My computer won't acknolwedge my ipod when its plugged in and then it shows me a folder with an exclamation point on it when i try to turn it on or try to plug it into the computer it just stays at the little folder with the exclamation point. I have tried everything the FAQ and all!

Windows XPFirst of all, try another port on your computer. Some ports are not connected direct to the motherboard and do not recognize the iPod as well as those that are. Reset the iPod each time you connect it to another port.

I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers. When I go in to my system preferences and set up the options for my printer (HP OfficejetPro 8000 Enterprise), all seem well. However, when I actually go to print, I cannot choose to print from a tray/drawer. -

Why can I copy music to my iPad or iPod touch from multiple computers but from only one computer using my iPhone?
IPads and iPod Touches don't seem to have the same media copying restriction that my iPhone has. My main computer is at home. I have music at home and at work and sometimes I like to add it to my iPhone from work. I can do this no problem using my iPad or my iPod touch, but when it comes to my iPhone, I can only copy music to it from my main computer.
Why would the iPhone have this restriction but not the other two devices?
ps. Where's my "add currently playing song to playlist" button? I can't even find a third-party music app with this feature.Because...!

Although it isn't normally possible to sync an iPod/iPad/iPhone with two computers (or manually manage an iPhone from more than one) it can be achieved if all computers have copies of the self same library. See Re: how do i sync on a second laptop without the data on my iPhone 5 being erased?

HI Intro,
Once you will launch Creative Cloud Desktop you will get the option "Find new apps" and a drop down in front of it.
On the Drop down menu you need to select "Previous Version".
Once you do that you will get the option to download the Creative Cloud applications.
Please check and let me if it works or not.

How can I, or can I export my songs on my iPod back to my computer?
The songs on my iPod Video 5th Gen now, were at one time on my computer, but have since been erased. Why can't I export the songs from my iPod back on to my computer? I have this same problem with my other devices (iPad 3rd Gen and iPod Nano 6th Gen). I am really frustrated now, because it seems as if I have to start all over again. This will be a royal pain in the butt! I don't understand why Apple makes this so hard and impossible to do this. Please help, anybody!!See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

The only way you will be able to track that iPod is if it is turned on and connected to a wifi network by the person that has it.

Why is iMessage taking my incoming emails and then not making them available for my PC to get? Why can I not send a text msg with photos when iMessage is turned off (but MMS is still on).
I compose an iMessage with the destination as my email address and I attach 2 photos I want on my PC. I send them several times from my iPhone 5C but they never arrive. I look at my ipad later and realize that it's iMessage app is getting ( and swallowing) these emails. I then turn the ipad off. Still can't get the photos through because iphone is now getting them on it's iMessage. I turn off the iMessage feature and try to send photos from text msging. Phone tells me it can't send photos unless iMessage it turned on. What happened to regular MMS text messaging? I go and try to send photos as an email attachment and see that there is no option to attach from the stupid email program. I look up online to learn about the brave new world of apple attachments and send them.

If iMessage is turned off I don't have the issue.

Yes, you have to connect the iPod to that computer and go to the Photos pane for the iPod in iTunes and uncheck sync photos and the click on synce/apply. In the future do not check sync photos.

- Settings>Messages>Send and receive and sign out your ID and sign into hers. Make sure that only her ID email address is listed.
- Settings>FaceTime sign out of your ID and sign into hers. Make sure that under You can be reached at only her ID email address is listed
- Settings>iCloud and sign out and sign in with hers
Contnue to use the commpn ID/account for Settings>iTunes and App stores. -

No app on the iOS device is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod/iPhone/iPad on the iOS device in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected or cellular data is on and connected for, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
- You can also wipe/erase the iOS device and have the device play a sound via iCloud.

- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the device and report to police and carrier if iPhone or cellular iPad
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the erase (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 or later on the device. With iOS 7 or later, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.
