Assuming you are having a problem printing one PDF, and not every PDF, If you have Acrobat, you can try Tools> Print Production> Preflight> PDF/X Compliance> Convert to PDF/X-1a. You can also look in your printer settings and see if you have the option to "print as image".

I am trying to use a Hokuyo URG -04LX-UG01 LiDAR on a myRIO. I read that i should try to communicate with the device in MAX but then i got the error shown in the picture. I've tried this https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-35698 but it wont work, and read this http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/myRIO-VISA-Error-1073807192/td-p/2747056 but since i can see the usb in MAX i don't think i have the same problem. Can someone help me understand?

Are you sure no other running process is trying to access the same device (COM port) as the lidar?
Could you please try resetting the MAX database: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/2C7480E856987FFF862573AE005AB0D9
If you plug the LiDAR into your computer instead, is it then accessible in MAX?

You are getting an error message because there is an error.
Knowing wht version of Pages you are using, what template you are attempting to open, and what error message Pages is sending you might help determine why you are getting that specific rror message. Without those, the first sentence above i pretty much all that can be said with any assurance.

Why do I get "generic error" message when trying to upload a self-created, 1hr .wmv file?
I went through the forums and made sure that any blocks or copywrites weren't triggered by the file, it's clean and can be opened using a media player and other video editing software like windows MovieMaker. I keep getting "The importer reported a generic error" message and have no idea how to proceed. Can someone please help?

This ARTICLE starts with a checklist on setting up a computer to run PrE best, then goes into a series of links for tuning up one's computer and OS, and then links on troubleshooting.
There is also a link on posting all necessary info, to help others help you.
Without knowing much more about your system, it is impossible to say much beyond that WMV's are tough assests to work with, requiring a lot of CPU horsepower.

Why do I get this error when trying to use my bluetooth headset as a listening device? There was an error connecting to your audio device. Make sure it is turned on and in range. The audio portion of the program you were using may have to be restarted.
I may have already resolved this issue buy removing the device from my computer and re-pairing it. It is currently working just fine.

When I try to print anything in Firefox, email or internet, I get a message that says printer error and nothing prints. Tried printing same stuff from Internet Explorer it works fine.

What OS X version?
How are you upgraded or downloading the software? (Directly downloaded, or via Software Update?)
Have you tried quitting all applications, and then performing the Software Update? (Discussion per this thread — but that thread is for iTunes, and I'm guessing you're looking at Safari here?) If that doesn't work, I'd keep everything quit, reboot, and try again. -

Cannot print anything from internet using Firefox as browser. Please advise. I have to use Firefox for internet college courses, cannot print my assignments. I do not have this problem on Mac or using Internet Explorer. Only happens when using Firefox. When I select print a message comes up to save information to desktop as .xps file. Select save, sometimes it is on the desktop but I cannot open the file or it simply does not save file and get an error message that print command failed. What is happening?
