Why can't we disable auto-reloading without having the nag bar every time it does its job?

Blocking page reloading (or auto-refresh) and being "warned" about a blocked page reload, should be two, separate items in Prefs, or config. Period. If someone wants to be "alerted" or "warned" every time their settings are acted-upon, so be it, they can choose to be warned. As it stands, the only way to block the annoying auto-refresh, is to choose the annoying nag.
Where is the logic in that? What next? Maybe we should have an alert every time a new tab or window opens, that says, "Firefox just loaded a page you requested."
Why not follow the structure, already established, over and over, in Firefox's preferences, whereby a user can make one choice, and then there are sub-items that can also be chosen, or not chosen? (i.e., 1-Accept cookies from sites (check, or no check), a) Accept third-party cookies (select from Always, From-visted, or Never)?

I did take a look at the Jira issue you referenced. It suggests that the MediaPlayer be set to null in the MediaView after the last media file has been played and nullify the MediaPlayer reference. However, all this relies on GC to cleanup the resources. (In fact, the sample code in Jira shows a call to System.gc(), which, I understand, is not guaranteed to run immediately.)
All the same, I tried the suggestion, but it didn't help my situation. So I am stuck with my alternative.
It is rather disheartening that there is not a clear cut API for cleaning up media resources when you are done, instead of being dependent on GC.

Aperture is a nice program, I use it myself for it's adjustment and light editing capabiities.
You can save a vault on another drive.

Sorry, Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

I know the password to my iPod, but am unable to unlock it because it is disabled, and my laptop is not the last that my iPod synced with. I do not wish for my iPod to be restored, because i have important notes in the iPod that are too important to delete. What shall I do?

If the iPod will be undisabled after the stated period of time you can wait that long. However, you may have to wait a long, long, long time. Otherwise wyou will have to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore. The screen lock is a good security feature.

I have tried to use the import wizard insert data in a CSV file into a table;
I have 7 column headers, however, where there are extra commas in a field the wizard just combines the 2 fields so that i get a total of 7 columns even though there should be more.
any ideas how i can round this problem?
