Why did itunes changed the short cuts ? what for ?

its unbelievible!! i was allways on apples side about novelties in software and hard ware. but now i wish to leave my apple devices and use something instead of this: for example ANDROID. why did the new things in apple Co becaming more worse usable ? now i wish not to have my imac 27, my iphone is also becoming useless, apple tv - i need normal things, but u making them stupid and useless more and more.....

Why did you change the way a current program is recorded?

Why did you change the way a current program is recorded? Now I can only record a show from the time I press record not from the beginning. So if I turn on the TV and a show has already started, I can no longer record it from the beginning as I did in the past. As much money as I pay shouldn't I have the option to choose?

To set the short cut key for the menu when using CommandDesign pattern

I have a menu File which has two menu items Load and save.
Here for implementing the actionperformed iam using the command design pattern.
Now iam not able to set the short cut key for the menu item......

Why did you change the event calendar?

I updated my phone and now I can only have one alert on my calendar for an event. I was putting in an event and having an alert one day before and then one hour before. Why did you change it?

now gone in v7
command-1 for main window
command-2 for equalizer!
that eq window short cut was cruitial(for me at least) when I'm doing parties and I need fast access to the EQ
bad move - apple programmers, what were you guys thinking?

Apple changed the commands and they are now used for video.
You can program it back in with different keyboard commands.
Close iTunes. Go to System Preferences>Hareware>Keyboard & Mouse>Keyboard Shortcuts.

Why did they change the iphone 5 charger?

I am pretty annoyed that apple changed the charging port on the new iphone 5. Now all of my charging and docking stations are pretty much worthless and I have heard nothing but bad things about the adapter they make from the new lightening port to a 30pin dock.
Anybody else having this issue or found a working solution? I hate carrying around tons of adapter cables.
I feel like I am the fool for buying the newest apple products. I am now regreting supporting apple so much in this case.

Your Right. Now people have to buy new docks and everything. The adapter will break your phone or itself real easy and the charger is to small.
Apple is turning into a pc company. You have either a PC or Mac now there the same. Stop making basic mistakes to turn a buck.

Why did you change the ipad to that crappy lightning cord.it does not stay plugged in to ipad to use it on ac power the cords short and overheat damaging the charger units. please change back to the old style.in this case newer is definately not better

I agree. It's much better than the old one.
If your have a problem with something overheating, that's not normal. You should take the charger, cable and iPad to the nearest Apple Store. Is the charger an Apple charger or a third party one? Many of the third party chargers are badly made.

Why did Apple change the incoming caller photo Id to a small picture in a small circle instead of the large full screen picture when calls are received? This is useless. If it isnt cchanged back to the way it was I am done with the iphone. Hello Galaxy

We are all users like yourself. No one here is an employee or representative of Apple. We cannot know why the photo of the incoming caller was changed. We can only say that it is what it is. Why did Apple change the color labels of folders in 10.9.2?

What's the purpose of a dot when I can't even see them?
THE IDEA is to highlight a folder so you can easily find it.
I'm all for aesthetics but this is a change of practical design. It's annoying.

Also for the bug that iTunes doesn't minimize when I double-click the top edge of the window.
It isn't a bug, it's a feature.
Actually, I kinda like the improvements to the "miniplayer" thing, even though it isn't the same thing as minimizing the app. The only thing I don't like about the miniplayer is the tiny, hard to hit icon used to toggle it on & off, but if I can just remember the Cmd-Option-M shortcut for that I'm OK with that too.
I wouldn't mind filling out a survey before they (Apple) curtained features.
After hanging around ASC for a few years, I have realized that almost everybody has very different ideas about the usefulness of just about every feature Apple has ever implemented. If Apple listened to users, I suspect we would end up with an OS so bloated it wouldn't even be able to crawl, much less run, on most Macs, & the user preferences alone would have so many options nobody could find the ones they wanted without help.
Actually, I think that may already be happening ... but I'm sure everybody has a different opinion about that, too!

Because the file are no longer where they were when they were imported into your computer and added to your iTunes Library.
Did you move, rename or delete the files after adding them to your iTunes Library?
Do you use any other programmes, which may have moved, renamed or deleted the files, for example, Windows Media Player?
Were the files added to your computer's hard drive, or to an external drive which is no longer connected, or has a different drive letter now?

I can't locate the music genre of the artist I'm looking for, why have iTunes changed the search criteria making it much more difficult to find an artist?

Is anyone else finding it difficult to locate an artist from the itunes store using the genre search? I've tried to locate 2 artists over the last couple of days and can't find them in any of the obvious genres. I contacted Itunes support and received a very unhelpful reply from someone who didn't even understand the problem I was having. Help!

Yes, I just discovered the POWER SEARCH feature missing and had a mini-meltdown until I found the power search, using the STORE button on the main menu, I click "search" and the power search page pops back, so wharever idiot at Itunes thought it a good idea to delete Power search from the Itunes webpage needs a smack in the head, and put the power search feature back, duh.

Why did they change the shape of IPAD AIR? This isnt practical

i've noticed that typing on the new ipad air is a burden and hurts my hand because they have made the width larger than previous models.
I really wish they would leave well enough alone.

Add me to the list as someone who is beyond happy with the new size of iPad Air. It's the single best change to the device yet! And to the OP, maybe your ruler has different measurements than mine. iPad Air is not wider than previous devices.
