Why do I get these smear like pixelation glitches in my video after exporting?

This is what the glitch looks like. I am using Adobe Premiere CS3
I made a sequence using mp4 files recorded at 15 mbps, so they are high quality clips. I exported my finished video using H.264 (mp4) at 1080p and 12 mbps. I even tried using 2 pass as I thought the transitions i inserted along with the fast paced action of the game was causing smears. But even 2 pass didn't fix it.
Any suggestions?

I use CS5 and it imports the MP4 files created by my wife's FLIP camera
But, since MP4 is only a wrapper, the important thing to know is the CODEC used by your "action of the game" capture software
What screen capture software are you using, and what is the codec inside the resulting files?

What are you trying to use as your payment method, credit card, debit card ... ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards.
which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. I'm having the same problems.
Here's what stopped the App Store Reload:
Delete all content (except "Core Audio" folder) in the "Library/Quicktime/" folder (copied to a temp folder elsewhere.)
Restart
Install Pro Video Formats 2.0.1 from direct download: "ProVideoFormats.dmg"
Restart
App Store shows everything for updates OK. Pro Video Formats cleared.
Next to determine from the QuickTime Library folder what formats can be reinserted.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand that you keep getting a message to authorize your computer when trying to transfer applications to your iPhone. Here is an article on things that may cause this. I suspect that the section "Authorize using the correct account name" may be most relevant. It is possible that you have multiple Apple IDs and iTunes accounts.

Why am I getting these lines?

Hello everyone.
I have asked this before here and was helped out very well. I have followed the same steps I was told before which worked before but for some reason is not working now. Here is a clip of a Demo I made for a client but I keep getting these lines when someone moves. http://www.simplycaptivating.com/hddemo2.mov
Now someone on this forum had previously helped me with this problem on a diffrent clip, and it worked great. But now when I follow those same steps with this clip I still get the lines. Does anyone have a clue as to why?

What you say sounds like an interlacing problem - interlacing shows up on computer monitors as it is designed for TV. Interlacing is usually much more noticeable during high movement.
However: I usually see interlacing on my monitor, and I don't see it in your file. The only lines I see are vertical ones in the chandelier shot, but I think they are light ray artefacts (and they look fine, a bit like rain if anything).
If it is the interlacing, then you need to apply a deinterlace filter. However if your friends plan to watch it on DVD on a TV, it may not need it. Have you tried burning it as a DVD and watching it on a regular screen?

FCP 7 Why do I get these horizontal lines on my playback?

I'm working in Final Cut with 1920x1080 Apple Pro Res footage. For some reason I keep getting these
horizontal lines when I playback footage on my timeline or viewer. What is this?

When I export to quicktime there are no horizontal lines. It's only a problem in FCP.
So when I transcode my footage for FCP to Apple Pro Ress 422 (HQ) I should click 'deinterlace video' rather than 'interlace scaling' Is that what you're saying?

Why am I getting these emails?

Does anyone know why I'm getting spam that is not sent to my address. The mail arrives in my mailbox, but does not have my email address in the recipients address line. It usually has a made up address that has part of my address included in it. This just started happening on my .Mac account a couple of months ago. Is there anything I can do to stop it?

This indicates the spammer is entering your email address and probably a number of others in the Bcc: field when addressing the message.
All email addresses placed in the Bcc: field do not appear and are invisible to all recipients. The only addresses that are visible to all recipients are those placed in the To: or Cc: fields.

Why do I get these mail queue messages in daily.out log?

I did a dumb thing. I wanted to see if the PHP "mail" command would work from my local machine. I wrote a tiny script to send a test message (I use MAMP). The script ran but no mail was ever received. I tried it 4 times and gave up.
I look in my daily.out logs for the past few days and I find that something is trying to send the mail each day. It looks like these 4 mails are sitting in some queue to be sent (probably by sendmail or postfix?)
Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of the 4 items? Where would they be? How can I purge them. I Googled but didn't find anything that looked relevant.

Help! Why am i getting these JavaScript errors in Dreaweaver and how can I fix it???

This only happens whenever I try to access code view, and it won't allow me to add any more code. This is the error message I get:
"While executing DWMenu_View_Text command in menus.xml, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
Exception thrown in native function"
A third party tried to access my site, but the page froze, with an error message:
"Script error on line........."
I'm not sure if this has something to do with FileZilla, but now when I try to open it, I get number of error messages about, "failed to write xml file" and "Application Data\FileZilla\filezilla.xml (error 5: access is denied.)"
I've tried deleting the WinFileCache from Dreamweaver and disabled all extensions, but none of these helped.
Please help. does anyone know what's going on?

Looks like your communication channel has been locked.
From your XI home page, go to the Administartion --> Lock Overview and unlock your communciation channel.

Dynamic link only woks between like versions. So PR CS6 to EN CS6. There is no dynamic link from PR CC to EN CS6.

Why do I get these error messages saying that "HWNetMgr" and "HWPortDetect" are insecure start up items?

I have a brand new MacBook Pro, and two days ago I tried to install a Mobile Broadband named Tele2 Mobile partner, in cooperation with Huawei. The installation couldn't finish, so I removed the components that I could see had already been installed. But ever since I tried to install it, I get two error messages every time I start up safari, saying that I have two insecure start up items named "HWNetMgr" and "HWPortDetect". I have checked my start up items, and the only one I had was Spotify. I removed Spotify as a start object and restarted the computer, but I still got those two error messages. I have now searched through my computer several times and I just can't find these two things.
Does anyone know what this is about? What can I do to make these error messages go away? I am open to try any suggestions possible! This is a huge investment to me and I just don't want to have ruined it the first week! Please help me!

Thank you for your response.
There are only two places users could log in, and none have ZoneID=-1
I tested both options with one of my own (non admin account) login, and none produced the above message.

both ZoneID's are the same
What is weird though, only one specific user account is generating that message.
At this stage the user has not complained about not being able to access his/her data yet.
My only concern was that this could be a possible security risk.

The biggest problem with PCs is that most of them use Internet Explorer and, if Java Script is not enabled, it will screw up your site particularly if it has photos and graphics. I usually add a page to my websites like...
This may be true, but that's not the problem here.
I am using FF for Mac and I see the overlapping too. The OP has a text wrap issue, not a PC/IE issue.
