I just received the email above. What did I do? I have never used my account for fraud. This email is from [email protected]
Is it a scam?

It's phishing. Forward it to [email protected] and then delete it.

Why my iphone receives old emails that I've already deleted?

I have just updated my iphone 4 to the IOS 5.
and then it started receiving e-mails from a long time, all over again.
I've already deleted them earlier.
why am I receiving it again?

Did you delete the old emails on the iPhone or on the email server? If on the iPhone and not the server, when it reattaches your email server may think it is a new device and resync all of the old content.
If you are using a POP email account you can set the device to delete from server on opening...then the email will only exist on the iPhone. Deleting from the iPhone will then eliminate the email entirely.
If you want to access the email from multiple devices, it would be best to manually login to the email server and delete those you no longer want.

You were (previously) a member at MobileMe and got 20GB's of free iCloud storage in addition to the 5GB's offered by the "free" iCloud service.

Since the new iOS 8.0.1 update I found that when I log into find my iPhone i then get an email saying: Your Apple ID was used to sign into Find My iPhone. It then proceeds to tell me what device it was (my one at this time) and the date and time. I do not want this setting on. I have looked into it and can't find the option to switch it off. This gives a potential thief the notification that the device is being tracked which is certainly NOT a good idea. Please help!!!!

The idea here is to alert you in case it was not you that was using Find My iPhone. Someone can try to crack your Apple ID from any device running FindMyiPhone (does not have to be yours) or from iCloud.com (via a web browser on a PC). They do not have to be in possession of your device to do this.
If anyone successfully does this, you will get an email, so that you know about it and can change your password right sway.
If someone actually has your device, yes they may see the notice arrive if you track the phone via the web or via an iPhone that has never been used on your AppleID before. But if they have the phone on to get the email, its too late, you;ve already got their location.
Thieves know that Find My iPhone is enabled by default. They are likely to shut the phone down to avoid being caught anyway. However, activation lock will prevent them from resetting the phone.
Don't turn off Find My iPhone, it is useful and valuable.

Why did I get an email saying my bill is ready in the middle of a billing cycle?

I received an email stating my wireless bill is ready. First, I have already paid the full amount for my previous bill. And second, I am in the middle of my current billing cycle. I checked My Verizon account and I am paid in full. Why did I receive this email? Is the email a mistake?

I am thinking this is a system fluke.
I went in and paid on line and days later the email came to my phone stating the same amount I already paid.
However the payment was posted immediately and shows a zero balance and the text message came right away after the payment.
I think its just a screw up in sending out the notice of your bill being ready. They send to me at 1 AM in the morning.

WMP is a windows proprietary format.
It is not supported on iOS devices.
QuickTime player is built into ios and used for all video playback-nothing is being converted.
You can try downloading an alternate player that can playback wmp or use a computer.

If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. Why did I receive a request from Adobe Systems Incorporated to change my password?

I received a email from Adobe Systems Incorporated to change my password. I changed my password, then received another email that stated that I had changed my password and the if I did not request the change to contact Adobe System Incorporated.

The same thing happened to me.
Yesterday, when I logged in, I was told that I HAD to change my password which is understandable, because Adobe was recently hacked and nearly three million accounts were compromised.

I changed my password at that time, because I had no other choice.
This morning, I received an e-mail from adobe, telling me that I had to change my password because of the recent hacking, etc. This probably means that whatever automated system they're using to inform members hadn't been updated to take into account those who had just changed their passwords.
In any event, since I had just changed my password--and supposedly Adobe is no longer being hacked--I just left the new password as-is. But, it's probably a good idea, going forward, to change passwords on a regular basis--say once every few months. Most sites tell you to do that.

I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it?
