Why can't we just launch app from cc panel

Is it just me or is it glaringly obvious that Adobe could/should allow us to actually launch an app directly from the list of installed apps ion the CC app in our tray? the installed apps are all listed nicely right there, for no other reason as to say its installed.... that's useless because if we have to go back to our desktop or start menu to find them and launch them anyway?
Seems like a lost cc marketing opportunity as well, all of my installed appps are already listed, If I click on them to open then from there as well my eyes would be on the cc app more which might even make people use the cc tray app more which leads to marketing avenues and education on existing and future products. For example i had no idea behance was attached now... except that it was part of the cc app... think of other possible crossmarketing of adobe apps, and if we could launch appps from the cc app, maybe we would keep it open longer, maybe you integarte the forums and deeper integration with available tutorials etc... just thinking out loud, i see the icon for photoshop and i double click... but it doesn;topen.... i keepdoing though to see if they turn that feature on...

@Demo:This is my first apple device, so I had no idea about those limitations, I knew I could not install Magic 2013 on an android, that's why I chose to get an ipad.
I just think that if enough people actually bother to complain instead of just letting people/governments/companies walk over them, they will actually care what their consumers want/need, that's probably just wishful thinking on my part.
@snozdop: funny you bring up the heinz reference, baked beans from heinz haven't been available in shops here for the last few years, but those are cans, need to be imported and that involves transportation etc. etc.
I am just talking about a digital app, available on the internet(world wide web) limiting regions completely destroys the point of having global internet access.
I'm a dreamer, hoping that most people are still good, probably my mistake for believing in that.

ive tried everything to get my apps to sync to my itunes i dont kno what im missing ive tried file trnasfer so many times.up at the top of itunes where it shows all the apps downloading the bar under that wont load i dont kno if it has something to do with that or not.please help mem im getting the new iphone 4s at the end of the month and i want all my apps so i dont lose them.

Why can't I update/ download apps from the app store after upgrading to iOS 7.0.3?

I have an iphone 5 and updated my phone to the lastest version (ios 7.0.3) last night. I can't download/ update any apps from the app store using my cellular network. The only error message is that the app cant be downloaded at this time. As soon as I click the download button, the image of the icon shows up with "Waiting" underneath the icon. I tried tapping on the app icon to pause the download but that isn't working. I have disabled Wi-Fi setting and enabled"the use cellular data" option in the itunes and app store setting page. Memory is not an issue because I have a lot of memory available. In the cellular setting page the App Store is enabled to use cellular data. It seems like it is a setting issue. What can be done to fix this problem

Thanks for your suggestion. Not long ago before I saw your response I tried to download the app and I seemed to have some progress (I had 5 bars and 1x). It looked it was 3/4 of the download complete only to have the same error message.
Since then I reset the phone and I have tried downloading the app when there 5 bars with 3g. Every time the icon has waiting underneath it and I get the same error message.

Why can't we download free apps from every region?

I am trying to get the full version for angry birds free, I know it is available to download, however when I do a search in the app store I can't find it.
When I do a search on google, I can find several links to download it, but when I do, I get a "this app is only available in the US store" error.
I don't understand why this happens in the first place, it are free apps, I can download them to my pc, android users can download them without any problems, so why can't we?
As for all the discussions about needing a different credit card for each region is a load of ********, excuse my language, a visa card or any other credit card is made for international purchases, that is the whole reason people get one, it makes no sense why apple is being so anal about it, or do they like o annoy people who spent a lot of money on their products.
Android is gaining on them and pretty soon a lot of people will change to that instead of an apple product unless they get their act together here.

Why can't I update my apps from my iTunes on Mac?

So I have 16 apps on my iPhone that needs to be updated. I have limited internet access on my iPhone so I can't update my apps from there. So, I have to update my apps via iTunes on my Mac. However, when I clicked "16 Updates Available" at the bottom part of the apps window, it led me to a window saying "No updates are currently available. To check updates for another Apple ID, sign in with that Apple ID".
Why is this happening?
I need to update my apps and I have re-checked my Apple ID numerous times to make sure the correct one is associated.

If you are getting the bank white screen in the updates tap - There is a problem with Apple’s servers that only they can fix.
According to Fly150 in another discussion, this will work.
This is a workaround only and not a fix. If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
1. Go to App Store
2. Select Purchased
3. Select All
4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
Select update on the Apps
Another option is to update your apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the updated apps to the iPad.
1. Launch iTunes
2. Click on Apps in the list under the Library heading in the left Sidebar.
Click on Updates at the top in the window on the right
Update all of the apps
Connect your iPad and Sync with iTunes
If you do not see the sidebar in iTunes 11 - go to View>Show Sidebar from the iTunes menu at the top.
You can also try closing the App Store on the iPad and reboot the device and see if that fixes your problem.

Why can't I download an App from the Dutch App store on a UK iPad?

Hi, I have a uk registered ipad2 and would like download an App for which my brother in law has emailed me a link from the App store. However he's Dutch with a Dutch-registered iPad so my iPad just says 'cannot complete request' when I try to open the link. Is it because it is in the Dutch language? Or is just not possible to download an App from another country/another country's app store for some reason? I tried changing my ipad settings to display everything in Dutch but it doesn't make any difference. Thanks anyone for any help

You can only download content from your account's country - so if your account is based in the UK then you can only download from the UK store.

Why can't I disable certain apps from using cellular data?

(iPhone 4 on iOS 7.0.4)
I can't seem to turn off the ability for certain apps to use my cellular in the "Cellular" menu. I would usually to go Settings>Cellular and begin turning on/off app from using cellular. But now, I can't turn them off. I would switch them off and turn off cellular, then I would turn the "cellular" option on and the same apps would have their switches on instead of off. They would switch on automatically without my consent.
Before you say that maybe I have "allow changes" or "don't allow changes" on the cellular data use. Even if I had one or the other, the manual changes gets ignored.
I have to have the "cellular restriction use" to allow changes to try to turn off the individual apps that have cellular data on. But the second I leave the sub menu or turn off and then on the cellular data, those same individual apps switch on by them selves.
What am I missing? What is the new changes that isn't allowing me to decided which apps can use cellular data and which can't?
My only guess is that it's a problem based on 7.0.4. I never had this problem before. Sometimes though, I would have "Don't Allow Changes" locked on cellular usage, but some how manage to have the ability to turn them on and off where I shoulded. They should be "greyed" out.

Why can't i remove unwanted apps from my launchpad?

I updated from Snow Leopard to Lion and i have never been happy with Launchpad.
I can´t remove any apps i don´t want to have in there exept the ones i have from appstore (when i hold down and all the apps start to shake they have the x to remove) is that supposed to be like that?
When i clean up in the launch by merging the icons in folders the pages don´t merge when the space is enough for it.
Is Launchpad supposed to be like this? or is it bugged?

the basic apps that came with the pad - music, mail, etc cannot be deleted, they are part of the operating system. Everything else, you can, unless restrictions have been turned on. You need to know how to do that so that you can manage your space. What are you trying to delete, and what happens when you try?

Why can't I just use songs from my library as ringtones?

If iTunes is so fundamental to the iPhone even being able to be turned on and iTunes already has a built in function to limit any song to any snippet of time shouln't it be a simple call to the same underlying iTunes function to play a song (possibly with a parameter of how long/start and stop points since apparently the mpr files are only like 45 seconds long) to have the iPhone play a song for a ring tone? Haven't we already paid for the right to play the song once off iTunes why should we have to pay it again to buy a ringtone? And why do the ringtones still cost $1 if they aren't even the full song?

There is a technical reason... because that feature is not built into the phone. As for why, no-one here can comment on that.
