Why cannot create delivery for Sales Ord in SAP, even there is enough stock

I am trying to create delivery for sale order. I did for some lines. But it shows meassage "An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted." for the other lines, even there is enough stock.

Cannot create delivery for sales order though stock exists in location

We have a consignment issue sales order for which we're unable to create a delivery. In MMBE we can see that stock exists for this part/batch# at this particular consignment customer location; however, when we try to create the delivery for this, we get an error saying that no stock exists. My assumption is that something else is "holding" that stock (another un-issued delivery maybe?) How do I find out what is reserving this material/batch?

There are different ways to find out such delivery documents.
- in VL02N - press F4- enter your shipping point ( if this material delivery happens from single shipping point)
- VL06O - enter relevant selection criteria & Material- enter the status not equal to "C- completed'.

Cannot create reservation for a closed sales order

Hi,
IN the mtl_resrevation_interface errors iam getting the message as Cannot create reservation for a closed sales order for most of the items .
when i check the details of the sales order line it is already closed.
but why it is trying to insert the line in mtl_reservation though it is already closed.
i want to know what would be the reason.

You may have a custom program that creates the records in the reservations interface table.
That program may have a bug.

Error in PGI delivery for sales order

Hi Experts,
Can any tell me why do I get an error message
"You are not authorized for given plant and mvt tpe"
when I try to do a PGI for a delivery of sales order.

In realtime there will limit to user to access to some Plant Data.
For SD guys access to sales order only it will not allow to create delivery for that product..for thts y u r not allowed to access for delivery.
In real time they will create user profiles for each document type.

Budget error while creating delivery from sales order

hi Gurus,
System is throwing error PB603 "Item 004 WBS element ABC-XXX budget exceeded" while creating delivery from sales order.
I am picking material from unrestricted plant stock (not in project stock).
I am also confused as sales order has 3 line items & error shows Item 004 !

Its valid only till 4.6. Might give you some idea but.

Error While creating Delivery For AAK

Hi experts ,
I am creating Delivery for AAK in sap but i m getting error as
ERROR:::--
A delivery of type Installation/Upgrade already
exists for component KAARTECH (version 400_700)
We have already created the delivery but we couldn use the old one. so i m creating new delivery but it throws an error like .
Kindly help me proceed after this..
I just want to create a new delivery and proceed in this AAK.in old delivery i am facing few errors so i m creating new delivery , but its unable to create .

Do you have any steps to follow AAK.
We have lots of TOC's delivered to different client.
Now i have to install AAK and start delivering the files through AAK.
I dont know how to start. I registered a TOC. Next what ?
Can you share some information on how to start working with AAK.

Create delivery for STO line item

Hi All,
My requirement is to allow creating delivery for Stock transfer Order(STO) line items which are
not in blocked status even though some line items are in blocked status.
Right now the logic checks if entire PO is in blocked Status using FM-- /SAPSLL/CD_STATUS_GET in method CHANGE_DELIVERY_ITEM of interface IF_EX_LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC
But this FM does not contain PO item parameters. I need to incorporate item level checking logic.
Are there any SAP notes available to fix this problem?

Cannot create Acknowledgement for msd ID:.....

I am getting following error msg frequently in my JMS receiver comm channel:
"Cannot create Acknowledgement for msd ID :....."
This msg is displayed in Runtime workbench for my JMS Receiver comm channel
Please provide a solution to prevent this error.
This error comes certain times, and after sometime comm channels starts as usual without any error..

VL10B - Creates delivery for STO after delivery date

Hi All,
VL10B batch job is scheduled to create delivery for STO automatically when stock is available (availability check 02).
batch job creates late delivery though sufficient stock exist
For ex. STO is created on 27 Aug 14 having delivery date 31 Aug 14. (STO is having only one line)
VL10B batch job having delivery date as <= current date + 1.
logically batch job should create delivery on 30 Aug 14 but in my case it is created on 07 Sep 14.
Please help me to understand the cause of this.

"After you implement the corrections, the availability check is only deactivated when you create the delivery automatically. If you make changes to the delivery afterwards, the system runs the availability check.
The availability check is deactivated for the automatic creation of deliveries for technical reasons."

Shipping point to create delivery for purchase order

I have created PO in ME21N and I need to create delivery for this, so I have used VL10B Tcode, here it is asking for shipping point, which value we need to give for this. Actually I have given the plant which was given in ME21N, but I'm not getting PO number here to deliver, Is there any problem, or which value we nee to give as shipping pioint.

Hello,
Check shippinng tab on your PO item level. If you can not find shipping tab that means shipping point is not determined.
Shipping point determination :
In SPRO>>Logistics execution>>Shipping>>Basic shipping functions>>Shipping point Determination->>assign shipping points>> For your Loading group,Shipping Condition and Supplying plant combination >>Assign shipping point here
Also check shipping condtion in yor coustomer master and loading group in material master.

Hi SAP Gurus !!
I have these errors while trying to create delivery for a Stock Transport Order between 2 plants using transaction "VL10F"
APO: Check instructions YA / BE does not exist for loca tion product PFSIND_SM_TEST_FCO / 2383
APO: Check mode YA and business event BE not defined
APO: Internal error: Item $ 1/000001
Only 0,00 PC of material PFSIND_SM_TEST_FCO available
An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted.
I have chcked that there is sufficient stock available at the storage location level in the supplying plant.
Can you please help me out of this please......

        Please try to check whether some STO is still pending for do complete process. If there is any pending STO then stock is block for this material.

"javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Cannot create iterator for this collection".
I also tried to make "productList" an ArrayList type, but it game me this same error.
We are using Websphere 4.0 with Struts 1.1.

Hi , I have similar problem. wonder anyone can help me. I have a datastructure. ArrayList contains list of Hashtable; each Hashtable has two key-value sets ; for each key-value set , value is a ValueObject.
My jsp works ok. but when I click on the radio butten for one radio group, it sets not only the porperty on that row, but the rows belows ,which suppose to be another radio group , because I am using indexed="true". each row should be a individual group seperated by the name poDisplayVO[i] , as show in the html generated .

How to Create Delivery for a delivery detail which is in Released Status 'Y

I am trying to create delivery for a delivery detail which is in Release Status (Release status 'Y'). When I am trying to create trips using the API 'wsh_delivery_details_pub.Autocreate_del_Trip', I am getting this error “Delivery ID XXXXX is not eligible for action Auto-create Trip”.
