Why do I get non-US prices in iStore?

I am American, bought the iPod in Oregon, but live half in the USA and half in Europe (Norway).
Why am I forced to get Norwegian pricing in the store? And why in the heck is everything so much more expensive for me just because I buy from Norway?
Example:
price for song in US= $1
price for same song in Norway= $1.60 (8 kroner)
If I buy a digital media from any other vendor (Amazon, play, you-name-a-store) anybody else - regardless of where I live in the world - it is the exact same price.
After all, it's the same product, delivered the same way. Why does Apple make it 50%-60% more expensive???
And why am I forced to get these prices instead of seeing the US-store?

I wanna buy an audio book. I've been looking at it for a while, but i've only now decided to purchase. But since creating my account, I've changed the card to the Aussie one i'm using at the moment. (I'm living and working in Australia temporarily.) The price spiked instantly from $32 to 46$! What gives?!
Can someone gimme a quick breakdown of the whole situation?

You can't change languages in any of the movies offered in the store. Some movies have subtitles but it is in the same language as the movie.
Depending on what country you are in, you may get movies in that countries native language.

You can name it something other than index, but will be harder to find. when you create the subjects and link to them, they can can be named anything with the html extension Or if your using PHP end in .php. There is a Microsoft type asp or aspx but your hosting service has to set up using windows server system.
My hosting service use a Linux server normally but can convert Windows for a Fee. UNIX Linux has no concept of asp or aspx.

    I meet a strange problem .I have already set a gross price list for Item 'A' . When I create a purchase order in Purchase Order Window,It will calculate a unit price (net price) according to the gross price list automatically .But when I create a purchase order in Order Recommendation Window,It will get a unit price as same as the gross price in predefined gross price list.They should not be equal in fact.

2. The Decimal of Amount is 2 and that of Price is 6
3. Vat rate is 17%
4. The gross price is not small,the problem is that the difference is not small either.Sometimes it's bigger than 0.1 RMB.I can give you the example.

If you set the unit price list for ItemCode 'A', you will get the result like row 1 above.
If you set the gross price list for ItemCode 'A' ,you will get the result like row 2 above.

Why do I get error message 1712 when I try to open my iDVD files

I am really new to this, so forgive a stupid question...but why do I get an error 1712 message when I try to open my iDVD files in My Documents? What have I done wrong? Also, I was told that it is impossible to completely delete an iDVD project in iDVD06 accidentallly, but I think I proved it can be done. How do I go about finding it again? OK, I`m a PC user, not MAC (but I have an IPhone 5 and Ipod Touch). I am using a Hewlett Packard HP Z 800 Professional workstation with 32 GB of RAM. My graphic card is NVIDIA GTX 670, the "monitor"" is a brand new SONY Bravia Full HD Televison set, connected by HDMI cable, 1.4 HDMI standard. Because the Iphone is new, I happened to browse the Itunes Shop and purchased the first episodes of the NIKKITA series. Runs perfectly. Yesterday I therefore invested into a larger bibliotheque of movies and single episodes of series. Not ONE single item is running on any of my 5 computers. (All run Windows 7 64 Bit and the newest Itunes version is installed).
Because I always was a PC User, in principal pay for downloads but also in principle boycot DRM disabled items for the very same reason I experience now (DRM is blocking the legal use, not the illegally downloaded and cracked versions), I might have misunderstood the message circulating some time ago, APPLE aborting the "DRM abuse". Legally the situation is an "inverse ripping" situation. Not the mean illegal downloader of copyrighted material damages the poor starving author or movie industry, but the industry is damaging (or preventing) the use of perfectly legal purchased materials and sold non funtional material, which is against all laws in the world. I`ll remember it when they againn complain of decreasing sales and the end of the world. For myself the solution is not to purchase ANY of those bogus video, music or software files until any disabling software codes or hardware features are removed. If APPLE wants to do me a favor they could indicate if video files are HDCP -impaired or not or contain any other uninvited "user" of my property. (Of course my equipment would be HDCP ready. However I am not.)

I do not understand why we only get to upgrade every TWO years?!! I don't know if there is a phone on the planet that will honestly last for TWO WHOLE YEARS, unless it is not being used.. AT ALL!! We pay $160 a month, which totals up to $1,920 a YEAR, and VERIZON wants to tell me, I will have to pay FULL price for another phone before TWO years is up?!?!?!!! For starters, we have the HTC Thunderbolt.. It worked fine for the first year, but now, it cuts itself on and off, my husbands phone randomly calls people, and he has NEVER used any kind of headset in his phone, but it has headphones at the top of the screen, so he has to talk on speakerphone, my internet doesn't work half of the time, I can't even restart my phone, because when I do, it tells me it has to be activated.. SERIOUSLY VERIZON!!! When our contract is up, we are out of here!! We have CALLED verizon, we have CHATTED with verizon, we have even WENT to verizon, and NOBODY can help us!! NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON!!!! And I will tell everyone I know about the CRAPPY customer service we have gotten as well!!!

My phone normally lasts 2 years. My wife's phone normally lasts 2 years and her current one is now going on 29 months. The phones for my 2 teenage daughters normally last 2 years.
All of these phones get normal usage and my wife's phone gets above normal usage as she uses the lions share(between 1400 and 2000 minutes) of our minutes in any given month.
As a family, we use anywhere from 1000-3000 texts in any given month and I am surfing quite regularly on my phone. Phones CAN last 2 years. Out of the 20 or so phones I have had on my account over the past 20+ years, only 1 did not last and that was because it ended up underneath me when falling on the ice.

1. Made a folder and called it webwork. 2 Made a folder and
called it imagies 3 made a folder and called it media. I have put
the media folder in the imagies folder the imagies folder in the
web folder so Im left with one main folder.
4 I have defined dreamweaver site as follows. local
rootfolder (webwork) c/documentsandsettings/myusername/webwork
default imagies folder
c/documentsandsettings/myusername/webwork/imagies
5 on starting a web page I call it my webwork1.html and save
it.
6 I import a converted media file from flash encoder put it
in the media folder along with an none converted media file .
6 I goto insert media shockwave ( look in webwork imagies
media select the file (my tune)
7 When I try to plat this in design view i get the error
message (unable to find media that handles this media type
