Why cant I download adobe on my Asus nexus tablet?

I'm having trouble downloading adobe flash player onto my Asus nexus tablet for some reason its saying that it isn't available but that's bull crap cuz I had it downloaded for YouTube....so needless to say I'm confused! Please any and all help or advice is wanted. Thank you

Because Apple don't want it (http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/) and because Adobe have never managed to create a version that works on iOS devices - and they have recently announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of flash player.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store, and there is the built-in YouTube app.

Firefox doesn't incorporate any parental controls. You can achieve blocking some sites by installing an add-on, but it's not there by default.
Adobe's Flash installation process can be a bit confusing. Basically, Flash player can't be installed in Firefox if the browser is open. Your best option would be to download the file to your own machine and then run it from there (don't launch Firefox).
If the problem persists, use Adobe's Flash uninstaller to uninstall it first. You can get that from here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Then go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download the installation file.

I have the same issue...I called Adobe and they said that Acrobat 8 is not compatible with Windows 7 ...so I tried installing the suite again without Acrobat and still the same issue....does anyone know if this issue is resolved by getting the new CS5 suite??? Apparently cookies was turned off in Safari. I rarely use it so I have no idea how that happened. Anyway, turning them on seems to have cured the problem.

Itunes can only provide what the owners of the distribution rights to the music provide.
If the owner of the rights do not provide it, then itunes cannot sell it.
You would have to ask the owners of the distribution rights in each country why they do not provide them at the same time.

I am not certain what "the HTML5 player" is.
To repeat my earlier question:

I could search help pages all day long if I didn't have to, y'know... work. This is obviously a problem to which Adobe needs to research the solution.
I am within the requirements of the service stated on the AdobeTV page, yet it doesn't work. Is it too much to ask that Adobe throw me a bone here?
Sorry if I sound frustrated, but I spent hours of my time a couple of months ago, the last time I wanted to use AdobeTV, trying to figure this crap out and finally just gave up.

I have an ipod touch and have no similar issues - is this an itunes account setup issue?

Have you tried logging out of your account via Settings > Store and tapping on your account id on the right-hand side, and the logging back in to see if that makes any difference ?
You could also try a reset and see if you can then download them after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
A third option is to download one of the updates to your computer's iTunes and connect your iPad to it and sync it across, and then see if you can download the other apps/updates directly on the iPad.

If you are having problems with the Adobe Download Assistant contacting the internet it may be due to a software firewall you have in place. I would check your software firewall setting to make sure it is allowing the Adobe Download Assistant to contact the internet.
