Why cannot get the LR app in Adobe creative cloud? Now LR is a trial on my laptop and I am paying every month for CC. I am desperate, becaus I didn't get the solution. Also LR mobile I cannot intall it anymore.
I hope I get the solution now after trying days and days I am a member of CC and I pay every month. So why there is not a good helpdesk to communicate with.

Try this:
Go to http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html and download and install LR5.4 from there.
You MUST follow the instruction under the heading "Note: Very Important Instructions".

I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud , now how do I acess the programs I downloaded like Illustrator etc..?
Well, downloading and installing the desktop client isn't enough... Open the CC client on your computer, click 'Apps' and click the blue install-button next to the programs you want.
When it's done installing, it will notify you and start installing the next program you selected. And then...Where do you normally have your apps on your computer?
If you're on a Mac: Applications... They are right there. Or hold command+space bar (spotlight search), enter the name of the app, like 'Photoshop'
If you're on Windows: Startmenu > Adobe CC > Photoshop CC -

Why are there no CC Apps in my Creative Cloud Folder? Just finished cramming Adobe Creative Cloud Flash Professional info. Tried to use it and found that it wasn't in my Apps Folder, nor anywhere else. During my search I discovered that none of the other CC apps were there either. All CS6 Pro apps are there, but no CC.
IMac 21.5" desktop; OSX 10.8.5; 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5: 1333 MHz; 4 GB DDR3; 500 GB HD + 500 GB external HDCould you try to scroll down a bit and look into the "Find New Apps" section. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
In case you still do not see any CC applications, login to https://creative.adobe.com/products and try to download any CC app and then check if it gets installed and you see it under the "Your apps" section of CC desktop app. -
I have a Adobe Creative Cloud account, But I have trial versions of Adobe products? Why?
I've written on this forum about my problem with this, too. Today, being the first of the month (I suppose) evreything comes up saying it is the trial version again. I hit continue trial, but today Acrobat comes back everytime it gets launched asking the same frustrating question. The only advice I was given was to uninstall and reinstall. I've done that more times than I can count since I signed up for Creative Cloud months ago. I also own TS4, and I've wondered if there is some interaction problem there - especially with Acrobat, as it TS4 also comes with that "module" as well as Bridge, Application Manager, etc.
I *really* wish they would get the bugs out of this whole Creative Cloud licensing thing...

I have purchased and used Adobe Products for 25+ years and I own CS6 Design Standard outright.
I had previously subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud but did not renew the annual subscription.
The CS6 Design Standard serial number is listed in my Adobe user account. I have run the the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaning tool, uninstalled the Adobe Creative Cloud App and all other CC apps from my iMac. I reinstalled fresh copies of the CS6 software two different times, first from my CS6 DVD disk and then from the Adobe Download page. During each installation of CS6, all seemed to run normally and I was prompted to enter the license number and it was accepted. However, when trying to open the software after completing the installation, I am being prevented from doing so without renewing the Creative Cloud subscription.
Who knows of a solution to this problem?
Contacting Adobe’s Chat support and Customer Support portal has not resulted in a solution, even though they have confirmed the license number as being accurate and linked to my account. After weeks of waiting on their responses, yesterday I was told to go to the Forums to find a solution….Please Help Me….ThanksI am not familiar with the process involved with the link I am providing so please accept my apology if it is a repeat of something you have already tried...

I keep getting error 205 when installing adobe creative cloud!
When I try to install adobe creative cloud, it keeps giving me error code 205! I have tried everything and haven't solved this problem for months. I even upgraded my internet! The LBS log is here. The DLM log is here. Not sure which one is needed so there is both of them, Thanks!

Where can i find the files downloaded by Adobe Creative Cloud?
I installed illustrator CC today by using the Adobe Creative Cloud, i want install it on another machine, but i do not want download it again. unlike the old Adobe Download Assistant, it don't let you select a folder to save the downloaded files.

Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.

Can you get 64 bit apps with CS6 creative cloud trial?
When I downloaded premiere pro family trial, only bridge showed up as 64 bit, but I want to make sure I am trying all the new features including 64 bit suppport. Just wanted to know if they do support but just dont say or if it is all 32 bit. Thanks
Yes, they all should be avialable, but without knowing more about your system, we cannot tell you why some of them may not show up. A good place to start would be revisiting teh system requirements pages for each product...

This morning when I tried to open my CC2014 Photoshop, it started to open, then quit suddenly. Same with Dreamweaver and InDesign. I am a professional and do not have the time to screw around with this. When I tried to run CC app, I get an error that says "Adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'." I did so and tried to run the app and got the same error. I tried the cleaner and it removed all of my apps, then I tried to install again, and got the same error. I am getting desperate now, I have clients waiting for their projects. I need help, please.

Why does Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app keep crashing?
After loggin in to my account via the adobe Creative cloud desktop app the timer spins for a few seconds and then crashes without generating a report. I am on Mac OS10.7.5. I have done an uninstall of Creative cloud and reinstall of latest version. No joy. I have done a complete clean of Cloud using the app from the Adobe web site. After reinstall of Cloud problem still exists. I have renamed the OOEB file in Application Support so a new one is generated. Same problem. My loggin details work when I go into my account online. When I try to install apps from there it opens the desktop app and crashes. Any ideas?
