Why Did I Lose My Render?

I rendered a 3rd party clip effect in a timeline last night that took a couple of hours to complete. The next time I started Premiere, there was a red line over the part i rendered. I looked, and the preview files are where they are supposed to be. Why did that happen? How can I re-connect the preview files to the rendered part? I closed and re-opened the project to see if it would ask me where the render files are, but it did not.
I am using DSLR footage and sequence settings set to DSLR editing. CS6 Windows 7

Tried it. Didn't work. i just took the 3rd party effect off and used a native effect to try to do the same thing. I have never been able to use Magic Bullet Looks without it crippling my system somehow. Too bad, because it looks like a nice group of effects and color correctors. But worthless to me so far.

I believe now you potentially lose all extensions, plug-ins when you use the new reset function, but you will let me know.
If that is the case, your find corrupt file method maybe better. However, I reviewed the two help articles and there appear to be more files than just the delete search.json file and a possible search.sqlite file in the Firefox Profile Folder. I am confused. Then I have to find the folders. I think help articles mentioned how to find the profile containing the files, but not sure.

Because ipod touch will sycn with one computer at a time. Syncing to another wil erase the current content.
You should copy everything from your old computer to your new one.

@cstigall - Were you able to get your contacts reversed? Sometimes that happens when you share or are logged in to the wrong Apple ID as Gina suggested.

What address book or cloud service were you syncing your contacts with before the update? They should still be there.
Contact information is only part of the backup in order to maintain your favorites and recent calls list. Contacts are meant to be synced to a cloud service or address book.

The old version of iWork should still be on your computer.
Check in Applications (Command-Shift-A) for an iWork '09 folder.

You are not alone in the childish "Mom, I can't find it!?" style questions. It gets wearisome playing 20 questions to just get to the point where you have a comprehendable question.
We still don't know what version of Pages.
Saved documents don't live in Pages, they are on your hard drive, on a server or some other device.
"ALL" your documents is comprehensive. So you have no documents of any description left on your Mac (now that we know it is a Mac) or anywhere else?
AS Peggy pointed out, if you never saved the document, it is gone.
We are still struggling to find out what you are talking about.

I would guess that you lost them because you failed to do the basics. It has always been very basic to always back up your computer, most especially before any update.

I would guess that it is because you failed to make sure that they were all on your computer before you updated.

I was having a similar problem and here's what solved it for me: Under Settings>Notes the default account was changed from iCloud to another account for no apparent reason when I upgraded to iOS 7. When I changed it back to iCloud, my notes started appearing on all devices again. You might also want to check the Accounts setting under the Notes app to make sure All Notes is checked to retreive notes from all accounts. Similarly, Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars has a default account that should match as well. Good luck.

Why did form lose its actions?

I had a two-page form I was creating, it contained actions for buttons and for showing/hiding some objects. In LiveCycle Designer I saved under a new name and in "Adobe XML Form" format, thinking I would keep the most functionality that way. I started adding pages and objects. At some point I noticed most of the actions I had created were gone, there were only 2 actions listed in Action Builder.
I went back to the original form file (a PDF created in LiveCycle Design), and the actions are still there.
Questions: Did I lose the actions by adding pages or objects? Was it because of saving in a different format than "Adobe Dynamic XML form" (which is a PDF file format, confusingly enough)? Or some other thing about actions I'm missing?
I'm using Acrobat Pro X and Adobe LiveCycle Designer, on Windows XP.
If I did lose the actions by adding or rearraging pages or renaming objects, can I somehow get them into the new doc by saving part of the old one as a "fragment"?

Why did I lose the path to my Radio Station presets?

I save iTunes radio stations to a playlist so I can have all of the radio stations I enjoy listening to in one playlist. I went to this playlist today and double-clicked on a few radio stations and nothing happened! I went back to the master Radio Station list and was able to double-click on one of the stations that I have in my playlist and it played normally.
My question is, what happened to the paths of the saved stations in my Radio station playlist, and why did these stations not play? I've resigned myself to having to reload all the radio stations back into this playlist, but I haven't been able to find anything online out about this specific issue. Thanks in advance.

I also discovered the same problem. However, I've also found that many of the stations I've listened to for years are suddenly gone, not even in the master Radio Stations list. Why are they gone, and what does it take for stations to be available on iTunes, I could never figure out why the selection is so limited..

I recently found out that 2 co-workers updated their phones back in Oct. 2013. They purchased new phones under contract on lines available for upgrade at that time. After the purchase, they both switched the new phone to another line of theirs with the unlimited data plan. They continue to get the unlimited data plan on these older lines even though they switched the new phones to these older lines. I purchased a phone for my son back in Dec. 2012. His line was not available for upgrade at that time. I upgraded my husband's line with the new phone and then they switched it to my son's line. I was told that I would no longer be able to get the unlimited data on my son's line now. I asked why, I wasn't upgrading his line but the other line and they said once I switch the new phone to my son's line it automatically removed the unlimited data. They told me nothing they could do because Verizon was trying to eliminate the unlimited data plans. Dec. 2013 I went to get my daughter a new phone. Her line was available for upgrade. The Verizon employee also asked if I wanted to upgrade my son's line since it was available for upgrade. I asked about the unlimited data and how I lost it on his line before. I asked if I could upgrade his line and then move the phone over to my daughter's line and keep her unlimited data. The Verizon worker told me no. Said anytime you purchase a new phone, it will not allow the unlimited data to be kept, that any phone under contract removes the unlimited data even if the new contract is not originally purchased under the line switching to. Both of my co-workers were able to to upgrade on one line, switch to line that still had unlimited data and keep it. Why? I'm so upset over this difference. I phoned Verizon at the worker stated that it could not be done. He was nice but could not understand how one was able to do it and I couldn't. One of the people who did upgrade and kept the unlimited data said that the employee at the Verizon store told her that they couldn't do it that why--keeping the unlimited data because they would get into trouble and possibly fired. She said she came home called Verizon and Verizon at the 800# did it for her. I feel like I was done wrong--I should have never lost my unlimited data when I switched the phone to my son's line in Dec. 2012 nor my daughter's line Dec. 2013. They did offer me the 6 gb data for my daughter at 30.00, but my son's could not be done that way since it had been back in Dec. 2012. So I am being charged 30.00 for 2 gb. I have until Jan. 15 to return her phone for a refund, except the 35.00 restocking fee. I am thinking about doing this because so dissatisfied. Someone needs to check into this matter...should be no difference in customers. This is not hear say,,,,it came straight from the people themselves. They know what they have--they have unlimited data and both received new phones in Oct. 2013 under lines available for upgrade and switching to line unavailable for upgrade at that time. Some please help me to understand why? If it can be done....I should be able to get it too. Verizon should address this issue and treat all customers the same!!!! Thanks

If you didn't get a subsidized upgrade on the line with unlimited data, you should have been able to keep your son's plan and just activate the phone on his line. The line you used the upgrade from will no longer have unlimited, but if you just had a basic phone on that line it wouldn't matter. I would return the phone, and then order a new one either online, over the phone, or in a Verizon corporate (not a "reseller" or "authorized retailer"). That is the only reason I can think of that you would have to lose the unlimited data. Also, be sure the contract/upgrade date is reset, before leaving the store if possible. I know sometimes the returns don't get processed and reported to Verizon right away, and you don't want to find out in a week or two that the return wasn't processed by the 15th.
