Why can't I serve a webpage from my Mac?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to place a website at Hard Drive>Library>Webserver>Documents and then be able to reach that website from anywhere other than the actual Mac it's sitting on (and even that's iffy sometimes). Here's what I'm doing:
Create a basic website in iWeb and save it at Hard Drive/Library/Webserver/Documents/index.html. I then turn on Web sharing (or whatever it's called - I'm not in front of my Mac right this minute). I then go to my router's setup page and configure it to forward port 80 to the Mac. I have DynDNS service, and their OS X app running (and the correct router IP address shows up at www.dyndns.org).
But when I type in my dyndns internet address, I get a "Server could not connect because of networking problems" error.
Anybody got any ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

Yes, see my previous post and confirm your ISP is not blocking port 80 and your firewall is not blocking port 80.
If they are, you can try to forward port 8080 to port 80 and then connect to your web.IP.Address:8080

Don't know! You'll have to give us more details of what's happening when you try. Can you print other documents OK? When you try to print, does the printer icon appear in the dock - click on it and see if there are any printer messages.

Back up all data.
Triple-click the line of text below to select it, the copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):

In the Finder, select
Go > Go to Folder
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Paste into the text box that opens (command-V), then press return.
From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
The "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can also interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you may need to remove it as well, if it's present.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

In which case, clearly communicating the intent would have been a better solution. The steps do apply. A more appropriate response would have been "tried that, no change".
Regardless of whether they fixed the problem or not, they do apply.
If English is not your native language, I would strongly encourage you to post in your native language going forward.
If basic troubleshooting has not resolved the issue, the next step is to take the device to Apple for evaluation.

What is happening is that there is some process on the website that is detecting the screen size of the visitor and redirecting smartphones to a mobile directory, hence the error message -

This is the second time in three months this has occurred. Bell Aliant suggested I contact Apple directly as the only option is to remove my e-mail account and reconfigure it. This will mean losing all my files. These files are very important as my account is a business account.
Bell Aliant thought perhaps it is an Apple problem and that Apple may better be able to remedy the situation without me losing my e-mail files.

Did they explain how the app managed to delete all of your mail and then not even let you have access ?
If that was the case the app should still be able to access the empty folders.
I know there is often blame and counter blame in these situations but there are limits.

Try the following steps.
Power off the printer.
Reset the phone by holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot.
Power cycle your router. Disconnect it from power for about 30 seconds and then power it back on.
Once it has completed the reboot, then power the printer back on and make sure it connects to the wi-fi network
Open the content on the phone that you want to print and attempt printing it again.
If that does not do it, then check to see if there is any newer firmware for the printer from HP.

What you could do, is have the Library content on the external hard drive and simply tell your iTunes programme to look on the hard drive for your music etc.. However, once you set that up, that hard drive needs to be connected and ready to read, before you start the iTunes programme. If it isn't ready, iTunes will simply go back to the default location for the music, find nothing and then you'll be back here saying that you've lost your Library.
