Why do I get LR Mobile trial expired msg as CC Photography member?
Hi everyone, I keep getting "trial expired" message for Lightroom Mobile on both the ipad and desktop versions despite having subscribed to the Adobe CC Photography programme yesterday and I know that this programme includes LR mobile.
Customer services couldn't assist and said I should contact the Technical team which doesn't work during the weekend.. Can anyone help me please? I'm sure I'm not alone with this issue. I already had Lightroom 5 prior to joining CC Photography and successfully also completed a LR mobile trial.

Creative Cloud memberships purchased from third-party (Kivuto) do not provide access to Creative Cloud services, including Lightroom mobile.
These memberships are Desktop Product only and are made available free to Students when their school is part of an EEA contract deal with Adobe.

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Some general information for a Cloud subscription
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Lightroom 6 "mobile trial expired"
Why am I getting this error message - see screenshot ("Lightroom mobile trial expired"). My understanding is that by design Lightroom 6 (contrary to Lightroom CC) does not include access to "Lightroom mobile".
Hope there is a way to get rid of this error message. Looks "ugly" in yellow against the "gray theme" of the Lightroom user interface.
I upgraded from Lightroom 5.7Mine hasn't expired yet, but I don't want it and would like to know how to remove it too!

I update 5.3 to 5.4 have official license numbers even have CC. Why do i get a message Trial version after the update.
I have reinstalled the version, cleaned the version and even reinstalled again. Have had a conversation with your client service department online and telephone but nobody seams to help me.
I am disapointed about the Adobe client sevice perfomance!
MauriceSame here, I had also a couple of talks about that problem with the support department. They couldn't help me, either.
I cleaned everything, logged in and out and in again, but to no avail.
I am also disappointed!

I purchased a new monthly-paid subscription for 1 year(light room).i uninstall it from my desk top and try to install on my lap top. keep getting error saying trial expired.live chat is not going through and i am struggling to get it install.

Lightroom mobile trial expired issue
I have CC Master and in my installation of Lightroom, it only tells "Lightroom Mobile Trial Expired". Same in iPad. "Your trial period has ended"
I installed it way back almost right away, when it was announced. I also posted a note on a forum about this, and the guy said this would be fixed well before trial was over.
I mean: come on! Someone already said that this is a thing Adobe is working on and that it should be resolved well before trial period is over. Well it is not!
Could you please fix this. I am fed up with all the crap I have been having with CC subscription. Not the first time I have had issues with it. Once I spent two hours with chat tech support trying to fix something that should have been just working.

Margaret, Mobile is only available to CC subscribers because it needs the cloud as the mechanism for syncing between Lightroom and Lightroom Mobile.
Maybe they could say it more explicitly, but the necessity of CC membership is pretty clearly implied (several times) by this page:

As it says I cannot use LR Mobile and I have no confidence that if I subscribe to Creative Cloud that the restriction will go awaY!

Why has my InDesign 90 day trial "expired" after 20 hours?
Hi wondering if anyone could help me out here...
Last night I downloaded the free 90 day trial of Adobe InDesign and it worked perfectly fine for a few hours.
I woke up today and wanted to get started on my thesis which requires InDesign and my creative account is telling me that my trial has expired....
Any reason as to why this has happened and how do I go about fixing it?

I used this link: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=indesign_server which gave me InDesign version 9.0 and I am using Windows.
Is there a way of fixing it, or will I have to redownload InDesign on a different account? -
Why do I get CS6 "free trial" notices daily?
I bought Photoshop CS6 for Mac on May 22, 2012 as a download from Adobe. My CS6 serial number is [S/N Removed for security]
Starting last Saturday, I started getting a daily reminder from Adobe Application Manager that I have just 27 days left if i don't buy CS6. How can this be turned off?

Lightroom mobile trial - Adobe signed me up!?
I received an email from Adobe saying that I had signed up for a 30 day trial of Lightroom Mobile. I do not remember doing this. While I'd love to try this service at a later date, this is a busy time of year and I will not be able to take advantage of the trial. How can I get them to clear this trial from my account so that I can try Lr Mobile at another time?

I have an active subscription but everytime I open the program it says trial expired. I have installed, reinstalled, and installed again. I have also installed the windows registry patch.
It wouldn't install for nearly 5 times I tried to do this. Now it's finally installed again but it won't budge past the trial version. I click BUY NOW but then it says "error you already have a subscription" then it times out and just stays on the Trial Expired page.Hey kushlar,
Please log out from your Adobe application and login again.
Once you launch Acrobat and get error saying trial expired, you will find an option saying 'license this software'.
Select this option and enter your credentials.
Now check and let me know.
