Why cant i change the color on this brush?

I downloaded some art brushes but i cant change the color on them like on the standard cs3 brushes.
Anybody any idea?

(Or you could read a little about what the other settings do and don't do to color... there should be a tip dialog right within the paint brush options dialog, or you can consult the help files.)

Where do I change the color of this text in the blog page?

I'm trying to add a blog page to my non-template iWeb site. On the Main Page, I'm unable to change the color of the font in the hyperlinks, where the default reads "Day of Longboarding" and "Read more…". I don't know what I might be overlooking. Any pointers? Thanks…

That's not something iWeb has a menu item for. However with the proper javacode you can change a lot about the navbar. This deoo page describes how: Change Navbar Text and Background Color.

How can I change the color in this "pieces"

Hello guys, I'm new in the forum and I'm searching for help.
I'm using a free template that I downloaded from
the internet but I'm having a small problem.
When I put the logo that I want use in the template, the color is not the original one,
after some minutes trying to discover how I could change it to the original version of the logo, I found an option on "fill" with a color that I could change..
the problem is that when I change the color, all the logo changes in the same time, so I created 2 logos.. one of then only with the dark color and the other with the red color
so with this method I could change both colors on this "fill" option and all would be okai.
the problem is that both of the logos are changing in the same time.
I need to change the X to RED and the Moto to Black
Another problem that I have is : the little pieces of the logo that come all togheter, they are all black.. and i need to change it to the right color.
cause the text are in one color and the pieces are all black.

I did it, but i saw that Fill effect is a little "Shadow" behing the text... just for a small white line... I'm almost done with this intro, now I'm trying to find out how can I change the color from the X and MOTO

colored image like this one, the Hue/Saturation function can be used to alter specific ranges of colors. For example, altering the Hue and Saturation of Cyans and Yellows...

Why is iCal changing the color of my calendars to purple even after trying to change it back to my original color?

iCal is changing the color of my calendars to purple on all my devices even after trying to change it back to the original color. Tried turning them off, same thing.

I, too, had this problem. This is how I fixed it:
Select the calendar that changes color and export the calendar to desktop.
Delete the calendar from ical.
Create new calendar in Ical and name it to your specifications
Go to desk top and choose the calendar you moved and choose to open with Ical. This should import it back to ical.
Go into settings in ical and choose that calendar as your default calendar.
It sounds complicated but is actually easy to do. I hope this helps.

I have a strange problem. I designed this logo but it is impossible to change the color http://www.acmeurope.com/logocolor.ai . The strokes change then completely. And when undoing, the original form is lost.
Any ideas?

Hi Dirk--no idea either. Deleting the copy below the artboard didn't do it for me. Strange. But I wouldn't have built it this way either, not understanding how it was built in the first place.
I redrew it with round butt caps on another layer. It is stable.

JButton Color?! why cant i change the gradient?

hy iam trying tochange the color of a new ocean l&f Jbutton but the cool gradient gets lost on new color also ive noticed that a object of type Color is recognized but an object of type ColorUIResource is not.
is this going to be fixed?
(jdk 1.5.0) calling setBackground on a JButton?
any ideas?
i dont wanne write a new l&f for each button with a different color?! (primary1 to primary3)?! but perhaps this is the only solution

I have three different albums for the same album. I been trying to change it but itunes wont let me change the info of the artist. Does anybody know why?

I have had this happen as well. What I had to do was sync the iPod to remove the album and the resync the album back to the Classic. I've had this happen with my iPhones as well. Must be a bug in either the current OS or iTunes versions.

Why did Apple change the color labels of folders in 10.9.2?

What's the purpose of a dot when I can't even see them?
THE IDEA is to highlight a folder so you can easily find it.
I'm all for aesthetics but this is a change of practical design. It's annoying.

Also for the bug that iTunes doesn't minimize when I double-click the top edge of the window.
It isn't a bug, it's a feature.
Actually, I kinda like the improvements to the "miniplayer" thing, even though it isn't the same thing as minimizing the app. The only thing I don't like about the miniplayer is the tiny, hard to hit icon used to toggle it on & off, but if I can just remember the Cmd-Option-M shortcut for that I'm OK with that too.
I wouldn't mind filling out a survey before they (Apple) curtained features.
After hanging around ASC for a few years, I have realized that almost everybody has very different ideas about the usefulness of just about every feature Apple has ever implemented. If Apple listened to users, I suspect we would end up with an OS so bloated it wouldn't even be able to crawl, much less run, on most Macs, & the user preferences alone would have so many options nobody could find the ones they wanted without help.
Actually, I think that may already be happening ... but I'm sure everybody has a different opinion about that, too!

You can ONLY update to the current version, which is 7.0.4. There is no other option.
WHY do you feel 7.0.3 would be acceptable, but 7.0.4 would not? That makes no sense at all.

Use the range selection tool and select the portion of the clip you want to change the volume on. Drag the volume line down and FCP will create keyframes which you can adjust as you want to get a fade shape.
