You can try installing 7-Zip (free), then right-click on the iTunesSetup.exe or iTunesSetup64.exe file to unpack its contents, and install AppleApplicationSupport.msi as a standalone component. It may still not install successfully, but if it doesn't you may get a more useful error message regarding the reason why.

When I tried to install the 12--- version, the install stopped with the message, "Apple Mobile Device Services failed to start, verify that you have sufficient privileges to start systems services". The Apple Mobile Device is a component of iTunes that communicates between your computer and your iPhone or iOS device. The error message you are seeing "verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services" has to do with the Windows operating system. It's possible that you are not logged in as the administrator for your Windows PC. Or, you may have antivirus software stopping the Apple Mobile Device from running.

Find My iPhone is a generic term that is used for this feature regardless of whether it is turned on on an iPad or an iPhone.
If you deleted your iCloud account on your iPad, and have not signed back on to iCloud, then the Find My iPhone feature is turned off, and your device is not protected nor can it be tracked if it is stolen.
Sign back into iCloud on your iPad, and go to Settings>iCloud to turn Find My iPhone back on to remedy this situation, if you wish.

There is something on your iPhone (a music file, iBook, document or video) that belongs to another Apple ID. Only your wife would know how that file arrived there. Your iPhone is asking for the correct Apple ID for all of the files that are resident on the iPhone.

I pre-ordered my iPhone 5 on 9/15 at 4am EST. It said shipping in 2 weeks with an delivery date of 10/5... yadda yadda yadda. This morning my order status showed as 'processing'. This afternoon it changed to 'preparing for delivery'. Is there a chance I will now receive before 10/5? Trying to plan accordingly. Thanks in advance for any info you can give.

I was in the same boat. I ordered @ 5:09AM EST on 9/14 and had the 10/5 delivery date. My status changed from processing to preparing to ship yesterday 9/21. I got an e-mail from Apple @ 4:22AM this morning 9/22 that it has shipped (along with the precious tracking #)! I would expect it would arrive by this Friday 9/28 at the latest.
