Why didn't it start to download after I purchased it?
I just bought an episode of south park 5 minutes ago, and the site took the money from my account, but the download never took place. The episode is still sitting in my cart. I dont have enough to buy the episode again. What is wrong, What do I do, And Why cant I find a tech support option on the Itunes site?

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

It isn't Lion. It might be the browser you are using or it could be an issue with adobe's site.
Try a different browser and if that doesn't work, contact adobe and let them know you are having problems. -
Multiple app downloads after VPP Purchase
Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this.
I'm running iTunes 10.6.1 and Configurator 1.0.1. I just purchased 32 copies of an app for one of our school iPad carts. The last time I did this I made the purchase, ran iTunes, input the first app code, and downloaded the app.
Now when I input the code for a new app, it begins to download 32 copies of the the last app I bought, which was iMovie. I can cancel all of the downloads, but when I go in to add a another new app, it then starts to download 64 apps: 32 copies of iMovie and 32 copies of the app I just installed.
Has anyone seen this before? Is there anywhere I can report an iTunes bug like this?
ThanksOK.. thanks for replying. I eventually just let it "download" all of the apps and it finally let me update iMovie. After checking the mobile apps folder it only shows one copy of each app. Hopefully it doesn't come back up it takes awhile to download 110 copies of iMovie.

No Download after phone purchase??
Purchased upgrade to Lightroom 5 over the phone after online purchase checkout page kept insisting I was purchasing Lightroom 4. Was told I would receive email with licensed download. No email after 2 days wait. Also, in my account on the 'My Orders' page, Lightroom 5 shows up, but it will not download. Below it says that my order is still being processed and may take up to 24hrs. It has been 48, and the rep on the phone seemed surprised that I haven't received a file via email yet. She said I could go into my Adobe account and download from there, but this is not working.

When prompted to choose a destination folder for files that I am saving, I have found that 7.0 doesn't always open the file browser with the last folder I saved to. In previous versions, if I saved a jpg to a specific folder, it would open still directing me to that same folder the next time I was prompted. Now, if I am saving a string of images, there is no telling which folder the browser will be opened to when I am prompted. Very annoying to 1) have to figure out where I am in my filing system and 2) have to work my way through god knows how many folders to get back to where I saved the previous file ten seconds earlier. If this is some kind of smart feature that's making suggestions based on file source history or downloading patterns or whatever, can I turn it off? Here's hoping that you can help, because I really want this to be an easy fix rather than a bad version of your otherwise flawless program or worse yet a deteriorating hard drive.
Firefox 11+ versions have support via <b>browser.download.lastDir.savePerSite</b> pref to disable to disable the feature to remember the download directory based upon the URL.<br />
The browser.download.lastDir.savePerSite pref doesn't exist by default (it is hidden).<br />
Create a new <b>Boolean</b> pref with the name <b>browser.download.lastDir.savePerSite</b> and set the value to false.
You may have the clear the "Site Preferences" via Clear Recent History to remove already stored data.

Why the serving servlet start to download on another server
Dear All,
i am trying to upload the file to database from a individual jsp(upload.jsp). which is calling the Servlet(FileUploadServlet) which return the attachment no which i updated with my other data to database.
it is working fine on apache serverBut as i tried this code on Oracle App Server 10gR2 which is my actual implementaion server.it's working fine accept one thing it also give me the screen which says to save or cancel the FileUploadServletPlease suggest me why this is being happeningyou can also review the code.

Does anyone know why iBooks won't let me download a new purchase?
I am frustrated for some reason I cannot download from iBooks. I have over 20 books and for some reason it will not let me purchase a new book. I downloaded a sample but cannot get the entire book. Has anyone had this problem?

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app) on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer. -
I rented a movie directly from Apple TV. I finished downloading successfully, however, I didn't start watching it right away. Now, a day after, I want to watch it, but ATV tells me I have to start the downloading process all over again. WHY? I thought after sucessfully downloading the movie to ATV, it would be available for 30 days in my ATV, without having to download again. To my surprise, it tells me I have to download all over again. It took me 3 hours to download the movie, now I have to repeat the process? Can someone tell me why? Thanks.

The Apple TV will delete content if it is used to plat something else or is turned off. It only has a limited amount of volatile memory.
If you want to download something for watching at a later time, it would be best doing it from iTunes on your mac/PC and streaming it to the Apple TV when you are ready to watch it. -
why do i get the following message when i attempt to open my backup file for lightroom cc? "Lightroom cannot use the catalog named "Lightroom Catalog" because it is not writable and cannot be opened". This message just started coming up after downloading lightroom cc (previously using lightroom 5)...am i backing up properly or not???
Open Pictures folder and move the files named lrcat-journal and lrcat.lock to Desktop.
Make sure that , they are not inside Pictures folder any more and try to open backup from Lighrtroom and check..
Any LRcat file with .lock extension , move it to Desktop. -

I tried to download Itunes onto my computer. It seemed to download, then the computer restarted itself, but the file for itunes isn't there. Why didn't it download right?
After doing some research, I found out that I had accidently hid iPhoto after I paused the download. After going into my apple id account and saw my hidden purchases, I found it. Thank you so much helping me though!

I can't download the Adobe Premiere Elements 13. Akamai Download pop up only the download window but downloading do not start. Alternate download Method will start but downloading will stopped always after 655 Megabytes. I have tried with different browsers, fire wall and virus protection off and also to download the trial of Adobe Premiere Elements 13 but result is every time same.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version. -
