Why cant I di what this video shows?

As shown in a video at http://youtu.be/W83uUUJeEB0 , you can put apps inside of newsstand. My problem is that I never get to the homepage, the apps only stay in wiggle mode until I release the hime button, voicecontrol comes up, and even if i escape vc it still will not allow me to put them in newsstand.
P.S. my device is not jailbroken.

Not sure if this is what you mean, but I just realised that certain things were using the mobile broadband side of things which I really didn't want either such as the facebook widget for example.
Upon searching around I found that in the settings > conectivity > destinations I didn't have my wifi setup in the WAP side of things so it was always going to default to the first in the line which was my contract internet, and I don't want that!
So I just setup the wifi on this list and now it just automatically defaults to that.

HERE IS WHAT I HAVE DONE.
All i am trying to do is insert a simple piece of audio what
am I doing wrong. Is it my browser pluginfolder? I dont think so
because flash shockwave mp3 mp4 midi wave avi mpeg wma quicktime
realtime everthing plays outside dreamweaver is it dreamweaver
plugins? I have downloaded flash and shockwave from this site via
manually install plugins from websit preview in design view. Is it
that my folders are just not configured correctly? Why do i get
these errors please please please help some one has to know...
here is what i have being doing .
1. Made a folder and called it webwork.
2 Made a folder and called it imagies
3 made a folder and called it media. I have put the media
folder in the imagies folder the imagies folder in the web folder
so Im left with one main folder.
4 I have defined dreamweaver site as follows. local
rootfolder (webwork) c/documentsandsettings/myusername/webwork
default imagies folder
c/documentsandsettings/myusername/webwork/imagies
5 on starting a web page I call it my webwork1.html and save
it.
6 I import a converted media file from flash encoder put it
in the media folder along with an none converted media file just to
see .
7 I goto insert media shockwave or insert plugin or insert
flash( look in webwork imagies media select the file (my tune)
8 When I try to play this in design view i get the error
message (unable to find media that handles this media type
dreamweaver looks in both the configuration/plugins folder and the
plugin folders of each of your web browsers)so i copy my web
browser plugin folder and put it in my webwork media folder still
nothing
9 When I view it on my browser the media icon(shockwave)
disapears and the puzzel icon appears (plugin) when i click the
plugin no plugins are found
10 When i do this process through flash button paper or text
and load it up to my web browser it downloads the tune and plays
away via my plugin winamp5?
11 All I want to do is to emmbed a tune so you have the
option of playing it stopping it (but not downloading it to listen
to) why cant this work for me? Is there a fault with the browser or
dw8 or me.

Ok, i begining to feel very stupid, I have worked on websites
foryears and inserted many videos and flash files but for some
reason i cant do this. All i want to do do is embed this video into

Why can't I delete this video file from my trash can?

I have a video file that I will not disappear from my trash can when I click the "empty track" button. I managed to move the folder containing the video file from documents to the trash after a lot of effort, but it kept telling me that I didn't have the privileges necessary to delete the video permanently. Now the video file is sitting inside a folder inside the trash can where I can't move anywhere else. If I try to move it anywhere else, it simply copys to that folder but stays inside the original stays in the trash can as well, but I can still delete the copy and the original stays sitting in the trash can. Can anyone help me so I can get rid of this file once and for all.

Why cant I see "On this Iphone" tab in Itunes with 5s?

I have just purchased a new iphone 5s and backed it up with a previous iphones data, but when i go to manually manage my music in itunes i cannot see the "On This Iphone" tab which would show me the music list on the iphone. I have plugged in a brand new ipod mini and the tab appears, so it is not my itunes version. Any ideas?

You mean Restored.
Did you then sync the iPhone?
Restoring form a previous backup does not put apps, music/photos etc. onto the new device.

Why cant i import a .avi video??

i am trying to import a .avi video into imove '08. but when i go File > Import Movies... the video that i want to import is in grey and cannot be selected. I have also tried converting it into .mov using Quicktime, which worked fine but the file is still 'unselectable' in imovie.
any help would be much appreciated.

AVI is just a container (like .mov) and it's what inside that prevents iMovie 7 from using it.
You'll need to export the file using different codecs. Export to DV Stream is best to preserve quality but makes a huge file.

Why cant I figure out this WRT54GS???!!

Eariler I wrote on this perticular router about connecting it to the internet wirelessly instead of wired to a ethernet jack. I have gone nowhere! I try to install the software, but it always stops at a password. there is 5 letters or digets or whatever already entered in which I had no part of entering! thats as far as I have come. Can anyone give me a walkthrough on connecting to someone elses' wireless Internet through my non-wired router???

I think that the reason you are having problems is that WRT54GS was not designed to do what you are asking. The device is designed to receive a wired internet signal, filter it, then broadcast a local wireless G network. You are asking for a device to receive a wireless G network signal. It might be possible to do the conversion, but I doubt it. There is probably too much hardwiring in the box to make the conversion possible with firmware and/or settings.
Instead of the WRT54GS, it sounds like you really want a WET54G (wireless G ethernet bridge). This will connect to a wireless G system and give you a wired LAN port. If you need more than one wired port, connect the WET54G to a 4 or 8 port switch.
Alternatively, if you just have one or two computers that you want to connect to a wireless network, you could install a wireless G adapter in the computer. For example, a desktop computer could use a WMP54G, a laptop could use a WPC54G. Or either system could use a WUSB54G.

Why is my black and white video showing purple/green color cast from ProRes 422 h264?

When transcoding from ProRes 422 to h264 in Adobe Media Encoder, I'm seeing both green and purple color cast on my black and white video. ProRes on top, h264 on bottom.

What do you make of the fact that the same video, encoded in MPEG Streamclip does not have the issue on the same hardware, played in Quicktime Player?
A valid data point for consideration, but the only way to know with certainty is to get the image onto a calibrated TV.
Observation will always trump deduction. So...observe! (Just be sure to do it accurately with a calibrated TV.)
The Vimeo preset is creating H.264 MP4 files. AVCHD is a very specific subset of the H.264 codec, and cannot be generated by PP.

RealPlayer "Download This Video" Button shows up all over the page

When I roll my mouse across a page "Download This Video" shows up at all kinds of places where there is no video. Not a problem in V3.6
I use Win7.

I'm developing in the Flex 3.5 framework and see this annoying RealPlayer download button.
For me, it's not even a matter of securing my copyrights, but of giving the user a smooth experience. This RealPlayer annoying button just gets in the middle of my navigation buttons, just to say "Video cannot be downloaded"... Apart from bothering my users, it spoils my desing. It's very frustrating.

Then return your phone. Have you ever actually USED bluetooth file sharing? It's as slow as molasses. Do you know how long it would take to transfer one photo taken by your iPhone? Seemingly forever. This is why Apple doesn't support this.
Apple does support BT where it makes sense, and where the slow BT speed doesn't matter: BT headphones, BT for car handsfree units, etc.

There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 9 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. Describe the problem as fully as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
- Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?
Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have.

To be clear, you can see the image from your file system but cannot access it from code?
I'd like to know what could be my bug because I don't understand why I can access from the URL,

I'm not knowledgeable with chmod under Linux, let's say if we give it full accessibility, what will be the result?
Anyway if you can see the image from file system, that already means the upload is succeed, I think you may need get some suggestion from php side to see how can we save the image with a correct permission.

I have CS5.5. I want to create a QR Code with InDesign. Videos show it to be easy from an Adobe training video from the Object menu option. This does not appear in my version, why not?
