Why can't this forum be monitored & supported by Blackberry Waterloo smarts?  Counting on users does not provide enough answers...

Hi sydneyp,
Unfortunately there is no Mobile App for the Blackberry Forums, However there is a mobile version of the site if it isn't accessible by the built in browser I would recommend downloading and trying another browser like Opera this will give you access to the Mobile version of the forums
I hope this helps

  • Why can't I access my mozilla support account

I had trouble the other day accessing my mozilla support account. I was able to sign in which at the top of the page brought up my username and listed the available options (for example, inbox, profile, settings, etc.) but the page otherwise included the following message: "An Error Occurred
Oh, no! It looks like an unexpected error occurred. We've already notified the site administrators. Please try again now, or in a few minutes." I was caught in this endless loop of signing in, getting the same error message, and unable to access my account or post a new question. This happened whether I used IE or Firefox and after clearing cookies, etc. and resetting browser.
I was able to create a new account with a new username and new email but after posting my question the same phenomena occured which prohibited me from further accessing that new account.
Accordingly, I have now set up this third account in order to see if the problem can be resolved. The username for those first two accounts at issue is inquiringmind and FirefoxQuery79. After posting this question I don't know if I will be able to get back into this account to answer any followup questions so I hope I have provided enough info.
    Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

At least this account seems to be working as you have posted on the forum.
    I can find the accounts
    * [/user/FirefoxQuery79]
    * [/user/inquiringmind]
    Have you tried them again.
There are sometimes intermittent problems with this site as with any other you can check here, but I see a row of green ticks for the last 7 days.

Try clearing cookies and cache for the site, noting that will log you out, it may help with logging in to the pre existing accounts.

  • WHY can't this be a simple drag and drop????

Why why why Apple?? My old computer died, so I put all my iTunes music on my external hard drive. Now I have copied all 5000 songs into my new laptop's Itunes Music folder. Easy enough, right? WHY WON"T ITUNES FIND THESE SONGS?? They are all there. Itunes is looking to that library for music but it won't see them. I have authorized this computer.
    WHY? WHY ISN"T THIS SIMPLE??
I hate to say HELP because I think I did everything right. Aargh. Help.

When you moved stuff to the external drive and back to the laptop, did you move the entire iTunes folder, which would have included the iTunes Library file as well as the folder full of music? If you only moved the music and the iTunes Library file as been lost, you will need to reimport the music. You will have lost playcounts, playlists, last played, ratings. If on the other hand, you did move the whole folder, you should be able to get iTunes to be able to see it again by holding down the Shift key while launching iTunes. It will ask you to select a library. Direct it to the one on your laptop.
It is as simple as drag and drop as long as you drag and drop the right things.
    Best of luck.

  • Why doesn't this forum support Opera? You even use it in your own software, Adobe!

It's really pissing me off that Adobe chooses to use a forum frontend that does not support the Opera browser. Makes me have to go out of my save habitat, log all in again with a forgotten password through a browser I don't like, for no apparent reason because there's plenty of forums out there that don't have fanboy browser issues.
Here's the fun thing. Ever wonder how Opera got magically installed on your OSX Mac? Because from Creative Suite 3 and up, it is included with the Adobe software.
This isn't right, Adobe guys. You should either pay Jive Software a bunch of money to support Opera, or switch to other forum software that has no browser issues. There's plenty of free ones.

All I can say is.. it must be a monumental event. Or they don't take kindly to their own forums.
It must be hard to migrate a forum where crazy html is supported making people able to mess with anything.

  • Why can't I print PDF files from my iPad or smart phone. Just started this recently.

Not able to print PDF files from either my iPad or smart phone

You probably don't have a printer which supports AirPrint:
What Printers Are AirPrint Compatible? - iPhone / iPod - About.com
If your printer is not supported, you can buy a utility like PrinterPro from Readdle on the App Store. That's what I've used to print.

  • Why can't I sign into the Support Communities on iOS unless I'm using Chrome?

I'm in Safari, on this website, and I see Welcome, Guest | Sign In in the upper left corner.  I tap Sign In, and get brought to the screen where I enter my ID and Password.  I enter both, and get right back to the Home page, but I am not signed in!  Nothing tells me I entered any information wrong.  What's wrong with Safari?  I am currently typing this on Chrome on my iPod touch.  When I use Safari, I can't sign in.  Any suggestions?

Okay, I had Private Browsing turned on and Cookies off (I'm still kind of learning what Cookies are).  Thanks!

  • Why can't this program access the private class

    All,
If you could give me some help I would appreciate it, as I have been worrying this issue for some time now and cannot figure out why this program will not compile. It tells me that there are a number of errors, and it appears that these errors are due to the fact that it will not allow me to reach from the private class to the primary for variables. Now, I have seen another program that is very similar and it does not have these issues. IF someone would explain to me what is going on here I think that I could fix it. Thanks

Thank you one and all, in part to what you said here I when through and obviously had to make some serious changes to the code. Now it will compile however, when I try to run it I am getting the following error. do not use MortgageGUIv4_1.add() use MortgageGUIv4.1.getContentPane.add instead. I am at a loss for this one, as when I looked it up the only difference was that the one is awt and the other is swing. Could someone please let me know what I am missing.
    Thanks

    Hi All
I am Trying to ask a question, but I keep being told i've included content  that is not permitted
    What??
Then I was told I could not post more than once every 30 seconds?
The question was about blocking emails from " medication sites"
but I'm not allowed to post it!!
Any ideas anyone? I have gone into  Mail>preferences> rules  put in all the words and it is still getting through.
The little devils have started putting silly little dots and sqiggles above and below the wording.
    Thanks

I use YahooMail which has ROBUST Spam filtering built-in - I almost never see it in my email APP client but the SPAM folder in the webMail client has hundreds at all times - my other email addresses very rarely used anywhere, so I pretty much have SPAM licked. • Why can't we download adobe flash player

I have tried to download adobe flash player because I need help with my mobile. I then tried to download it but I wasn't allowed.    WHY?

Search this forum for "Flash", or look to the right under "More Like This".  You'll find a plethora of discussions on the topic with a number of alternatives presented (none of them ideal, but one of which may work for your needs).
    Regards.

  • New Use for this Forum

Why not use this forum to communicate ways to extend the life
    of Freehand?
Longtime users all find workarounds... some people will have
to migrate, but not everyone. Even those that do may create
dual-boot computer environments to access Freehand.
There will be dead-ends of course, but there is usually an
    answer for most problems.
I'm tired of having to relearn major programs when 90% of the
labor is just fine in the old program.
This is a problem, not just with Freehand, but other programs
    as well.
I have no hatred... I just don't have time.

While I agree that including a service wrapper for Windows would be useful, this functionality is not part of the product. The J2EE SDK is not intended for production use, but rather for development and testing purposes.
It appears that the Java Service Wrapper, which you apparently are familiar with, was used to wrap JBoss as a Windows service. I'd imagine the procedure do the same thing to the App Server's default domain is similar.
