Why do apps on ipad randomly quit?

Since the last upgrade which I believe is 6.1.3, my apps randomly quit. At first I didn't care and thought it was just a random glitch but its getting more and more annoying.
I have restored my ipad 2 successfully hoping it would fix the problem but nothing has changed. Any ideas?

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Also consider Deleting any Apps you have Purchased / Downloaded but you now never use..

1. Backup iPad
2. Setup iPad as new (Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings)

I added a new album of photos from my pc to my itunes to use as a slideshow to showcase specific photots. It is the oddest thing, part way through the slideshow it will randomly pull photos not included in the album and show them in the slideshow. Has anyone else encountered this or know why the ipad photo app might be doing this?

Unfortunately, photo stream on a PC is iffy at best. Many people have problems getting it to work properly, including myself. A work around would be to use an app like PhotoSync on your PC, which can send photos wirelessly to the camera roll on any of your iOS devices on the same wifi network. Once in the camera roll, you iOS device will be added to your photo stream.

Why does my airport card randomly quit working?

I have been having alot of issues with my airport card. It randomly cuts off for no reason. If I turn the card off and then back on it will work fine for a little while before the problem is repeated. The computer isn't even a year old and it has been doing this for nearly 6 months. I was running Snow Leopard, but now I've switched to Lion and haven't had any better luck. Any help that anyone could offer on this would be GREATLY appreciated as this problem is extremly annoying. Basic troubleshooting steps might help. If you are using the iPad 1, low memory issues may be causing the app and Safari to crash.
Quit all apps completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Definitely do this - Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

You said it was random. Nobody can possibly explain why your apps are suddenly spread out all over your iPad. Taking a couple of guesses ....
If you were recharging and it was plugged into a wall socket - a slight power surge maybe.
If it was just laying around with no user input at all - just a fluke.
A reboot of the iPad isn't going to bring back your folder structure, but restoring from a backup might do it. Try that.
