Ten days and still no reply. Thanks, Apple. It's companies like you and EA that make me think you guys are only in it for the money. I payed $2.99 for this dn app and no refund. But it doesn't matter anymore because I jailbroke my iPod and got the app back. Looks like you lost a customer.

Why did the movie I rented from iTunes freeze and will not download?
I just rented a movie from the iTunes store and downloaded it. The download completed and I began watching the movie. Over an hour and a half into the movie it froze and now says an unknown error occured while downloading (even though no error message displayed before starting the movie) . Why is this? How do I get a refund or have the movie download properly? My connection is great just fyi.

Itunes is only the itunes music and video store. Nothing is stored there.
You need to open the videos app.

Why did folk category get removed from radio when I double clicked on it?
When I double clicked on 'folk' category it disapeared. How do I get it back?
So your problem is that the video won't play at all. This is probably because Sony has tweaked the 'codec' used to to compress the video. Usually camcorders come with software that can play the clip.
So:
Tell us what Sony camcorder you used.
Install the software that came with your camcorder and see if that can show the footage.
As requested tell us the exact error message you are receiving.
Run the clip through 'GSpot' and post a screen capture here.

Why did the Share dialogue change from display in a frame to not displayed in a frame
Hello,
SharePoint 2013 via TFS install package which installed SharePoint Central Administration v4 and a default SharePoint team site. This is my system:
When I initially started working with my default SharePoint Team Site (SharePoint - 80) and clicked on SHARE, I was able to see the Share dialogue in a
popup frame. I added a single user to the site. I also stopped the site in order to start the Default Web site; I had to do that because I guess both sites are default installed
with the same port number. Then I stopped the Default Web site and restarted the default SharePoint Team Site. I have no idea if these steps are related, I just thought I should mention them.
I later noticed that the Share dialogue no longer appears in a pop-up. Instead I get the following:
Why did this change? Can I change it back? (It's not important to me to change back, I just want to know if I can). If not, why not?
I also notice that this dialogue in a new window behaves oddly. After I add a group or user and click Share, the new window returns to a blank page. I have to close that page and reopen the Share dialogue to add another entity. Is this
normal?

Why did 4Chan Elite get taken off the App Store?
This really irks me. I read that it was taken down because of "innapropriate user generated content". If you take down 4Chan Elite because of user content, you may as well take down Safari too. The app is clearly marked 17+. I want to know why it was taken down and if there will be a time when it will be put back up.

Why did the Mozillza Icon disappear from my Desktop after Updating to 6.02?
Updating Moz Firefox to 6.0.2...Update began installing on Firefox and Chrome...Firefox completed...Chrome was lagging behind..so I stopped it @ 60% as I do not care about Chrome...Firefox Icon on Desk top deleted...
It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the files sessionstore.js [2] and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
* Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

If you moved the G4 around to make room for the new machine, that could have jarred the processor loose. It's not unusual for that to happen to an older machine, though it usually happens to RAM or cables, not to the processor.
Years of heating and cooling can loosen a connection and cause some oxidation of the contacts; subsequent moving of the machine, coupled with just a bit of thumping or torquing of the chassis, can cause the connection to fail. Reseating the connection not only makes it secure again, it usually wipes the oxidation off of the contacts. -
I dowloaded ios5 for my iphone4, and when i finished the backup i lost all the music and all the videos i bought from the iTunes store. How can i get it back?
Backup do not contaiuns music or apps, you will either need to resync them from your itunes computer, or you can go to purchase history in itunes or app store app and go to purchase history and redownload them.

Why were the colour icons taken away from the finder and itunes sidebars and and replaced with grey monochrome shade icons.
Have apple rectified this yet ?
It doesn't make sense to me why they changed this. Can anyone tell me the reason for the lack of colour ?
On another note, can the the sidebar be changed back to the right hand side in preview (when opening PDF's). It has always been on the right in snow leopard and tiger.
It seems to me that their has been too many unnecessary changes in the Lion operating system.

You'd have to ask Apple, no one here would know - we are just users like you and aren't allowed to speculate on these forums. You have quite a bit of company though - many people preferred the color.
And, I've not found a way to put the sidebar back on the right side in Preview, but maybe someone else can chime in with that.

If you resintall iTunes, it should fix the issue. The following document will go over how to remove iTunes fully and then reinstall. Depending on what version of Windows you're running you'll either follow the directions here:
