Why do I get an error code when accessing my email?
Yahoo has updated their bookmarks to be used exclusively with the Yahoo toolbar. In the process I have lost my email account. When I try to access my email, I get an error code...... (The requested URL /mc/welcome was not found on this server.

Also I get a 404 Error message that the information is not found, no access on this server
I actually just worked it out for myself - I reentered all my data and it worked this time. But for one of the books somehow the formatting has all been messed up. Back to the drawing board...:-(

How are you upgraded or downloading the software? (Directly downloaded, or via Software Update?)
Have you tried quitting all applications, and then performing the Software Update? (Discussion per this thread — but that thread is for iTunes, and I'm guessing you're looking at Safari here?) If that doesn't work, I'd keep everything quit, reboot, and try again. -

You are getting an error message because there is an error.
Knowing wht version of Pages you are using, what template you are attempting to open, and what error message Pages is sending you might help determine why you are getting that specific rror message. Without those, the first sentence above i pretty much all that can be said with any assurance.

Why do I get "generic error" message when trying to upload a self-created, 1hr .wmv file?
I went through the forums and made sure that any blocks or copywrites weren't triggered by the file, it's clean and can be opened using a media player and other video editing software like windows MovieMaker. I keep getting "The importer reported a generic error" message and have no idea how to proceed. Can someone please help?

This ARTICLE starts with a checklist on setting up a computer to run PrE best, then goes into a series of links for tuning up one's computer and OS, and then links on troubleshooting.
There is also a link on posting all necessary info, to help others help you.
Without knowing much more about your system, it is impossible to say much beyond that WMV's are tough assests to work with, requiring a lot of CPU horsepower.

I am getting an error code when it's trying to verify the firmware of -1 when trying to restore my IPHONE 4 using ITUNES and it's stuck in recovery mode and won't let me out now.
I have the ITUNES logo on the black screen with the USB cable?Error -1 is a very bad hardware error of the baseband. Restore your iPhone on a different computer with iTunes 10.7 or 11. If on another computer you still get Error -1 then most likely there is no fix. If you have Warranty or AppleCare, make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution.
