Why did the "custom" size option disappear from list when creating a PDF in Photoshop?

For my job, I must have the custom option available to me in Photoshop. I'm currently using CS4 and have been for years without a problem. Yesterday "custom" option from the choose size list disappeared, along with several other options (that I don't use). I have shut down the program and restarted. I've shut down the computer - even over night - and it is still gone. Why did this happen and how do I get this very important tool back?

I believe that the person who provides the first reply to the OP's question receives an email from the mods informing them that the thread has been locked. They may sometimes give the reason for this, but often not. Not sure why it seems not to go to the OP?

I understand that you are unable to locate the cellular data settings on your iPad. the cellular data settings should be found under Settings > Cellular Data as described in the attached article. If this option is not there and you are sure this is an iPad Wi-Fi plus Cellular model, please let me know.

I'm sorry iPhone users... It really ***** that this happened, but this is exactly why I wouldn't switch from Sprint to get an iPhone. At&t's network simply can't handle the traffic. And the iPhone will never achieve it's potential without a more stable and robust service provider. Sprint would be the best choice, Verizon only other option in the US. Apple went to both of those companies before Cingular/at&t, but they wouldn't agree to Apple's demands. C'mon, Apple. Just make it happen. I'll totally buy one if you do.

Apple is no longer supporting YouTube with a native application starting with iOS 6.0. The "old" YouTube application was automatically removed when you upgraded, and it no longer exists in the new iOS. There are however, numerous third-party apps in the App Store which will allow you to view YouTube, including one from Google, which is the parent company for YouTube. Passbook is a new application to iOS 6.0 and is not at all related to YouTube.

I can recommend you do the following:
1/ Quit Mail completely via the Mail-menu
2/ Open the Finder and find the go-menu near the top left corner of your computer display (not the Finder-window) Choose go to folder.
Copy-paste the following line into the field that appears, including the ~ :
~/library/mail/v2/maildata/
3/ Move all files that start with "envelope" and "ExternalUpdate" to the trash. Don't empty the trash in case we need to restore these files (which is not likely, but still)
4/ Restart OS X. Open Mail. Now it will re-import your existing mail. Is your issue solved after this?

Why did the icons under my 'Layer' tab change appearance?

The above image shows a layer of curves with a masks.
Why did the mask change its appearance? Normally it's a blank square.
Even the links have changed (I believe they were thinner previously).
I might've pressed something and I don't know how to go back. I haven't
updated anything yet, so it shouldn't be because it's a newer version of
Photoshop.

Playbook camera icon disappeared!

My playbook camera icon disappeared leaving an empty space in the "All" menu. I looked in the "Media" subfolder, it was there but then I clicked on it and it disappeared as well. The camera still works indirectly through the picture folders. As this native icon is normally undeletable, any idea why it vanished and how to recuperate the icon? Restart and reboot did not fix it. I got the latest OS 1.0.8.6067.

The audio book icon disappeared

I have 2 related problems. First, the audio book icon disappeared from my iPod nano. Second, when I add audio books to my iPod using iTunes (even when I had the audio book icon) it puts the audio books in with music and then the books won't play in order. This means that I can't listen to the books from the beginning to the end and I have to try to hunt for the next chapter.

You don't have to make a playlist. I was checking if you did a create a playlist which might have led to it showing in music app. Check to make sure the media kind is audio books. You can do this by:
Right click on audio book -> Get info -> Info. Here make sure the media kind is audiobook.

Actually not mad, just indifferent. I figure in a few months I'll hear that it was fixed and maybe I'll go back there.

Why did my iPhoto and Mail disappear? I also lost and had to reload Quicken. This all happened in three days.

The applications are gone. First Quicken disappeared and I reloaded it from the disk yesterday. Today Mail, Contacts and iPhoto disappeared. No one else uses my computer and I've had no other crashes and I haven't made any changes. I don't think anything else is missing. Apple is sending me disks so I can reload the missing stuff but they wouldn't speculate on why it happened nor whether it will continue. Thanks for helping.
