Why do elements move when i place them and look at the preview the are not in the right spot
I cant get elements logo's and photo's to stay in place the are in a good spot when i place them bud when i look at the preview the suddenly moved 60 or more pixels from there spot.

No Siri is preinstalled. Check you have enabled Siri correctly in Settings>General>Siri>ON and ensure you have completed the My Info correctly. Siri uses the information in your My Info which is taken from your contact card to respond. Also Siri is still in beta and currently uses limited languages i.e.
English (United States, United Kingdom, Australia)
French (France)
German (Germany)
Finally just check your restrictions in Settings>General>Restrictions>Siri>ON -
My arrow scroll mechanism is no longer there (Firefox 3.6 in Mac) ... I can only move an 'invisible' arrow up and down to the right ...
I had first installed F 4.00 beta, but got rid of that one fast ... it couldn't deal with any add-ons, and it was even loading films in YouTube!
I thus installed F 3.6, and have no scroll arrows to the right, but I can move my cursor north or south on the right-hand side, which moves the page.Wow, lightning fast and absolutely right!

Hi guys,
I've been given some .mov files to use on FCP.
When I play them I can hear the audio but the pictures are green. The client says they play for him.
I am on mac 10.5.8 and FCP 6.0.6.
The files details are the same as a file that will play.
Apple Mpeg IMX 625/50
(50 Mbs)
720 x 576 millions
16-bit Integer (Little Edition)
I've been told this happened to somebody else last week, but didn't get a resaon why.
Any clues as to why this is happening? I suspect it's a codec issue of some sort

Most likely the display performance setting. View > Display Performance > High Quality Display. If that doesn't solve it, the resolution of the image may be too low to use at the size you have it on the page. Check the Effective PPI in the info panel.

My photos always seem to look darker in photoshop elements than when I view them in windows photo viewer - and now I have purchased the annual contract for photography cloud they look exactly the same in PS CC6 as they do in photo viewer - but I still use PS Elements 12 for some tasks and they still appear slightly darker in there - any ideas? - Regards Robert

When typing I will sometimes look at the document and find the curser moved. The typing has been happening in the wrong place. How do I stop the curser movement while typing?

I lost my Notes on my iPhone 4S. I had them and all of a sudden there are no Notes on my phone. It happened when I was backing up my husband's phone to our laptop. How do I get them back?
I posted this almost a month ago, I'm surpirsed noone else had had this issue...
I don't sync that often (yeah, I know, crusify me), but tonight I went to synchronise again and I got a different photo that wont come over....
In addition to the above:
- the photos are taken with the same camera, on the same date and time as other photos around it...
So "why is it now no longer compatible with iphone4?"????
If I unsync a photo, it just gives me a new photo it can't sync.
Can anyone tell me how to find ALL the photos it can't sync? This is a serious deficiency of iphoto/itunes/sync with iphone... -
I tried using the Filmstrip Theme to make a podcast and when I tried importing my Powerpoint slides as photos they are not showing up in the podcast, they are showing up as black or blank, how can I fix this??

Received adobe photoshop elements 12/adobe premiere elements 12 when I purchased a MacBook Pro. The macBook Pro does not have a DVD player it is sold separately. To install the program can I download a free trial version and then use the serial numbers from the set I received?

My hard drive desktop suddenly will no longer hold or maintain the icons in place when I shut down and restart. The icons all change positions, alphabetically. Just started happening. I prefer the icons to a list format. Concerned this might be a symptom of a larger problem. Any thoughts?
revmandanIt's normal for the icons at the top level of the startup disk to revert to the same arrangement every time the Finder is relaunched. If it's important to you to arrange those icons in a persistent way, proceed as follows.
Back up all data.
Open the Info window on the startup disk (labeled "Macintosh HD" unless you gave it another name.) Click the lock icon in the lower right corner of the dialog and authenticate.
In the Sharing & Permissions section, click the plus-sign button to add an entry to the access list. Give yourself "Read and Write" access. This will be a temporary change. Leave the dialog open.
Open the Finder window and arrange the icons as you wish, then close the window.
In the Info dialog, use the minus-sign button to delete the entry you just added to the access list. Don't change anything else. When you're done, it should be the same as when you started. Close the Info dialog. -

if it's already set like above--just resave (is the problem you're having happen with ALL tiffs? or just one?). -
when i close the browser it ask whether you want quit or save and quit , when i selet save and quit none of te pages are saved, or if saved where can i find them?
Make sure that you do not use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the 'Browsing History' when you close Firefox.
