Why can't I upload a photo to my youtube channel art.

Tying to set a photo from iPhoto as my youtube channel art but it says there is an error and to make sure photos are jpeg, gif, or png.
When I look at the info for the photo, it is a jpeg...
What do i do?

You have not given us enough to work with. Also, this forum is for iMacs made between 1998 and 2005. If your iMac is that old you may be working with an browser that Twitter doesn't support. Very comon for owners of obsolete Macs.
If your iMac is newer than 2005 we can get you moved to a more active and appropriate forum; this one does not get a lot of views.

Why can't I upload from iMovie directly to YouTube?

For some reason, I have been unable to gain access to this forum for the past two days. I am trying to upload a video from My Samsung U20 HD camcorder, and can't do it. iMovie recognizes the camera, and downloads it, but when I go to upload to YouTube, the entire area is grayed out. in the iPhoto preferences ==> accounts delete your e-mail account and reenter it

Yeah, about that... Apple stopped signing iOS 5.1.1. Because Apple is no longer issuing it. Apple only issues the most current software for a given device. See http://images.apple.com/legal/sla/docs/iOS6.pdf It states:
"Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you are granted a limited non-exclusive
license to download iOS Software Updates that may be made available by Apple for your model
of the iOS Device to update or restore the software on any such iOS Device that you own or
control."
So per the Software License Agreement you HAD TO ACKNOWLEDGE to upgrade to iOS 6 you agreed to use iOS 6 in accordance with that agreement and it doesn't give you permission to downgrade your version of iOS.

This is book # 13 and I've not encountered this problem before. I am dragging photos into the sourse pane but they are not imported. I have other books w/ over 700 pics (not all used) but this has only 300+ so far. I've copied the book to a pdf and it looks as if I'll have to redo it unless there's another solution.

There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on seven different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary from version to version and OS to OS. So before anyone can help, they need information to work with. Basic stuff:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. What were you doing when the problem arose?
- Did it ever work properly?
- Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
Anything else you can think of that might allow someone else to understand your issue.
With this kind of information somebody can develop a starting point for troubleshooting the issue.

That's it. That is my question. Why can't I put more photos on my ipad from whatever computer I feel like it without having to delete the photos on there? It is incredibly frustrating.

Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive (works the same with an SD card) into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)
