    The pad can play a lot of streaming material, but it depends on the format of the material.  If the broadcast is encoded via flas, the pad cannot play it.   You might talk to whoever produces the broadcast and ask them if they are planning to change to a newer system.

I have even tried to get it to run in Firefox and still no results. I've been able to do live streaming previously, but today I'm hitting a road block. Could there be a setting or preference that I do not have set properly?

    We need more info.  Why can't you open the game?  Does the icon not show up?  Can your finger not tap the icon correctly?
    Also, if you recently updated to iOS 7, it could be that the game has not yet been updated by the developer to be compatible with iOS 7.
