a couple of podcasts but have several where I pick-and-choose from new episodes to download and then listen to on my iPod.
Under past versions of iTunes I would simply right-click on a podcast in my iTunes Podcasts folder, select "Show all episodes" or something similar, and the latest episodes would appear at the top and I could pick and choose which ones to download. However, under the new version, I don't see that option anymore. All my podcasts seemed to have stopped at approximately September 24, 2013. I can hit "show old episodes" and it reveals ones older than that but I can't see the ones added since. Deleting all podcasts and then downloading a new episode from the store doesn't help either.
What am I missing? I don't want to subscribe to the podcasts and download episodes that don't interest me. The only workaround I have found is to just go to the iTunes store, search for the podcast, and then download new episodes from there but that seems unnecessarily cumbersome when in the past I could just use a couple mouseclicks or less to see what was new. I feel like I must be missing something obvious...

Do I understand correctly that the feature where you could see the available podcasts in your podcast list is now gone? Thge only way to see a podcast you are not subscribed to is to go to the iTunes store? That s**ks! The iTunes store is slow; it displays images I don't want to see, and it is tedious. Why can't I see the column browser in iTunes 11.4?
Just imported a CD of rare folk music that a friend gave me and want to edit the title, album name, etc like I used to.
In iTunes under "View" the column Browser options are greyed out - not available.
Seems that this is the view where editing is possible.
What can I do to bring back column browser?

Select Songs (not Artists or Albums) at top and you can use the Column browser.

Thanks for the question. Was this song purchased from the iTunes Store? If so, it may be that your device is configured to show all of your purchased music that has not yet been downloaded. The following resource may resolve your issue:

View only music that’s downloaded. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store. Under Show All, turn off Music.

Why can't i see all the tabs in itunes store??

Hello. I am from Romania and I recently got an ipod nano 5th gen so i am very new at this.At first i used it on a different computer and everything was fine, then when i got home to my computer i noticed that i can't find the music,movies,podcast etc tabs in the iTunes store.It's really frustrating.I uninstalled the iTunes and installed it again but there was no change.I can only see "application store" and "itunes u".I can't find music,podcasts or anything else besides aplications and games.If i click on "home" it shows me the same thing.If I go on the Library section and click on Podacats,I can choose to click "Browse podcasts in the iTunes store".I click that and it shows me the exact same thing.By searching directly it's the same.What is wrong here? Sorry, but there is nothing you can do about it. There's no place where you could create "another account" that would give you any greater access to media. The content owners do not allow cross-border sales, so you cannot open an account in another country's iTunes Store. So until such time as Apple is able to obtain the necessary licensing and decides that it's practical to open an iTunes Store on your country, I'm afraid that you will not be able to purchase music, videos, or movies from an iTunes Store.
There is only one possibility for you: if what you're looking for are only podcasts, you may be able to find the podcast you want directly from a web site. Apple doesn't host the podcasts, they only link to them, so the podcast you want may be available from another source. You'll have to do a web search and see if the podcast turns up.

Why can't I see my TV series in my library?

I purchased a TV series in iTunes, and then after I watched it, I deleted it from my computer. However, I can't see the item in my iTunes library to download again. Each episode should at least be listed there with a little cloud icon to download later.
Furthermore, I go to the iTunes Store -> Home -> Purchased -> TV Shows, and it says "You do not have any purchased TV shows available to download." I then navigate the show itself in the iTunes store, and it says it's purchased.

Good advice! That purchase was hidden. It's now marked unhidden, but still nothing appears in my library. In fact, for some reason, I can't even seen my cloud music either. Previously, all the music I hadn't downloaded to my computer yet would appear in my library with a little cloud icon. Now those items aren't appearing either. I have tried logging out and in. No hidden purchases. Not sure what else is causing these items not to appear in my library.

If you are using an iOS device, "iTunes Radio" is located under the music app, not iTunes.
If you are trying to acess iTunes Radio from your Mac or PC, make sure you are updated to the latest iTunes, 11.1.0

Why can't I sync my musics from my itunes library?

I just downloaded the newest version of itunes to update my ipod to the version 5.0.1 and I have a whole playlist in my itunes.
when i looked in the music icon of my ipod, there was only one song in the playlist. I clicked on sync many times and there is no result.

Why can I not connect my phone to my iTunes library on my PC anymore?

For some reason I'm not able to connect my iPhone to my iTunes library on my PC anymore. I don't know if I have a certain setting on or something else. Could someone please help me out to find what the problem is? (By the way, I don't know wht iPhone I have but it's not the iPhone 5)

What version of iOS are you running? There are known issues with the beta of iOS 7, where the companion app doesn't work, and we're working on a fix for this - in the meantime, you should continue with iOS 6 or earlier.
Other than that, can you verify that Scout works locally (i.e. on content in the browser on the local machine), and also from another remote machine (see the instructions for remote profiling in the getting started guide here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/scout/articles/adobe-scout-getting-started.html). It would be especially useful if you could test with a remote machine over wifi (e.g. a laptop). This would rule out any issues with your network, such as a firewall that's blocking connections.
When you connect using the companion apps, are you typing in the IP address directly, or relying on the app to discover the Scout machine? This discovery uses the Bonjour service, and it's possible this could be being blocked by your network - so I would try typing in the IP address directly, to see if that works.

Why can't I see my podcasts in "List" view?

Just upgraded to version 11.1.4.62. I have 420 podcasts (from 3 different podcasts) and when I choose "Unplayed" view it shows all of the podcasts. But as soon as I change it to "List" view, it only shows 3 podcasts from 1 podcast I'm subscribed to. How do I get them to show up in the "List" view??

to the left of the search button in day view are dots with lines. Click that. You should see the list view.

Since iPhoto 7 (iLife 08) the old iPhoto Library Folder is now a Package File. This is simply a folder that looks like a file in the Finder. The change was made to the format of the iPhoto library because many users were inadvertently corrupting their library by browsing through it with other software or making changes in it themselves.
Accessing the files via the Finder has never been supported in iPhoto.

There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto:
*For Users of 10.5 and later*
You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Command-Click for selecting multiple pics.

Many internet sites such as Flickr and SmugMug have plug-ins for accessing the iPhoto Library. If the site you want to use doesn’t then some, one or any of these will also work:
To upload to a site that does not have an iPhoto Export Plug-in the recommended way is to Select the Pic in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export and export the pic to the desktop, then upload from there. After the upload you can trash the pic on the desktop. It's only a copy and your original is safe in iPhoto.
This is also true for emailing with Web-based services. However, if you're using Gmail you can use iPhoto2GMail
If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.
*If you want to access the files with iPhoto not running*:
For users of 10.6 and later:
You can download a free Services component from MacOSXAutomation which will give you access to the iPhoto Library from your Services Menu. Using the Services Preference Pane you can even create a keyboard shortcut for it.
For Users of 10.4 and later:
Create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use this free utility Karelia iMedia Browser
Other options include:
1. *Drag and Drop*: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
2. *File -> Export*: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
3. *Show File*: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
Of course you should have a back up of your Photos too.

Why can't I see the "Store" menu in iTunes?

I'm trying to authorize my computer but I can't see the menu items the Apple Support site is telling me I have to click.

There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them:

Just got a new Apple TV and I can't see it in either my airport untility or iTunes
I'm getting a great deal of drop out from the internet as it keeps loosing connection to my iTunes

Apple TV will not show up in iTunes unless directly connected for a restore.
If you are having an issue with connectivity via home sharing or airplay then that is an issue with the local network. If on wifi try Ethernet. Go to istumbler to get a report of the network, look for signal strength and noise
