Why did my AV program find a Trojan in a Mozilla folder I am not showing in my computer?

Firefox: Ver. 4.0.1
AV: Avast 6.0.1125
Avast found the JS:FakeAV-HE [Trj] at ...\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\2asce2ck.default\Cache\0\CA\11F25D01
a) Why can't I find the folder(s) Cache & Cache\0\CA?
b) Is the folder 2asce2ck.default a Mozilla creation or did the virus create it? (I did a google search of the folder name and got zero (0) hits. )
Any help in clearing this mystery up is appreciated.

I went to that link and added to firefox add on but it still does not work. I went to the add on option button for this but it told me that my MYSIWG widget was disabled. Does this have something to do with it not working and if so how do you enable it.

What system and iPhoto version are you running?
If your're using iPhoto 9 or later Command (right) - click on the photo in the search window and select Show Event in the Contextual menu.
That will take you to the event where the photo is.

The YouTube App is still available for the iPhone and will work on the iPad.
However, the YouTube App for iPad should be out soon.

If it was free on your Air it should be free on your iMac too. Perhaps you should doublecheck that:
Your iMac is running Mavericks (the version of Numbers available for download from the App Store requires Mavericks)
Your iMac is signed into the same App Store ID (usually, but not always, the same as the Apple ID you use to connect to iCloud) as your Air.

I believe all MacBooks have used lithium polymer batteries. If you are asking because your battery says "Lithium Ion"... Lithium polymer batteries are a type of lithium ion battery... so technically, they are still lithium ion batteries. The labeling can be a little confusing.

Yesterday my hotmail bookmark was there. Today its gone. The only thing I ever do is add to the bookmark list.

If the URL in the location bar is bookmarked (star at the right end is yellow/blue) then you can click the star or use the Bookmark menu item (Bookmark This Page, Ctrl+D) to see the location (bookmarks folder) of that bookmark and edit the properties of that bookmark (name, location, folder) and move it to another folder or remove the bookmark.

ISE 1.3 Why are Windows endpoints defaulting to 802.1x machine authentication in wireless profile and not User or User&Computer

We are running ISE 1.3 tied to AD with WLC 7.6.130.0. Our ISE has a GoDaddy (none wildcard) certificate loaded for https and EAP. We are just running PEAP. We have a mix of IOS, Android, and Windows 7/8 devices. IOS and Android devices can self create a wireless profile and after entering credentials can connect without issue. Our Windows 7/8 devices, when auto creating a wireless profile are selecting 802.1x machine authentication instead of User authentication or the best option which is machine or user authentication. This is problematic as we do allow for machine authentication but have an authorization rule limiting machine auth to domain controller and ISE connectivity only. This is to allow domain Windows 7/8 devices to have domain connectivity prior to user sign-in but force user auth to get true network connectivity. The problem is why are the Windows devices not auto setting to user authentication (as I think they did when we ran ISE1.2), or the best option which is to allow both types of authentication? I have limited authentication protocols to just EAP CHAP and moved the machine auth profile to the bottom of the list. Neither have helped. I also notice that the Windows 7/8 endpoints have to say allow connectivity several times even though we are using a global and should be trusted certificate authority (probably a separate issue).

When connecting a windows device to the ISE enabled SSID when there is not a saved wireless profile on that machine, it will connect and auto create the profile. In that profile, 802.1x computer authentication option is chosen by windows. That has to be changed to computer or user for the machine to function correctly on the network.
On 1.2, this behavior was different. The Windows device would auto select user authentication by default. At other customer sites, windows devices auto select user authentication. This of course needs to be changed to user or computer in order to support machine auth, but at least the default behavior of user authentication would allow machines to get on the network and functional easily to begin with.

Trying to find a file that is not showing up on Computer!!!

I am trying to delete a file that i found on cleanmymac. I am trying to find the file on my computer, but it doesnt work!!! On CleanMyMac it even says the location of where the file is, But i cant find it!!!!

If the file is in your user Library, it's hidden by default in Mountain Lion. You can reach it on the Finder's menubar, Finder > Go > Hold the Option key down > Select Library.
Make sure you know what the file is before you delete it.

Mozilla/Firefox 4 will not install on my computer and I cannot uninstall any old Mozilla/Firefox programs and files still on my computer.

Firefox won't load onto my computer. I have Windows 7, and each time I try to run the program to install it, it tells me I have another version still waiting to be installed that requires my computer to reboot. When I check "yes" to reboot, my computer reboots but still no Firefox. When I try to uninstall the the old Mozilla program from my Control Panels, there is no Mozilla files or programs listed not in my list of programs but when I go directly to the Windows File on the C: Drive, there's a Mozilla program file there. WHen I go into that file check, I attempt to open the uninstall program. I get an error message that says something to the effect of: "the version Mozilla on this computer is not compatable with my OS." Something about it being and 86bit program. My Firefox 3.6 worked fine 2 days ago. What's wrong???

Ok, lets do a couple of steps here first:
To make sure your windows isn't corrupted because of the power outage, let's run chkdsk.
Click on My Computer, then right click your C: Drive (if you have other hard drives, you will want to run this on them as well). Then, click Properties. Inside that window, go to the Tools tab. Inside that tab, open up the "Check Now" button. That will open a smaller window. Select the checkbox to "Automatically fix file system errors", then hit Start. You will probably receive an error asking if you want to schedule the disk check, click Yes, then restart your computer.

After running the chkdsk, then please go to [http://www.getfirefox.com www.getfirefox.com], and download a fresh version of Firefox. I'm assuming you are using Internet Explorer to download Firefox. Instead of hitting Run, let's try hitting save. Remember where it saves the installer file on your computer.
After the download has finished, double-click and run the Firefox install. Once it is finished, try to start Firefox up. Let me know how it goes!

Does it say that it works with iOS devices (iPhone, iPod touch or iPhone)? iOS devices have a different format/file system than other iPods.

Why is a song purchased on iPad not showing up in computer library?

I purchased a song on iTunes several days ago and it downloaded automatically to my desktop, but I can't get it on my laptop. I do have the setting for automatic download for music set up on both. I've done a "check for downloads" and get a message that there are no new downloads available, but still don't see that song. I've gone to my account and it shows the song being purchased, but I see no way to manually force it to download to the laptop.

Does it show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your laptop's iTunes for re-downloading ?
