Why did form lose its actions?

I had a two-page form I was creating, it contained actions for buttons and for showing/hiding some objects. In LiveCycle Designer I saved under a new name and in "Adobe XML Form" format, thinking I would keep the most functionality that way. I started adding pages and objects. At some point I noticed most of the actions I had created were gone, there were only 2 actions listed in Action Builder.
I went back to the original form file (a PDF created in LiveCycle Design), and the actions are still there.
Questions: Did I lose the actions by adding pages or objects? Was it because of saving in a different format than "Adobe Dynamic XML form" (which is a PDF file format, confusingly enough)? Or some other thing about actions I'm missing?
I'm using Acrobat Pro X and Adobe LiveCycle Designer, on Windows XP.
If I did lose the actions by adding or rearraging pages or renaming objects, can I somehow get them into the new doc by saving part of the old one as a "fragment"?

I believe now you potentially lose all extensions, plug-ins when you use the new reset function, but you will let me know.
If that is the case, your find corrupt file method maybe better. However, I reviewed the two help articles and there appear to be more files than just the delete search.json file and a possible search.sqlite file in the Firefox Profile Folder. I am confused. Then I have to find the folders. I think help articles mentioned how to find the profile containing the files, but not sure.

Because ipod touch will sycn with one computer at a time. Syncing to another wil erase the current content.
You should copy everything from your old computer to your new one.

@cstigall - Were you able to get your contacts reversed? Sometimes that happens when you share or are logged in to the wrong Apple ID as Gina suggested.

What address book or cloud service were you syncing your contacts with before the update? They should still be there.
Contact information is only part of the backup in order to maintain your favorites and recent calls list. Contacts are meant to be synced to a cloud service or address book.

The old version of iWork should still be on your computer.
Check in Applications (Command-Shift-A) for an iWork '09 folder.

You are not alone in the childish "Mom, I can't find it!?" style questions. It gets wearisome playing 20 questions to just get to the point where you have a comprehendable question.
We still don't know what version of Pages.
Saved documents don't live in Pages, they are on your hard drive, on a server or some other device.
"ALL" your documents is comprehensive. So you have no documents of any description left on your Mac (now that we know it is a Mac) or anywhere else?
AS Peggy pointed out, if you never saved the document, it is gone.
We are still struggling to find out what you are talking about.

I would guess that you lost them because you failed to do the basics. It has always been very basic to always back up your computer, most especially before any update.

I would guess that it is because you failed to make sure that they were all on your computer before you updated.

I was having a similar problem and here's what solved it for me: Under Settings>Notes the default account was changed from iCloud to another account for no apparent reason when I upgraded to iOS 7. When I changed it back to iCloud, my notes started appearing on all devices again. You might also want to check the Accounts setting under the Notes app to make sure All Notes is checked to retreive notes from all accounts. Similarly, Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars has a default account that should match as well. Good luck.

Why Did I Lose My Render?

I rendered a 3rd party clip effect in a timeline last night that took a couple of hours to complete. The next time I started Premiere, there was a red line over the part i rendered. I looked, and the preview files are where they are supposed to be. Why did that happen? How can I re-connect the preview files to the rendered part? I closed and re-opened the project to see if it would ask me where the render files are, but it did not.
I am using DSLR footage and sequence settings set to DSLR editing. CS6 Windows 7

Tried it. Didn't work. i just took the 3rd party effect off and used a native effect to try to do the same thing. I have never been able to use Magic Bullet Looks without it crippling my system somehow. Too bad, because it looks like a nice group of effects and color correctors. But worthless to me so far.

Why did I lose the path to my Radio Station presets?

I save iTunes radio stations to a playlist so I can have all of the radio stations I enjoy listening to in one playlist. I went to this playlist today and double-clicked on a few radio stations and nothing happened! I went back to the master Radio Station list and was able to double-click on one of the stations that I have in my playlist and it played normally.
My question is, what happened to the paths of the saved stations in my Radio station playlist, and why did these stations not play? I've resigned myself to having to reload all the radio stations back into this playlist, but I haven't been able to find anything online out about this specific issue. Thanks in advance.

I also discovered the same problem. However, I've also found that many of the stations I've listened to for years are suddenly gone, not even in the master Radio Stations list. Why are they gone, and what does it take for stations to be available on iTunes, I could never figure out why the selection is so limited..
