Thank you for posting on the Adobe forums. Kindly try the steps mentioned below.
1) Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send
2) Enter the Adobe ID and password.
3) If it does not accept the password, click on forgot password.
4) This would send a link to your email click an reset the pssword and try to og in again.

    If you're trying to sign in on icloud.com you can only do that froma a computer.

    I would assume that Apple are using the same ports for iCloud as they did for MobileMe.
    Have a look at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1629 it lists the TCP / UDP ports that apple use.

    For ages now When ever I open the app store on my imac I can't update any apps nor can i sign in. I obviously did work at one point becasue I bought a couple of little apps but now I cant do a thing. When clicking to sign in or update something my cursor thinks for about 3 seconds and then stops...nothing happens.

    Hi there Bonilla;
    Do you have another HP account in existence?
    when someone has this issue, mos of the time they have an existing Snapfish HP account.
    Let's do this to make sure that is not your case;
    1. Go to www.snapfish.com and click on "log in" at the top right.
    2. On the splash screen that comes up click on the "forgot your password" link and submit your email.
    3. You should receive an email with a link and a temporary password.
    4. Click on the link and log in with the temp password.
    5. Change your password to something that has at least 6 characters (at least 1 of those should be a number).
    6. Go back to www.eprintcenter.com and click on Sign In.7. On the next screen do not put your email or password, but click on the small Snapfish below.
    8. On the splash screen that comes up log in with your email and the password you just created at Snapfish. This will merge your HP accounts and you should be able to log in to www.eprintcenter.com normally after that.
    Let me know the outcome I will do my best to help you if you still facing this issue after this;

    More than likely what is going on is that you have a snapfish account and are unaware of it. To remedy this, go to http://www.snapfish.com/, select "Login" ,choose "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. This will send you a temporary password and a link to change it to a permanent one. After you change it, you can simply go log in at http://www.eprintcenter.com/ with your email address and the password that you just changed.

    I have an acer netbook. When i first got icloud on it it worked great. For a couple weeks, maybe more i have not been able to sign into icloud from my laptop.
    It says,"You can't sign in because of a server error." Then it says "icloud status" and you can click on it. I end up here http://help.apple.com/icloud/
    I am logged into icloud on my phone. But cannot get into it on my laptop.
    Anybody know a fix for this?

    There should be a forgot password link on the snapfish website, which will allow you to recover that password and then sign in.
