Why can't I use any of the apps except as "trial"?

Subscribed to CC day before yesterday (paid). Can't use any of the apps except as "trial". Spoke with someone in customer service who assured me that things would be working by today.  I was told that I don't need to enter a serial number if I've paid for a subscription, and I don't have one anyway. Today applications still won't run. Anyone know what's wrong??

    Hey, I just got my ipod touch 8 gig. It came with 1.1.2 on it so I updated. Now when I go to settings and about, it says it's 1.1.3 as well... All the firmware update of 1.1.3 added was the ability for your ipod to watch rented movies from itunes and thats ONLY if you update your itunes to 7.6. So to get anything you wish you must get the $20 upgrade.

    I updated my apps a couple of days back. Now I'm not even able to use my microsoft word simple documents. I can't open my lesson plans, my homework, my kids pictures....nothing. What am I missing?

  • Why can't I use any of my apps on a secondary computer?

    I never thought I'd have any issues with Adobe, however since purchasing a Creative Cloud Subscription a few days ago I'm having a licensing issue.
    On my first Windows PC, I downloaded and installed all Apps avaliable to me via Adobe Application Manager.
    Upon running my first app, I was able to click 'Sign In' and was sorted.
    However on my second Windows PC, also downloading and installing via the Manager, things got weird.
    I ran Photoshop for the first time, and clicked 'Sign In'.. Everything seemed fine.
    After restarting my computer, I tried to open Illustrator and recieved a window asking me to activate the product.
    Suddenly, every single application is now pretty much under a 30 day trial. Upon following these instructions via your Support Site - it didn't do anything. So, I followed these instructions to convert them from trials - however after signing in I don't get 'Congratulations'.. I get 'Serial Number'.
    What now? I would love to solve this issue before I can't use the software any more after 30 days for no reason.

    What is your email client?
    What is your Reader version?
    What exactly means "can't"?
    Does this happen for any attachments, or just PDF files?

    Credit cards do need to be from the same country as your account, which may or may not apple, but if you're visiting from another country and trying to use, for example, a UK card in the US app store, it won't work.
    Could you have typo'd a number? Or could the card be expired?

    First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

    This is a 32 channel device with 16 Differential inputs.
    Why can't i use the MAX test panel to view any channel beyond AI-7 using the Differential setting? It shades out differential even though my device has this capability.

    I am using MAX 4.1.0.3001 in conjunction with LV 8.0 and the USB-6218.
    I go to MAX, Expand devices, expand MX devices, Right click on the USB-6218 (device2), and go to the test panels.
    From there i am unable to view any differential pair beyond 8.
    How am i supposed to Thru-Calibrate my equipment? Generally to achieve a valid calibration i use MAX itself to record the raw voltages the board "sees" as i apply known loads to the sensors.
    The reason i need to check all this out is because DIFF pairs > 8 also are not working in my VI! Im am not sure if this is related or not.

    I changed my email address, which in turn, changed my Apple ID. I changed the settings of my iPad and things were fine for me, but my husband shares a few apps with me and isn't able to update or use any of those apps now. The change doesn't work for him. 
    Now, I got a new iPad mini and I'm having the same problem. I have purchased many apps which I can't use now. I have a lot of work documents saved to them too.
    Is there anyway that both husband and I can change the setting so we can access the apps we have already purchased?

    You have to be signed into the correct Apple ID in order to download those purchases again for free.
    Settings>iTunes & App Store. Tap the old ID and sign out, then sign in with the new/changed ID.

    Hey there pahatch,
    It sounds like your App Store is not completely loading for you on your iPhone 6, but works fine on your iPad. I would start by quitting the App Store app on your phone first:
    iOS: Force an app to close
    Double-click the Home button.
    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
    Swipe the app up to close it.
    When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
    iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
    If the issue persists I would next sign out of the App Store in your Settings, and then restart the iPhone 6 one more time.  and try again:
    App Store settings - iPhone
    Settings > iTunes & App Store
    Tap your account name, then tap Sign Out.

  • Why can't I use LTE on the replacement?

    Hi,
    Several days ago, I sent my iphone 5 for repairing and Apple gave me a replacement. Before the repair, I use LTE on my old iphone and it worked very well. However, on the replacement phone, I am not able to use LTE any more(the LTE is turned on), even if I reset the network settings. In addition, there was a "personal hotspot" in the top level of settings, however, on the replacement iphone, it disapperas and I can not use personal hotspot, either. Is that a hardware problem or a software problem? How can I solve it?

    try resetting all settings.
    did you restore from a backup? if yes, backup your iPhone again then Restore it as New (setup as new, dont restore from backup) to test the iPhone. if it will be the same then it is an iPhone's fault.
