Why can't I sign in to itunes on my phone
for the last hour I have been trying to sign in to itunes on my phone. It has been signed in all day now all of a sudden it does not want to play ball.
can anybody help or would I be as well flushing the phone down the toilet. I have only had two bloody days and it's ******* me right off with all the itunes
and icloud bollocks. Just let me use my bloody account

My girlfriend is sitting next to me with the same phone and has no problems with it so it can't be a problem with the store what other avenues are available as this is really starting to try my patients

If the decrypt went without any interruptions or anything that looked like an error then your computer is probably OK. The fact that none of your accounts can log in leads me to believe you may some corruption somehwere else.
Find your software installation CD or DVD that came with your Mac or that you purchased in a store and insert it into the drive. You can boot to it by holding down the "C" key at startup.
After you pass the initial screen for language you'll see the software installation page. Ignore this. Instead look under the menus for Disk Utility. Run Repair Permissions and Repair Disk. Restart and try to log in again.
If that doesn't work then restart from the disk again and look for the menu option to reset an administrator password. If you can get into just one admin account then you should be able to reset passwords for any others.
If resetting an admin password doesn't work then I suggest you look into using a third party tool such as DiskWarrior from Alsoft <http://www.alsoft.com>. It is an excellent tool for repairing disk problems. If you have Apple Care then you may have also receieved a CD for TechTool. You can run that as well.

Why can't I sign into the iTunes store?
I've been trying to sign into the iTunes store for months now. Since v10 released, I have been unable to sign into the store, use Genius or any other feature that requires an active store use.
I can sign in here (obviously) but when I try to sign in IN iTunes, it trys for about 30 seconds, pulls up the review dialogue and then goes back to asking me to sign in before I can review my information.
Sometimes it pulls up a Welcome page that looks like it's all text without any of the formatting or bells and whistles.
The fact that this has been going on so long, that I've found LOTS of other users with the same problems and that there is no fix for it annoys me to no end.
Has anyone, anywhere found a fix or heard anything about this problem being patched? Should I try reverting back to 9.x version of iTunes?Try refer to this article to delete SC Info.sidb file:

Why can't I sign into my iTunes account via iTunes.
I am not able to sign into my iTunes account but when I use the same ID and password I am able to sign into my apple store account.
I have a feeling this might have something to do with the fact that sometimes I'm also not able to load certain songs onto my iPod.Hum. No reply.... I will call the folks at Apple and see what I find out.
I noticed that when I was on my boys' Windows XP machine I was able to sign into my iTunes account via iTunes/store. It seems to be a problem specific to my Mac machine. ????? -

why can't I sign into my account and add a rescue email so I will be able to redo my security questions? I have been unable to buy anything from Itunes because it's asks me for security questions that I don't remember what I put in the first place
1. Because if you could, someone who breaks into your account could do it as well.
2. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Try this and see what happens. Quit the App Store, Sign out of your account completely, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again. -

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

They can, but not at the same time.
If one user left iTunes running, and another user tries to use iTunes from a different Windows user ID, that second user will get an error message. If they really want to use iTunes, they either have to beg the first user to log in and close iTunes, or else they have to restart the computer.
