lots of people are having problems with this. why isn't adobe helping?

I am not certain what "the HTML5 player" is.
To repeat my earlier question:

I could search help pages all day long if I didn't have to, y'know... work. This is obviously a problem to which Adobe needs to research the solution.
I am within the requirements of the service stated on the AdobeTV page, yet it doesn't work. Is it too much to ask that Adobe throw me a bone here?
Sorry if I sound frustrated, but I spent hours of my time a couple of months ago, the last time I wanted to use AdobeTV, trying to figure this crap out and finally just gave up.

Download the installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player- windows.html#main-pars_header and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

Im trying to view a web page but all i see is a loading bar that when finish loading, nothing comes up. My flash player is up to date and my company help desk says it works on their mac computers. Why cant my computer view the same thing?

I had the same issue before and after the latest software update on my 4s, restarting , clearing cookies and data didn't work. What I did to sort it was Settings > Safari then changed my search engine to yahoo, went to safari and searched for something on yahoo then went back in to the settings and changed it back to google, works fine now

So a while ago , my encoder for PP stopped working, so I uninstalled everything today, and I re-downloaded the Premiere Pro trial version - but when I install it , after about 3 min it says that it couldnt install Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 & Encore.
when I press the more information botton it shows me a pop-up with this text:

I'm not sure that I am getting everything from your post.

Did you have the full-paid version originally, or the "trial?"
If you had the full-paid version, why did you download the trial?
If you had the trial, it does stop working after a period of time - it is limited that way. If you had the trial, you can never install another trial on that machine. It's a one-time deal.
If you did have the trial, you will want to not only uninstall it, but also run the Adobe CS4 CleanScript a few times, before you attempt to install the full-paid version, or you WILL have problems.
Let us know exactly what you had, and what you wish to do now, and someone can help you.

to be honest, im fed up with calling the 0800 number to eventually only to speak to someone , in India I assume, who doesnt seem to know what they are doing....ive rang 4 times by the way...so for this problem i thought I would try here first.

Why cant i get adobe flash player to download.

i use windows and have the latest internet explorer.it says that when i download it that i have the latest version and then it says it didn't download correctly,god i wish we didn't have to use adobe,its the one and only thing if i have to download is a pain in the you know what.i mean it really,it is a program that we need to use to see websites like youtube.com,why doesn't anyone come up with something else.you have to close your browser do this and do that,when i have my firewall on,it hits it as a virus.i mean come on adobe,when are we going to see a porgram where you can just download it and be done with it.what do i do to get this downloaded.

Why cant I view my "purchased" apps on my iPhone 3GS ever since I updated to the IOS 6? and now update IOS 6.1 didn't fix the issue :(

I have noticed that my iphone 3GS,the app store crashes when trying to view "purchased" apps. I never had this problem until I updated to IO6. I still I have the problem with new update IO6.1. Its only in my main itunes account [email protected] that it crashes when trying to view the "purchased" apps. With my other itunes accounts I can see my purchased apps. I dont understand why this is happening, this is extremely frustrating! I have been using my main account ever since i bought my iphone 3GS over three years now and never had a problem. Please help. I know there are many other out there that have the same problem.Why isn't this problem fixed yet?????

I downloaded and ran Adobe Illustrator but once it opens it closes. It always happens and I cant figure out how to fix it.

The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file (you may have tried/done some of them already); 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

Firefox doesn't incorporate any parental controls. You can achieve blocking some sites by installing an add-on, but it's not there by default.
Adobe's Flash installation process can be a bit confusing. Basically, Flash player can't be installed in Firefox if the browser is open. Your best option would be to download the file to your own machine and then run it from there (don't launch Firefox).
If the problem persists, use Adobe's Flash uninstaller to uninstall it first. You can get that from here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Then go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download the installation file.

I just updated to lion on my 2011 mac book pro, why cant i open adobe programs?

When I try to open any of my adobe programs I get a pop-up that says, To open “Adobe Photoshop CS5,” you need to install a Java runtime, but you are not connected to the Internet. I am however conected to the internet, from there it prompts me to do a network diagnostic, when I click on the button and run the diagnostic i get a prompt telling me that my internet connection appears to be working correctly... can someone please explain to me what is going on and a way to fix it? I have ran the software updater and my software is up to date.

You need to meet the minimum requirements for CC or use CS6. I have no idea what kind of laptop you have or what your OS is so I don't know how to answer that question.
