Why Ctrl+Tab stops working when opening a flash embedded page?

This a huge pet peeve I have. Everytime I watch a video in youtube.com or megavideo.com, I can't just Ctrl+Tab to change tabs. I'll have to clic in some portion of the page without video to get it to work, but even that, isn't always the case.

Acrobat 8.1.2 Stops Working When Opening a Drop-Down Dialog Box

Whenever I try to open a drop-down dialog box in Acrobat the application stops working and Vista requests that the application be closed and that I will be notified of a solution when one is available. I've experienced the problem for six months. I must now solve this problem.
I've already tried repairing the Acrobat installation without any improvement. What should I do next?

Thanks, seems to solve some of the problem, perhaps I need to uncheck more in this dialogue box... May be 'a' correct answer but not the complete solution. Anyway if all I need to do is uncheck a choice in a dialogue box then it must be a bug or driver incompatability as there seems to be no reason why I shouldn't be able to use 2D graphics acceleration.
Works if you highlight several PDFs in File Manager and then right click and 'Open with Adobe Acrobat', the error still occurs if I drag these files into an open instance of Acrobat beyond two files. Also seems to be more of a problem if one of the files is a 'colour document ' or 'greyscale document' scanned by Acrobat itself.

The plus sign next to my tab stopped working: when I click on it nothing happens. I tried uninstalling and re-installing and it still doesn't work.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

RoboHelp 9 Stops Working when Opening Projects

Hi,
I'm having a massive problem with RoboHelp 9.0.2. It "stops working" whenever I try to open, convert, or create a new project. It fails 100% of the time - with the sample projects, our projects, and new projects. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit on a Dell Lattitude E6400 with 2.66GHz processor and 4GB memory.
RoboHelp 8.0.2 ran fine on this system.
At first, I thought Win7 SP1 might be the culprit, as I was the only one in the dept. who had upgraded. But when the entire department upgraded to SP1 a week later, nobody suffered the same problem.
I've tried the ususal techniques such deleting the CPB file, moving projects to the "My RoboHelp projects" folder, etc. I tried to use RH9 in Windows Diagnostic Startup mode - same result.
The Visual Studio Just-in-Time Debugger gave this error, "An unhandled win32.exception occurred in RoboHTML.exe [6596]"
Does anyone have any suggestions? Or, what additional information can I provide?

Does RH always crash with the unhandled exception or does it just freeze and you have to kill it using task manager? I'm thinking if it only freezes, maybe your dialog boxes fell off the screen and you can use the following process to get them back.
1. Perform an action that will freeze RH, like File > Open or Insert > Image.
2. Press Alt, then spacebar, then M.
3. Press any arrow key.
4. Waggle the mouse. The missing dialog box should snap to the cursor.
5. Click to drop the dialog box where you want it.

ITunes has stopped working when open

I was using Windows 8 and recently updated to Windows 8.1 (Single Language). I never install iTunes during Windows 8. I tried to install the version latest version iTunes 11.1.2 today on my Windows 8.1, after installed, every time I open iTunes, it will stop working and I need to close it or debug it. I also tried install older version of iTunes 11.0.x but also same problem. I restarted PC also no help.

NOTE: AppData folder is invisible. You must allow to view hidden folder under folder option.

Whenever I click the grey menu bar (artists, genre, videos, playlists, match, etc) iTunes stops working and Windows has a pop up that says it's closing. I tried updating to 11.4... but then itunes says it is missing a file or something like that and will not open period so I have to use a system restore to get it back..I;ve been enduring this without editng playlists and etc for a few months now. Adobe reader has stopped working when opening tracker [vista & reader x]

I'm a developer and im constantly uninstalling and reinstalling reader x and acrobat pro x, but i typically have both installed. Recently, i uninstalled both reader x and acrobat x via Add/Remove Programs in windows Vista, and then later reinstalled them both, and now when i click the adobe tracker icon in my systray, it says adobe reader has stopped working. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and then rebooting, but that doesn't seem to help. Event viewer says:

This is strange. Can you try a couple of things:
1. Try launching Tracker in Acrobat. In Acrobat X, you will find it in Comment pane->Review->Track Reviews
2. Launch Reader in non-sandbox mode. For this, launch Reader and uncheck the option 'Enable Protected Mode at startup' in Reader Preferences->General. Close and re-launch Reader. Now launch Tracker.
Does it still crash in both the cases?

ITunes 11.3.1 stops working when opened in 'Podcasts' view

After the latest update installed in last few days on Windows 7, iTunes often crashes on startup, at about the time it is accessing iTunes store (fine before the update). It does not happen if iTunes is opened in 'Music' view, but changing then to the 'Podcasts' view and clicking the podcast 'refresh' button causes crash again. It is worse on some user accounts than others.
Have tried:
- Complete reinstallation of iTunes
- Deleting preferences files in the Local and Roaming directories.
- Copying a QT dll to the iTunes program files directory (as mentioned on another thread)
- The other suggestions in this link iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues
Any ideas?

Start iTunes is Safe Mode.
Refer to this article: iTunes: Troubleshooting issues with third-party iTunes plug-ins which gives you steps for starting iTunes in Safe Mode. Note the article has instructions for both OS X (Mac) and the different versions of Windows.
I too had the problem with Podcasts, so was delighted to see an update which addressed it. However, like all of you, after the update to 11.3, clicking on Refresh (Podcasts) caused iTunes to stop working. I then started iTunes in Safe Mode but saw no message about entering Safe Mode (as mentioned in the article). Despite this, Refresh Podcasts then worked. That was yesterday. This morning, I have started my iTunes in normal mode and had no issues.
I suggest you read the article, as there are important points about showing hidden files and what to do if the problem persists. In my case, the problem did not persist. Note also, that the article mentions third-party plug-ins as the cause of the problem. As far as I am aware, I did not have any third-party plug-ins, so the title of the article is somewhat misleading.

Everytime I try to go into the iTunes Store on my Windows 7 PC I get a popup that says "iTunes has stopped working, Windows will try to find a solution to the problem."

While using the Vanishing Point in CS4 64 bit, Photoshop shuts down when I attempt to move text or move a plane within a grid.
Does anyone know how to stop the crashes?

I installed the 11.0.2 update and I still have teh BEX64 crash. I have also tried starting PS CS4 and pressed Cntrl Shift & Alt at the same time. It still crashes when I get to the point of moving text or a plane in a grid within Vanishing Point.
I also backed off from 90% as you suggested.
