Why do I get the following when message on Contacts which does not let me delete; Cannot connect to the account-enter password for -..-When i do this nothing happens, same message reappears?!

When trying to update/remove contacts i get the following message;
Contacts cannot connect to the account..........Enter password for ..........
This I do but the same thing repeats itself!
Also(?) I am unable to share photos, as 'server did not recognise user/password combination'?
All ideas appreciated!

Do a backup.
Quit the application.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart the computer, open the application and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

Despite the fact that my network connection is working quite fine, this problem still persists. I can say that my connection is fine because I can surf the internet and furthermore, I used to connect to the iTunes store just before this incident happened which started from April 17, 2014 and persists until today. I tried to solve the problem by following the troubleshoot procedures given in the support section of this site but it really did not solve the problem. I believe that others are experiencing this situation as well very similar to mine when it comes to the time of occurrence as I have read in the discussions in this site. Even though we have different network connections, operating systems and other specifications, we still experience the same problem, so is there really a problem with our computers or is it with the iTunes? Triple click anywhere in the line below to select it and press Ctrl+C to copy it.

Press the WinLogoKey+R to open the run dialog, then Ctrl+V to paste, then press enter/return.
You should get something similar to this:
Reboot the computer and the problem should be resolved.
If it doesn't work then perhaps a full tear down and rebuild of iTunes will fix things. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for details.

When trying to forward an email message, the contact list does not appear. It can
only be forwarded by entering addresses manually. I can return an email by replying
but I cannot forward under the Mozilla Fox server.
When I am in Internet Explorer I can utilize the email forward without a problem.
Contacted AT & T to see if it was their problem, since I use att.net.
The technician stated it was a problem with Mozilla because it was not compatible
with the AT & T net work. It could possibly be in recent updates, since I just
discovered the problem within the last week.
Would prefer to enter my email through Mozilla Fox. So can you solve this problem
for me.

Thanks for your message, I have attempted to repait the permissions as tou suggested. The first time this produced a long list of exceptions and took quite a while, however although it said "Permissions repair Complete" when I ran it again there were still about 20 exceptions, I have repeated the procedure and this is unchanged. The Time Capsule now does not spend hours "Preparing", but the backup attempt fails after a few minutes with the error message "The backup volume could not be mounted." Any further ideas would be appreciated. When I use Disk Utility I can't see the Time Capsule volume, if I could I'd be tempted to re-format it and start from scratch.

That will not work!
You cannot copy or migrate Adobe applications from computer to computer. There are a whole host of files in different locations which have to be installed, and copying will not do it.
In fact, you'll now have to use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove the mess you created. You can get to it here:
