The DCMA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) is there to prevent unauthorised access to a copyrighted work or unauthorised copying of a copyrighted work.

You can try this :
If you want to install CS2 it should be in a 32-bit OS environment like Windows XP. But Windows 7 has a solution for this.
1. Right-click on the installer file (.exe file)
2. Select Properties then go to the Compatibility tab.
3. Put a check on the “Run this program in compatibility mode for” then select the previous OS which do you think it worked. For your case select Windows XP with any Service Pack.
4. Then under Privilege Level, place a check on “Run this program as administrator”
5. Click Apply then OK.

Why is an item I paid for a month ago, now suddenly showing up in my notifications?

It was an auction style listing that ended on Sat. June 6 that I won, and also paid for on that day as well. It was delivered on Fri. June 19. Now tonight, Sun. July 5, it has suddenly reappeared under the 'Notifications' bell icon at the top of the page. It appears to be the same notification as the one that was there back on June 6. It says "Thank you for shopping on eBay!". When you click on it, it takes you to the listing which says what you expect it to say - that you've won this auction. Weird. I had already left my feedback so that can't be it. The seller didn't leave feedback (and still hasn't) so that can't be it either. It's not a problem at all - just wondering why this happened. Just an odd glitch? Has anybody else seen strange glitches like this, and has it been happening more often recently?

It's just a bug. It happens to me all the time. Annoying and, yes, most recently over the weekend. Ignore it as best you can.

I am trying to insert MHP app into a ts and then try to recieve it on stb.
I have a simple Xlet named HelloWorld including only one file HelloWorld.class . This xlet will display a string "Hello" on screen.
Suppose that my xlet is stored in file system as the following:
Test
|----- HelloWorld.class
|----- Folder
|------- HelloWorld.class
2 HelloWorlds are the same; and the whole file system will be broadcast in DSMCC OC.
If i generate AIT including the first xlet (of Test directory) with:
base_directory : /
initclass: HelloWorld
Result : GOOD, stb can run HelloWorld xlet
If i generate AIT including the second xlet (of Folder subdirectory) with:
base_directory: /
initclass: Folder.HelloWorld
or:
base_directory: Folder
initclass: HelloWorld
Result: stb cannot run this Xlet.
(I sure that the whole file system is broadcast .)
So i think that stb just load and run xlets in root directory???
I donnot know what causes the error ?
How can stb load and run xlets in subdirectory?

Sill question, but have you made sure that the path structure you are using matches the package structure for your application?
Copying HelloWorld.class into "Folder" should not work unless the base directory is also set to "Folder". (I say this because you've indicated that the two HelloWorlds" are the same). Remember that the full name of your initial class is <package>.<className>. If this doesn't match your initclass setting then the VM will be unable to load your class.
In general there is no particular reason why your initial class has to be at the root of the DMCC, although it is possible that the devive you are using to play out your AIT has some additional restrictions about what can be done.

Why can't I use paid for song in FCPX project?

Trying to use songs that I've purchased from iTunes in project. Tried posting this question yesterday to find a work-around, but my posting was removed by a moderator. I'm just trying to understand the reasoning.

Buying a song from iTunes is not the same thing as paying for a license to use the media in your work. If you have a YouTube account, there are a lot of songs available for free use in your works (private and commercial.) Click the Create Link then Audio Library. Another source would be freemusicarchive.org. A google search for "free royalty free music" might help as well.... but you can't use music you buy "off the shelf."

I would advise against shopping Best Buy, as I still cannot get what I paid for in June, as evidenced by this communication I posted to their page. After making this purchase way back in June, I of course can understand you being upset that both activation cards aren’t working for you. I can also see why you don’t want to drive back to this store given it is 45 minutes away.
I do see the purchase. I want to verify this store is actually giving you the correct activation card for the version of Microsoft Office you purchased from us. I started a movie download go interrupted and now cannot resume. How do I restart a paid for movie.

Launch iTunes Store app.
Tap on "Purchases" tab. (This assumes you've already logged in to your iTunes account.)
Tap on "Movies" tab at the top, center of the screen.
Optionally tap on "Not on This iPad" tab.
Tap the "Download from iCloud" icon (downward-pointing arrow coming out of cloud icon).

If you like to make DVDs, give iMovie 06 a try.
I use both iMovie 08 and iMovie 06, if I want to make a DVD I prefer iMovie 06. iMovie 08 is not as DVD friendly as iMovie 06.
iMovie 08 has replaced "Share to iDVD" with "Share to media browser". Also iMovie 08 cannot set chapter markers, this has to be done with another program.
When using iMovie 06, one mouse click will set a chapter marker EXACTLY where you specify. In just a few seconds set all your chapter markers. When you are done editing just "share to iDVD 08" and all of your chapter markers will be there!
iMovie 06 and iDVD 08 is a terrific combination.
Apple includes iMovie 06 as a free download to iLife 08 owners. (THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE IT!)
