Commercial or education customers who sign up for an annual membership to Creative Cloud or who buy a 12-month prepaid card at a retailer or online store will be eligible for a free month of Creative Cloud when they sign into Creative Cloud from three qualifying Adobe Touch Apps from the Android Market or Apple App Store. Qualifying apps include Adobe Collage, Adobe Debut, Adobe Ideas, Adobe Kuler®, Adobe Photoshop Touch, and Adobe Proto.
Customers who purchase an annual membership directly from Adobe and qualify for this offer will not be charged for the month of service after sign-in from their third Touch App. Qualifying members will be notified of their free month within 60 days.
Customers who purchase a 12-month prepaid card from a retailer or online store and qualify for this offer will have one month added to the duration of their membership, and thus receive a total of 13 months of access. Qualifying members will be notified of their free month within 60 days.

These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
If it was an audiobook then they are one-time only downloads, to get it on your other devices you need to sync it to them and not re-download it oneach. Oh, that's strange! Your bill should be due approximately the same time each month. It seems like this charge is referring to a bill that we didn't receive payment for last month. Make sure to check all charges at vzw.com and review all the payments were made.

Why did I get charged for the gift card from the student deal with macbook pro?

Why did I get charged for the $100 gift card student deal that came with the macbook pro? I was told that it would be taken credited off my credit card however; that has not happened. Am I missing something? Have other people been charged for this as well?

The same thing happened to me but it made sense.
I ordered a MBPR on Jun 12 for $2879 which qualified for the free student gift card. The gift card was available to ship (delivers June 20 - June 21) but the MBPR wasn't available until a month later (deliverys July 3 - July 10). Instead of holding the gift card until the MBPR was ready, Apple charged me $100 for the card then shipped it to me.
About a month later when the MBPR was ready, Apple charged me $2779 then shipped it. In the end, I was charged the correct amount $2779 + $100 = $2879.
Why did Apple do this? I suspect that some people have cheated Apple by ordering a Mac to get the promotional gift card then canceled their order after the gift card was spent. Apple is trying to protect itself.
BTW, if you return the mac then you're expected to return the gift card. If you've spent any amount of the card then Apple will deduct this from your refund.

Since I only have one AppleID and since I'm sitting at the computer showing the previously purchased songs, I'm guessing your third response is the accurate. I logged onto iTunes Store and "reported a problem" with the two songs and am awating their reply.
I'm guessing that it's something I did (or didn't do) when I downloaded the songs from iTunes Store to my iPhone. I forgot to synch these two songs from my PC to my iPhone before travelling. However, I noticed that the two songs were listed on my iPhone iTunes application in a playlist called "recently purchased." I clicked on the two songs and they were downloaded to my iPhone (which I would expect); I then received an email receipt for the charges for the songs (which I didn't expect.)

My theory is that because the original appleID wasn't an email, they're making you switch to it when you update to iOS5. So that creates essentially a new appleID and it isn't recognized as the one that originally made all your purchases. Sign out of the Store and then sign in using your old ID and it should do the trick.
The other alternative is to sync your apps rather than reinstalling them....if you can. Hope the phone service helps.

So, I ordered Game of Thrones Season 1 from Bestbuy. I paid 12 dollars for shipping to get it quickly. They messed up my order and I got Season 2 instead. I went to my local Bestbuy to get it and the girl there said that I owed 7 dollars for some reason. I was in a rush and didn't have much time, so I just paid. As someone who is thrilled to have this show being part of my Sunday night routine, I can understand why you would be in such a rush to get your hands on the first season. I’m sorry to hear that you seemed to have received the second season my mistake.
Using the email address you registered with the forum, I was able to review the receipts and your order. Due to the manner in which the store performed the exchange, unfortunately it appears you were charged the difference between season one on Blu-ray and season two on DVD.

First, if you're using an iOS device, make sure that you did not inadvertently make an in-app purchase. Many apps, particularly games, are free for the base game but charge for additional features such as levels, "coins" and other such add-ons. Check your Purchase History to see if that reminds you as to what you might have purchased:

If you find that these were in-app purchases, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your device. For more information, see:

As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases, but there are no guarantees.
If the charges are not in-app purchases that you made and forgot but the charges do appear in your Purchase History, contact the iTunes Store and let them know. You should also immediately change your password for your Apple ID. If the charges don't appear in your Purchase History, they were probably fake charges made directly to your credit card, and your card issuer will need to handle those.

This is a question for Oracle. Why did you get rid of iSQLPlus without replacing its capbilities? Both SQL Developer and APEX are for developers, but the end user no longer has a web-based method for running SQL queries. What are they to use if they are unable to have the client installed on their server and are not allowed to logon to the Oracle server in order to useSQL Developer's query abilities? How can an administator limit an end-users APEX permissions to query-building only?

I'm not Oracle, so I won't even give opinions on your question. some advice however - ask your last question on the APEX forum.
