Why cant i view anything on the page?
Im trying to view a web page but all i see is a loading bar that when finish loading, nothing comes up. My flash player is up to date and my company help desk says it works on their mac computers. Why cant my computer view the same thing?

The box has a gray bar and two tiny little check boxes in the middle of it. I check the post and nothing. I cannot move the page I cannot move anything as the page is frozen and waiting for me to do something with this box. Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
#Open Firefox ''Options'' window (''Preferences'' on Mac or Linux) as follows:
#* In Firefox 29.0 and above, click the menu button [[Image:New Fx Menu]] and select ''Options'' for Windows or ''Preferences'' on Mac or Linux.
#* In Firefox 28.0 and previous versions, click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.

I had firefox 3.6 and it was the best browser ever so I updated to ff4 and I like the concept but it is not useable. When scrolling over anything on the page. I get blackouts where I cant see what I have highlighted to click on. The word Form misleads you i think so its not Form. Jspx only.
I have created a small sample application using HR database.
Created CountriesEO using countries table.
Created Countries.jspx, in that created one filterable table using CountriesVO.
Run the Countries.jspx page is rendered on the Browser.
Now if I do any change say for Ex: Given editingMode="editAll" to the Table Save and
now come to the page already Running on the Browser and applied Filter for
Country Name column this Error comes.

my i touch fell on the floor and is just showing a grey screen. Can't scroll to turn off or view anything on the screen

However, you likely have a hardware problem since it started after dropping the iPod. If the toubleshooting does not solve the peroblem then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. -
When I restart Firefox, my pinned tabs open to the last webpage that I viewed rather than the page that I originally pinned. For example, if I pinned to a local newspaper's website, navigate to espn while on the pinned tab and then close Firefox, the next time I open Firefox, the pinned tab goes to espn rather than the local newspaper's site.
Additionally, the same thing happens if I am reading an article on the pinned tab. When reopening Firefox, the pinned tab goes to the last article viewed.Hi don.w,
That is just the way that pinned tabs are designed. They are meant to be left on the page you want them left on e.g. a web mail account.
If you want to pin a newspaper then I would pin the front page and then open any article you want to read in a new tab.
Having said that there is an addon called [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tab-utilities/ Tab-utilities] which contains an option to automatically revert a pinned tab to the original URL.

#itunes store. Why cant i download music in the UK the same time as in the USA? Why do we have to wait weeks and weeks to downloand music when other fans can dowload music in other coutries when it is released in the US?
Itunes can only provide what the owners of the distribution rights to the music provide.
If the owner of the rights do not provide it, then itunes cannot sell it.
You would have to ask the owners of the distribution rights in each country why they do not provide them at the same time. -
I cannot view anything on the internet
Please help I have almost pulled what little hair I have left out.
The desktop is XP and has just been reconfigured. It is connected to the internet via the wireless adapter with good signal. i just cannot view anything and the **bleep** things tells me I am not connected even though I am.
The only other thing it says in the bottom address bar is that it is detecting proxy settings.
Thanks to anyone that can helpYou don't normally need any proxy settings when connecting via a Home Hub. Check that you don't have any proxy set up in your web browser(s).
In recent versions of Internet Explorer, that will be Tools->Internet options, Select the Connections tab, Hit the LAN Settings button, and "Automatically detect settings" should be ticked. -
i am not able to acess any pages in my safari ... the address bar and the google search bar is working though ... but anything on the page ... on any page is not clickable ... i am not able to click anywhere on the pages and a thin filter layer is appearing on the pages as if avoiding me from clickin or touching anywhere on the page
Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
Safari Problem: After doing a search using all three of the search engines the search results are grayed out not allowing me to click on anything on the page. I also can't use the buttons to the left of the search box. Please help.
Go back to your home screen, then double click your home button to open your multi-task window hold your finger on the Safari icon until it start to wiggle and a red minus sign is in the upper left corner. Tap the red minus sign and completely close Safari, then reopen it.
