To solve this error code 41 issue first of all the user has to remove and reconnect the compact disk and digital video disk drivers present on your computer.
This can be done by a manual process then the user can do it by navigating the device manager on your PC.

No you are not alone. I tried to create an apple ID and then access the app store and itunes and got the same error code. Spoke with tech support for over 45 minutes and we tried everything. Tech support seemed to think that it had something to do with credit card registration. Suggested that I use a different credit card. I modified my account settings with a different card and still had the same errors. At this time I have no confidence that Apple has any idea what the problem is.

The error message is misleading, the problem is that you need WRITE privileges added to the destination directory tree.
Assuming you are using the "date" structure that LR defaults to, find the directory that contains the 2014 folder (the one that works) and add WRITE rights to the parent of "2014".
While you are there, if you want, add "2015" folder to beside "2014" and add READ and WRITE rights to that new directory.
