Why cant I download songs I've already bought?
I'm having to redownload songs I bought and for some reason some of them just say purchased but wont let me download them again. help please.

I have the same issue...I called Adobe and they said that Acrobat 8 is not compatible with Windows 7 ...so I tried installing the suite again without Acrobat and still the same issue....does anyone know if this issue is resolved by getting the new CS5 suite??? Dear community, I'm experiencing a problem since 2 days, that if I sign in in my iTunes account with my Apple ID on my iPhone it doesn't show at the end if scrolling down the ID details and credit anymore. If I try to download songs I bought once but which are not on this device anymore, it asks me 3 times for the ID and password. I fill it in but at the end nothing happens. I see only in the middle a moving symbol.
What can I do? Apple ID and password are correct . I canceled all settings but same as before.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Did you already have Mavericks before Yosemite was released? Have you purchased a version of OS X at the App Store such as Mountain Lion or Lion?
Do you have a Snow Leopard installer DVD for the computer? What version of OS X was installed on the computer when you bought it new? What is the exact model of MBP that you own. -
I just got my apple ID on my computer, but it had someone else's ID before, it wont let me download songs I've already purchased. Even if i wanted to it wouldnt let me purchase those idems again.. what do I do?
Delete and redownload the ones that don't work if doing so is free in your country.

why cant i download itunes on my windows 7 pc? i used to have itunes on my pc once but it was not uploded for a while and got deleted...and now i have tried to download it and all i got was "thanks for download itunes"...after that i have tired to dwnload it from another web browser and ive got the same thing.....!!
Perhaps try downloading and saving a copy of the installer to a different PC. (If you're on a 32-bit Windows system, try to download on a different 32-bit Windows system.) Copy the iTunesSetup.exe installer to an external hard-drive, or a large-enough thumb drive or burn it to a CD-R. Carry the installer back to your PC, copy the installer to your hard drive. (Don't run the install from the ExHD, thumb or CD-R.) Start the install by doubleclicking the iTunesSetup.exe file.

Apparently cookies was turned off in Safari. I rarely use it so I have no idea how that happened. Anyway, turning them on seems to have cured the problem.

With the new download previous purchases on ITunes, you can download all of your music, TV Shows, etc. Why cant you download movies that you have downloaded? I had a external hard drive that crashed and it had approx 20 movies that I paid for and downloaded off of ITurnes Why cant i download those?

Itunes can only provide what the owners of the distribution rights to the music provide.
If the owner of the rights do not provide it, then itunes cannot sell it.
You would have to ask the owners of the distribution rights in each country why they do not provide them at the same time. -

I have an ipod touch and have no similar issues - is this an itunes account setup issue?Have you tried logging out of your account via Settings > Store and tapping on your account id on the right-hand side, and the logging back in to see if that makes any difference ?
You could also try a reset and see if you can then download them after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
A third option is to download one of the updates to your computer's iTunes and connect your iPad to it and sync it across, and then see if you can download the other apps/updates directly on the iPad. -
