While Im using my iphone 5, browsing some wallpaper apps, it suddenly deactivated. now i cant activate it, i dont know why.. please tell me what to do if you had the same experience.. Thanks

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
Or make an appointment at an Apple Store to have the phone looked at.

I would contact applecare about this issue. a hot phone is not normal , a warm phone is.
but if you contact applecare that way you have a record of the issue incase it gets worse in the future.

If so, change it back to the country you're in.

For example, I have had two verizon email accounts on my iPhone for some time, each originally set up with the default "incoming.verizon.net" and "outgoing.verizon.net" for receive/sending email. Suddenly, without my changing anything in my settings, my "[account-1]" account would not work via iPhone (yet still worked via desktop PC)- it was not until I completely deleted the "[account-1]" account from my iPhone and recreated it that it would work, HOWEVER, iPhone AUTO-creation process for this POP account settings now picked up "pop.verizon.net" and smtp.verizon.net" instead of the previous standard "incoming.verizon.net" and "outgoing.verizon.net" settings. (Yet "incoming.verizon.net" and "outgoing.verizon.net" is still necessary for all other verizon accounts, as well as for my "[account-1]" on desktop PCs) Has someone, for example, affected (illegally...?) a redirection of my "[account-1]" mail through other servers...? Why did my iPhone photos get deleted and can I recover them?

An entire album's worth of photos were deleted and I want to know why and if I can recover them.
I have an iPhone 4S on iOS 6, iTunes 10, PC user. Under "photo albums" I created a new album called "job photos" which I've been moving photos to as needed. Today I took a bunch of picutures at work with my iPhone, and before I got to my computer I moved them over from the "camera roll" to the "job photos" album, then deleted the originals in "camera roll". Everything worked fine until I synced the phone to iTunes.
Up until today I've been syncing a folder on my PC with a bunch of photos to my iPhone. In order to save space on the phone I unchecked the "sync" box to stop syncing those photos. After the phone was done syncing not only was my PC album gone but all the photos in my "job photos" album were gone too. ***?
Why did this happen and is there a way to recover the photos I just lost? My iPhone wasn't backed up so I wouldn't be able to do a backup recovery. Please help.

You lost the photos because the actual data is in Camera Roll. When you see pix in albums, it is by virtue of pointers to the actual storage in Camera Roll. Otherwise, you would be using up storage by creating albums. SO, do not delete from Camera Roll until you have copied to your PC.

I bought this iphone two weeks ago and now it suddenly died. It will turn on by pressing the power button and when it is connect to the charger. No beeping sound is signed that it is connected. It seems to be completely dead. Is there anyway of reviving this? Stressed.

Without full diagnostic testing no one can say why it behaved that way. Could have been the battery overheated, misbehaving software, a number of reasons.
Worth trying if it happens is to plug the iPhone into the wall charger, then do a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, release the buttons and let it proceed through its startup routine.

Why did my iPhone suddenly stop connecting to my home wi-fi network?

I have had the phone for about a week. It connected to my home wi-fi network perfectly. Yesterday, I suddenly lost connection and when I went to rejoin the network, it took me several tries and various methods recommended by other forums before it would finally connect. Today the same thing happened, after working perfectly fine for the first part of the day. Except now, I can't get it to rejoin at all. Just wondering if anyone has ideas as to what the problem might be, before I contact technical support.

By the way, I didn't have any software updates, nor did I change any settings prior to this happening.

Why did remaining storage capacity suddenly change from 3.5 GB to 0.5 G???

When I wanted to synchronise my iPhone 3G yesterday I suddenly recognised that the storage capacity had sunk from 3.5 GB to 0.5 GB. The yellow bar suddenly had become longer and indicated 3 GB more "OTHERS" (other programs) than before. I didn´t have installed anything so far. What can be the reason for this???

I restored from a back up. All third party app data and settings seem to be preserved. HOWERVER, I went from 5.73 GB of OTHER Capacity data to 5.81 GB. So restore from a backup file is NOT a solution for this mess.
It seems that this is a file system problem in the OS that has persisted for years from the internet searches I've done.
I'm going to do a full restore, realizing that I will have to re-enter all the data that I did not want to lose. Some of the 3rd party apps have backup/restore import/export features. Some do not.
On a larger scale is this problem 1) acknowledged by Apple as a problem and 2) do they intend to actually solve it (i.e., not suggesting that I restore my phone from scratch destroying my data is actually a reasonable solution)?

I've had my iPhone 4S for 7-8 months & updated to iOS6 recently. It seemed fine, then suddenly last Friday the battery charge began dropping right before my eyes and continues to do so. It is also becoming very hot while recharging.

Making a call is a carrier feature as is SMS. do you have cellular connection? What sort of SMS plan do you have with your carrier?

You say that you have the activation code. Are you sure? Did you register Lightroom with Adobe? If you did you can always retrieve the code from your account. What do you mean when you say that you "plug it in" and it won't let you continue? What operating system are you using?

I heard about all the problems with the new iOs 7 update but also heard Apple would force me to do it. I tried to update but didn't have enough space. Had to delete ALOT of my apps and still not enough space. Phone was working perfectly fine and message pops up that "I will not have any service until I restore to iTunes. Have tried multiple times.I have a 3 year contract with Rogers and the phone is less than 2 years old. Apple needs to take responsibility for crashing my phone. I NEED A FREE NEW PHONE!!!

Restore it to factory settings, then set it up from your back up. Did this last year when I got my new iPod, and it worked. I have no idea why syncing OTA can sometimes glitch, but hopefully this will help.
